From the time we walked in until we departed we had a very nice pleasant experience. The hostesses were gracious and showed us to our table without delay, the waiters were very attentive and had just the right follow up and the chef prepared an awesome meal. I must admit the key lime pie was outstanding!!!!

The music was BLARING. So loud the at each table, the individuals were screaming at each other to hear above the noise. Waiters were yelling and we could still barely hear them. Food had no seasoning, which was odd for this restaurant. Not the best visit, will probably try a different location next time.

I have eaten at Copper Canyon several time and have found the service to be spotty. More recently, I visited during Sunday brunch and found that the waitress, though pleasant, appeared to be extremely busy. Hence, she was not as attentive as she could have been. I sent for her twice and went for her once. Since my friend and I were catching up on old times and revisiting each other's life, we were able to live with the service or "lack there of".
I usually order the salmon entree but decided to have the Chicken salad (which someone had recommended on another visit). I did not find the salad very tasty; needless to say, I will continue to order salmon.

The food was phenomenal although we both had salmon, I had a salad and my date had the salmon dish on the menu. Everything was prepared to our specifications/liking. The service was great and we never waited for anything. I try to visit this establishment monthly and it's worth it.

Usually we have an outstanding experience at this Copper Canyon location, however our server - Adam - was distracted and pretty much neglected our table. Our "starter" bread and appetizer came well after our entrees arrived; one of the items we ordered never came (a salad intended for an appetizer); we had guests arriving later and they were not even acknowledged for 20 minutes, despite our server passing by our table and looking at us several times without stopping to check in - this is after we informed him when we arrived that the rest of our party was delayed. I am disappointed with this visit and hope to have a better experience the next time I dine.

Very nice atmosphere! Staff extremely friendly but sometimes a little over zealous on ordering things you may not want. Everyone enjoyed their meals especially the fish tacos. Rotisserie chicken had great spice but was supposed to be so moist it fell off the bone; it was a little on the dry side but still great flavors. It was pretty loud inside too! I would definitely come back again though!

So noisy that conversation was impossible. Live music even made it worse. Our meals came way before we had a chance to finish our starters. Really felt rushed. My food was overcooked and dry. Our waiter was good and can't be blamed for noise and poor food. Will not be back.

Food was excellent, however, restaurant was very busy therefore service was slow. Also, we were not aware that ONLY brunch menu was available before two on Sunday's, not the regular lunch menu. Had we been aware of this fact, we would have planned on being there at a different time.

The restaurant was convenient to FedEx Field. However, the food was mediocre. My favorite part was the bread and the shoe string french fries. We all had different entrees and none were anything we'd make a special trip back for.

Great food. Bar service extremely slow we sat in the dining room and waited until AFTER we received our appetizer and entrees to get our bar drinks. Went for my girlfriend's birthday; I noted when making the reservation and the hostess put it on our reservation card for our server, but no song or dessert - nothing. There were probably four or five other quite audible moments when staff sang for other birthday guests...

Our dining experience was wonderful. This was our first time dining at Copper Canyon but it won't be the last. From the moment we got there, the service was excellent. The food was delicious. Not only that, it was plentiful. We were amazed at the portions. I had the rainbow trout special and I've never before received that large a serving. It was easily twice as large as any I'd had before. And it was cooked to perfection. You would think with giving such a large meat portion that they would have then skimped on the sides. But no, I also received a full portion of rice and a huge helping of glazed carrots, again cooked just right. Our bottle of wine was well served, which was very important to my brother-in-law as he's in the liquor business and somewhat of a connosiuer. Our appetizers and deserts were also tasty. The atmosphere was very relaxing and they had a live three piece ensemble that provided very nice music to eat to. Overall we had a very enjoyable dinner.

I heard a lot about this place and couldn't wait to try it. Wonderful ambiance and a great waiter who was very knowledgeable.
Upon outside recommendation I tried the rattlesnake pasta but it could've been spicier and move flavor. I expected better. I also tried the upside-down cake but it needed more sauce and I suggest topping with nuts to make it better. My husband had crab cakes but at price he was definitely NOT impressed. I feel the prices were a bit high in some areas. My favorite items were the FIESTA egg rolls and the Fleur de Lis drink. I would go back just for those 2 things.

This was my first visit to Copper Canyon and I truly enjoyed the food, atmosphere and the service. The restaurant was well staffed and the staff members were well dressed. Our waiter was well informed of the menu and checked on us several time. I will recommend this restaurant to friends and family. I am planning to return in September.
I give this restaurant 5 stars.
