My wife has food allergies, and they took special care to make sure she had something to eat with me not have just side dishes. We will definitely return again. The prices were on the high side but portions were good.

Steaks were a bit overcooked and dry, mine had a parmesean crust so it was ok anyhow. The waitress was great, but the host forgot about us and we got seated only after we asked what was going on with our reservation. Love the bar area and overall ambiance.

I'm a long-time wine club member and frequent diner at other Cooper's Hawk location in the Chicago NW suburbs but this was my first visit to the Wheeling location. Great ambiance, attentive waitstaff and friendly wine tasting staff. Our waiter did not hurry us to order but was there when we needed him and food arrived promptly. On a Friday night at 6 pm close-in parking was a little scarce but the complimentary valet service easily solved that issue. I will definitely be back to this location.

Superb wine. Mind blowing Risotto Short Ribs. Delectable truffles. Wonderful, attentive service. Always have had rude hostesses though. Strange. But the rest is outstanding so I don't care. A tad loud when it's busy.

The tables were crammed together and it was very loud. Our server dropped a dish and glass went under our tables and hit my foot. Ive dined here before and it wasn't so bad the first time. I probably won't return. Very disappointed!

They've got great food, and wine. I love doing the wine tastings. I usually order my favorite dishes that I like to order when we're there. It's next to a hotel, so you want to make a reservation. Can get loud when it's busy, but the food is well worth it.

Our experience was OK; the food was good and service was adequate. However, the next day we ere informed of fraudulent charges on our credit card and we are nearly positive it was skimmed at this restaurant when we were paying our bill. Ultimately, the crazy amount of people, difficulty we had finding parking and the credit card issue mean we will not be returning to Cooper's Hawk in Wheeling.

The team of staff on site weren't able to accommodate our group of 5 in the main dining area so they provided us with vouchers for a complimentary entrée which was more than appreciated! Definitely a great dining spot!

Cooper's Hawk is a good place for a burger and a glass of wine.
The wine selections are OK but not anything special.
Service tends to be a bit slow and the noise level very high in the evenings.
It is now becoming a bit too pat and repetitive. Hostess always asks"how's your day going so far" and servers always begin with "have you dined with us before". Could certainly use a new script!

Service was terrible. Entree came at the same time as the appetizer. Since it was a prime rib sandwich, I sent it back expecting a fresh one after the appetizer . I was given the same one and told the waitress to wrap it to take home.
Not an enjoyable experience.

Service was good. My wife did not like her choice of fish grouper. Server was good about it and gave us a credit for it. Decent place. Had resetvations for 8pm and we did have to wait 30 minutes passed that. But we enjoyed the evening

Average at best. Churrasco skirt steak was slightly over cooked at the request of medium well. Parmesan fries were cold and the veggies stated mixed but got all carrots and yellow squash. The egg rolls and chicken torilla soup were decent. Pretzel bread was not soft and did not taste fresh. Would pass this place for another restaurant if I had the choice. Second time at this restaurant and wasn't a fan this time around. First time was a pleasant experience. Celebration for this reservation was an anniversary dinner.
The dark chocolate truffle on the way out was the best food purchase there on the way out the door.

My order was not right when brought out and it took a while for it to be corrected, but my meal did get corrected to perfection and my server had the manager come over and talk to me (without me having to ask to speak to him). A mistake turned into good customer service.

Celebrating a birthday, server Judy was excellent. Food delicious. Thumbs down for 30 minute wait with a reservation. Hostess didn't even apologize. Manager gave us appetizer on him. Should not put the reservations out there if you won't be able to honor them.
