Server was not real good. Water was slow, appetizers were out before the silverware and napkins, he had to be reminded to take the dirty plates, our table rocked back and forth, my seat cushion was attached to the chair.

This was my first time visiting the Orland Park location and it was great. Our server, Sarah, was tremendous -- friendly, funny, attentive, awesome. The food is Amazing. My mom, sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our entire dining experience. Thank you, Sarah and thank you, Cooper's Hawk!

I had never been to the Orland Park location. I was very disappointed. I was with in a group of six and our food all arrived at different times. There were two very large mistakes made with two of the orders. There was a serious disconnect between the waitstaff and the kitchen staff. Generally, I enjoy eating at Coopershawk but I will seriously have to consider about coming back here again

Me and my wife had a reservation, walked in and was seated within 5 minutes, we are wine club memebers so a bottle of wine was brought to the table. I ordered the short ribs which were outstanding and my wife enjoyed her dinner also. Overall my dining experience was excellent.

Love the wine, food was pretty bad this time. Buttermilk chicken sandwhich had WAY too much breading thAt was raw. When I sent it back, the new dish came back only slightly different (and I've had it at the Oak Lawn location and loved it). My friends swordfish tasted like tough chicken. Disappointed.

Dinner was great. We were disappointed they paid absolutely NO attention to our special requests. We did not get a booth even though we were there 40 minutes early and checked in letting them know we were doing a wine tasting. They also never mentioned my wifes birthday. What was the point?

The lunch special was simple and delicious on my visit. The grilled cheese brisket sandwich with french fries and a cup of tomato soup was about as good as it gets on a crisp fall day. The sandwich was perfection! Kudos to the chef for the creative twist on a classic.

I requested a taste of a particular wine, as did the individual I was dining with. We were served, literally, a mouthful. Fine, if that's the standard serving size, but, apparently, it is not. I watched other diners at nearby tables (same waitress) being served much larger glasses as "tastes"...a third of a glass or more.
When you're asked if you're a member of the wine club and you answer no, is that how it's determined how much of a "taste" you are served???

I have dined at Cooper's Hawk at this location and the Oak Lawn location numerous times and have always been very satisfied. Once in a while I try something new and am usually happy with what I order. This time, however, I ordered the Short Rib Risotto and was extremely disappointed. It was bland and the short ribs were fatty and chewy. Overall, the dish was just plain terrible. When the server asked if everything was alright, I stated how I felt and he had no response other than "oh." My boyfriend ordered the calamari and was not impressed with that appetizer at all. He barely ate any of it and starting gagging when he tried the sauce. We boxed both items and took them home, but instead of putting them in the fridge we opted to take them straight to the garbage because we realized neither one of us would eat those items again. This will not deter us from dining there, but we were truly disappointed.

we are frequent visitors here. We make table reservations but prefer the high-tops in the bar when we can get them. This time we sat in the restaurant side. We did a tapas kind of thing this time and their are plenty of appetizers that are great to allow for this.

I have had great experience at the Oak Lawn location. We had some issues with the staff in Orland. I will say that some of it was my fault because my daughter did not want to sit in a high chair and an extra person was added to the group. I had to give exact reasons to why I needed some extra space even though there were many empty tables.

Always a great time at Coopers Hawk. My husband and I had a lunch "date" on Friday.
I had the filet mignon; it was cooked perfectly (medium rare). Husband had the veggie enchiladas. We really enjoyed our entrees and took dessert home (truffles and cheesecake).
They were very busy but our server MaryLynn was fantastic. We'll be back!

We are wine club members and visit on a regular basis. The noise level in the main dining room is a bit too much for us, as well as being offered a table on the aisle. Too much traffic. We were much happier being moved to the rear dining room, which is more out of the way and quieter.

I always try to come here when I am in Tinley Park. I love the food, ambiance, and wine! This was the first time my waiter was less than impressive (not particularly engaged, got parts of our order wrong, and didn't check in with us much). That's unusual so it won't keep me from coming back.
