This is not an inexpensive restaurant. That being said, you get what you pay for. The food was incredible, the service impeccable, and the atmosphere cozy. This is a smaller restaurant which is nice as the noise never gets bad. However, if I were you I'd make a reservation. Every table was filled the entire time we were there and there were not people waiting which leads me to believe they only do reservations. I celebrated my 16th Wedding Anniversary here and my wife was blown away. If you have a special occasion and have the money I can't think of a better place to go.

Lovely meal in front of a fake fireplace which did add some romantic ambience. Food was attractive and well-prepared. It would have been nice to have a vegetarian entree offering, but there was plenty of seafood and fish to satisfy this pescatarian. Ciabatta bread & oil served with drinks was excellent. Service was delightful. The only drawback was that we felt rushed---which was something that we could have controlled if we had thought about it.

I took a friend to Collage for her birthday. She does not eat meat other than seafood and was delighted at her number of choices. The service was an outstanding team effort and the entire staff was very friendly. We both enjoyed our meals and they even surprised her with rum cake with a candle in it for her birthday. I will definitely be back.

The food was awesome. I had the scallops. They were perfectly cooked and the sauce went well. The roasted vegetables on the side were just as delicious as the scallops. I am very picky when it comes to restaurants. Everything from the appetizer to the bread to the main course to the dessert was fabulous. No detail was overlooked.

I would say this is one of the top three restaurants in Saint Augustine. It's on the very quaint street of Hipolita which crosses St. George Street. Very nice atmosphere Excellent young wait staff. The food was almost completely delicious, and as this restaurant becomes more mature, I think they will move into a complete five-star.

This is said to be the best restaurant in St Augustine, I can believe it.
This is dining rather than merely eating; there is a difference.
Lovely ambience, nice white tablecloths, good cooking and excellent warm and efficient service.

My wife and I found Collage on another website. It had good reviews. It was one of 3 restaurants we went to for dinner in St. Augustine and it was clearly the best. My wife had the snapper and I had the lamb shank. Both dishes were outstanding. Their wine list is superb.
Mike, the owner came over to say hello and couldn't have been friendlier.
We liked Collage so much that we went to Blackfly, their more casual newer restaurant for one of our other 3 dinners.

The food (tenderloin, scallops, desert) was outstanding. The service was professional and timely. The ambiance was quiet and intimate (only 14 tables in 2 rooms). We will go back and we will recommend Collage lo our friends

I had the cab reduction sauce on a fantastic filet. The reduction sauce was one of the best I have ever had. I have always been a snob when it comes to food. I use to be a fairly good cook. My wife had the Lobster Ravioli and she enjoyed it. The service was really wonderful. Our reservation was running over a half hour late and they went out of their way to make up for it.

Came here for our anniversary dinner while we were in town and were not disappointed! The food was excellent. They have a pretty extensive wine list but also have some reasonably priced options as well, we are by no means wine connoisseurs but we found a bottle that we both enjoyed. I got the catch of the day which was excellent, it tasted so fresh and was cooked perfectly. My girlfriend ended up getting the grouper was also amazing just as fresh as my dish but was breaded and seared. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice dinner or for a special occasion.

After reading the reviews I was expected to be blown away, and I just wasn't. The filet was extremely salty, and the potatoes, while presented beautifully, reminded me of the boxed dry flakes Instant mashed potatoes. It was still overall a good meal, but I can list several restaurants in this small city that are better imo.

Chic spot in a historic district otherwise filled with tourist spots. Little neck clams in a chorizo sauce were an outstanding appetizer, as was the snapper entree! Lobster ravioli very tasty. Friendly, efficient staff who are not afraid to take care of you even if it is not their assigned table. Parking is a challenge!
