As usual we had a very nice dinner. The food was very good and our server Tom was outstanding and very helpful with the menu and options that we had. Anthony, the manager stops by our table every time we dine here to make sure we are taken care of and because of this we now look forward to dinning there often.

We have eaten at the AC Chart House many times before and are always satisfied with our meals. we usually have the caprese salad, clam chowder and a salad. This time we tried the wedge salad which had a mild vinaigrette dressing (very good). We had a chicken entrée and a shrimp appetizer for the main courses, both also very good. We will be going back again very soon.

This was our first time at the Chart House in Atlantic City. The restaurant was very busy at first, but after 10 minutes there were several empty tables. Service was kind of spotty, it took our waiter quite a while to come and take our drink order, and then a very long time to serve our drinks. Another server came and took our dinner order and there seemed to be some confusion between them. The food was excellent and the view spectacular. We usually go to the Weehawken restaurant but will return to the one in Atlantic City

I always take my mom to the Chart House ...
I always take my mom to the Chart House during our annual visit to the Golden Nigget Hotel in Atlantic City, NJ and was really disappointed at the horrible meal she was served on Tuesday October 4. Mom ordered filet mignon, cooked medium. Apparently, the chef did not how to cook it and twice sent it out well done. When we spoke to the waitress, she nicely informed us that the Chart House is really a seafood restaurant and if we wanted steak, we should have gone to Vic and Anthony's. Wow, why have an item as expensive as filet mignon on the menu, if you don't know how to prepare it correctly? Since we had never had a problem before, we didn't expect one this time. The manager removed the charge from the bill, but that didn't really make up for the fact that my Mother had nothing to eat for dinner. What a shame to anticipate a wonderful dinner and be so disappointed. Guess the next time we want steak, we will take our business to a "steak" house.

Dined at the Chart House as a special occasion to treat my brother during his visit. Meal started off great, unfortunately the service fell apart about half way through our meal. Crab cake and caprese salad as appetizers were very good. Charcuterie and Cheese Plate were good as well, but would have been nice to have the server explain what was on the board versus guessing. We all had fish which was well prepared, sea bass, Ahi Tuna and Mahi Mahi were all wonderful. Where the meal fell apart, we lost our server. Don't think we offended him, but he misappeared. Brought the main course and was never seen again until dessert. Which I would highly recommended the molten lava cake and coffee. The coffee was a struggle to get the first cup with dessert and refills, forget about it. Will visit again just need a different server or maybe he was having a bad night.

We had an amazing 20th Anniversary dinner at the chart house from the moment we walked in until the end the service was excellent. I loved the extra touch of the personalized menu's and the waitress/hostess wishing us a happy anniversary. The food was great and everything cooked to perfection. Thank you for making our anniversary extra special.

Food was excellent. I have been to a couple of other Chart House restaurants and have found the quality of food consistently excellent. Premium wine list but not too unreasonable prices. Service impeccable. Everyone gets the chocolate dessert!

My wife and I were celebrating our 55th anniversary that night. It was a surprise when they brought us the menu and it had a congratulatory statement on the top of the menu. They also served a nice piece of cake for the two of us. At the end of the dinner they gave us the menus wrapped with a ribbon. Nice touch to end the night,

We enjoyed everything except the order of "King Crab Legs" . Most of the pieces were about as thin as my little finger. They also appeared to have been split some time prior , and were dry. In retrospect, we should have sent that dish back and ordered something else.
You should charge more if needed, but serve a decent quality.
This review is provided in part, because when we inquired about the King Crab Legs, we were told " no one has complained about them".
Also, disappointed that our favorite desert, the souffle, is no longer offered.

The restaurant was extraordinarily noisy, so much so that I could not hear my wife, sitting next to me. After complaining they moves us, first to a table about 8 feet away and then to another table further away from the noisy crowd of conventioneers. The decor looks like something out of the 60s. The food was totally un-noteworthy. We won't be going back.

I wanted to take my wife to a great dinner for her birthday and chart house ended up being just perfect . The dining room was just beautiful and food was great . I requested a window table to make the night special and I was accommodated without a long wait . The waitress, food runners and hostesses were all very polite and friendly , just a beautiful night for her and we will return for a little more casual dinner . I truly recommend chart house .

The food at the Chart House has been consistently good for our two visits. The first time we were there, the food was wonderful, but there was very loud, very drunk man who came in 3/4 way through our meal to join his friends/kids for dinner. He should have been instructed to keep down the volume and obscenities, but because it was a party of 14 or so people, I guess his behavior was overlooked. We could not complain to our waiter, because he was missing for 20 minutes. The second time there, great food, much quieter, better service, except for getting a refill--that did not come until after my meal was finished.

Meal was delicious! Was a little disturbed that we were placed in the back corner at first when there were plenty of open tables in dining room. I'm sure this was just a computerized seat assignment, but the hostess was very kind and put us into a better spot with a fantastic view of the sunset. We go here about 3-5 times a year, and have never been let down. We always taste the seasonal dishes! You should always start your meal with the Crab Avocado Stack!
