I had the ribeye. It looked good, but had no taste. Even drenched in the sauce I only ate half. Ambiance was casual. We were put into a diner style booth between a strange 2nd entrance and some refrigerator near the bar. No need to dress up. Parking was terrible. Either on the street or in a gravel lot behind the restaurant. Looked extremely sketchy. Not even sure it belongs to the restaurant. With all the run down and vacant buildings surrounding, I did not appreciate having to park my Porsche out there.

Biggest steak I've ever had, and possibly the most delicious. My girlfriend loved the oysters so much she claims that they were her favorite part our entire weekend trip to Hot Springs.

This is our favorite place in Arkansas, maybe the best restaurant in the whole state. We drive 150 miles, round trip to go there. Our server, Randy, is a real professional, and makes eery visit special! Food is really first-rate, of course!
Top Dining Spot in Hot Springs
Interesting experience as the quality of both the food and the service was top rate. Prices were a bit high for a filet mignon ($36) however this was not ala carte but rather served on polenta with vegetables. Wine prices were quite fair and selection, although not extensive, seemed well chosen. Our only surprise was the decor, as it appeared to be a wide open refurbished Denny's. All in all, though, a very nice evening.
Great Service, good food
The service was excellent. The wine list is very good. The food is good, but not above average. I would have expected more based on the reputation and cost.
Fine dining with casual atmosphere
Didn't have to dress up to enjoy wonderful food. Will definitely be back when in town

I gave this restaurant a try due to the reviews on open table. I have to say, all were correct in saying this place has great food, plentiful wine list and the service was great.
Food and service was great! We both had delicious steaks and they were cooked to our liking. They can do better than Kenny G for background music....

The food is excellent and the staff is wonderful! It was a joy to discover this restaurant and it's truly the highest quality food that I've found in the Hot Springs area. I've had many good steaks from all over the country and this is definitely one of my top three favorites. I can't recommend this place highly enough!
Great for visitors!
We took some of my wife's relatives from Sweden to this restaurant on a Saturday night. The drinks were great and the food was awesome! They really loved the steak with Boursin cheese and Double Pork Chop! Keep up the good work!
The food is always exceptional
The food is always exceptional which is why we keep going back. If you love great food and this is the place to go in Hot Springs. The atmosphere is loud. It's just a noisy place, especially if it's a busy night. It is difficult to have an conversation with anyone who is not seated directly next to you.
One of our local favorites!
Food and service never disappoint. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about food and wine choices.

Place was packed because it was derby weekend. The server was wonderful but it took a long time to get our food. Will go back on a not so busy weekend!
I dislike comments that usually focus on the negatives but considering I don't have much time to focus on the positives, I will be brief. What I liked: the employees were nice an , restaurant ambiance was nice, prime rib was excellent What I did not like: very disappointed you had such a limited menu, I was expecting fish and apparently you have a daily fish on the menu but you were out. When I arrived, the restaurant was not full so I assume someone did not prepare well for the day. I did not like the fact you would not offer to cook a prime rib above medium for those that do not like to eat meat at or below medium. I did not like that it took very long to be served and eat considering we sat waiting over an hour after ordering. I did not like appreciate the slow service, busy staff and again I assume someone did not prepare well for the day. I also appreciate the hard work my waitress offered even though the kitchen was slow.

This was perhaps the best steak dinner we have ever had! The steaks were cooked perfectly and as tender and tasty as you could ask for. Service was attentive but not intrusive. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
GREAT FOOD IN HOT SPRINGS
The best restaurant that I've visited in Hot Springs. Not as inexpensive as some, yet worth every penny. We had the seared ahi tuna. I was told that the seafood here is flown in fresh daily ( a rarity in Arkansas). It was delicious, melted in your mouth. A notable wine list with good quality wines listed-again, not cheap. I didn't try the steak, but it looked delicious. I overheard the server saying that their beef was so well-aged that he always put in the order one step rarer than what the person orders. The only minor disappointment was that the serving staff appeared to be a bit short. I don't know if this is the norm or due to the fact that it was a Tuesday night and a large crowd showed up at dinner time.
Central Park Fusion
Since he opened, Chef Matt Fuller continues to serve some of the best dishes in America. We have eaten all over the nation, and CPF is as good as it gets. Run, don't walk.
Better luck here than at the races
Our first night's menu featured fresh Maine oysters on the half shell. Outstanding ! Also enjoyed the fresh Atlantic halibut and excellent dry-pack Scallops. Second night just as good, but no oysters left. The wait staff was excellent with a lot of teamwork exhibited.
not on a weekday
We have been on several weekends and had great service and food. There is almost always a waitlist on race weekends. We made reservation for s weeknight and never will again. They were completely understaffed and overwhelmed. Waiter completely forgot my wine and we waited an hour for our entrees. When you pay this much for food the service should match. Not sure what was happening but we were not happy. Complained and manager never even came to the table.
My wife and I ate here on a few busy weekend in hot springs. We were blown away by the quality of our meal and will definitely be recommending to others. The seafood dishes we had were amazing. Thank you for the great experience. One recommendation is to expand the wine list a bit. The selection was very main stream and we like to play a little bit when selecting bottles.
My wife and I recently dined at Central Park Fusion; we always try to do so when in Hot Springs. As with other visits, it was superb. Food is extremely fresh and well prepared. Service was impeccable...attentive but not over bearing. Seated at a great booth. If you're in Hot Springs and are a fan of finer food, don't miss this!
Great Local Find
Waiter was extremely knowledgeable about the food and helped us pick the perfect meals. Very attentive and friendly. Atmosphere was cozy and upscale. We will return during next years trip.

This is one of my favorite places in Hot Springs! The food is always amazing and great wine selection. They will by far have the freshest seafood in town!!! It's a MUST try place.
Everything was wonderful! The food was great as well as the service.
The pork chop will change your life
The place wasn't much to look at but the food was excellent.
I visited hot springs for Valentine's Day. And, decided to pick a new restaurant to go to. I'm so glad I picked this one. The pork chops and chicken schezhwan were delicious. If I'm ever back in hot springs I will definitely go back. The service was good also.
Great Food, Nice Place for a special occasion
Had a great Valentines dinner. Great Fusion cuisine and a lot of food prepared using the Sous Vide Method. Both the seafood and and met dishes we had were prepared in this method and were excellent. Just don't sit by the door when it is cold outside as the wind tends to make it very cold in those areas.
Food and Service was excellent!
Yet to be disappointed by this place. Wasn't crazy about the hostess and the two entrances were somewhat confusing - but our service was one of the best and the food was wonderful! Must try the brie soup, I dream of it - just the right amount of kick. The waiter recommended the sea bass and I was glad he did - hit the spot, absolutely spectacular Valentines dinner!
The food and our server were excellent!
We had reservations at 7:30 but had to wait well past 8 to be seated. When we asked the hostess if there was a way to seat us at a different table, they seemed angry that we were complaining. The woman who was supposed to be our server came over to angrily inform us that our table was finally being cleared and that she would no longer be serving us. That first impression of the evening was terrible. Luckily once we were seated our evening changed for the better! Our server Ally was wonderful!!! The food came out in a timely manner and everything was so good! My wine pairing was perfect!!
Food served only warm. Very disappointing. Only return if girlfriend requests.
Fantastic as usual!
Great job again Matt and of course Randy is a pro. Best quality meal in town. This is an expensive meal but the quality is superb. Hope to be back soon.
Great Food, Great Service
We live in Hot Springs, so Central Park Fusion is a local favorite of ours for celebrating. This time it was my wife's birthday and valentines day celebration. Chef Matt and staff provided a wonderful atmosphere and the food was amazing. Randy was our server and everything was perfect. Central Park Fusion gets my highest recommendation.
Another awesome dinner!
Had another great meal and drinks here on Valentines Day weekend. The place was sold out, and I know why. Our server did a fabulous job with our drinks. I had the Fish and chips and it was the best I have ever had. My wife had the halibut, and it was also fabulous! Can't wait to go back there!!

Truly enjoyed the meal and they are gluten-free friendly, which was a huge plus!
Not worth the price
We ordered prime rib and it was cold and tough. The sides a were cold as well. Salad was good. One of my party is vegetarian and wanted grilled cheese. Waiter said they couldn't do it as it was on kids menu. Hate to complain but we didn't feel it was worth the price.
Food/service OK. Out of major menu items as usual.
upscale food with a casual feel
I really enjoyed the food and service. The server explained each item and gave us a variety of options if we were unsure of something. The steak I ordered was cooked to perfection and the food was high quality with not too much but not too little. It was a very wonderful experience and one I would enjoy again. I have already recommended it to numerous friends and described what the 3 of us had ordered with detail and I too am wanting more of it. Thank you all for such a fine dining experience
The best in Hot Springs
The food is simply amazing, and the service has always been top notch! Every time we go to Fusion I say "that was the best meal I've ever had". We discovered this place about seven months ago and we try to go at least once a month. The service has always been great, the best place in Hot Springs!
Fused By Central Park Fusion
What a wonderful find in Hot Springs, AR. Just north of Downtown, about 1/2 mile North, of the Arlington Hotel, on Hwy. 7 North. Look for the Giant Green Frog squirting water from it's mouth. Not sure what happened. We made reservations, was taken to a table with 4 chairs. Then this lady cam over. Oh! We have a better table for you. Took us over to a very cushioned C size booth. which was deficiently a better space for 2. Much more comfortable! Cole, our waiter was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. With any questions, extras, add ons, and wine recommendations. Was there every time we even thought of asking for something. Stared with a Champagne Truffle soup. That came with toast squares with Brie Cheese. Without much flavor at first. However, when you swallowed it. There was this burst of a spicy, sparkly, exceptional flavor. Can't say wither it was truffle flavor (never had them). Was disappointed with the 1st bite. By the end of it I was picking up the bowl. To make sure I could I get every last drop. My entree Szechuan Chicken (spelling may be incorrect) was a very large chicken Breast deboned (except for the wing drum stick. Laid on a bed of delicious, perfectly mashed potatoes, and supposedly came with spinanch. Unfortunately, there was only about 5 thin strips.(ask for it on the side) With their special fused sauce on it. It suddenly it became a colorful combination of BBQ, Oriental sauce, and I think a cayenne, chili powder blend broth, poured all over the entire dish. All, I know it was a wonderful surprise. They have a limited kid menu. Excellent wince choices, with recommendations on certain entree's, on the menu. If your just not sure. They have a wonderful wine steward. He was the most happiest, and friendliest man of the entire place. The floor is laid out, that it looks like. It would be simple to combine tables for a large group.
We had a wonderful meal
This is a favorite of ours. A real gem. Our dinner and service were impeccable. From the appetizers through desert and coffee, everything was as close to perfect as it can be.
