We enjoyed a wonderfully prepared dinner for a party of 12! The service was quick and efficient - the food was fantastic and wine list awesome! I would most definitely recommend your restaurant to anyone and everyone!

Had a special occasion birthday and it was fabulous Was able to decorate the room and order/customize the menu. Event went off without a hitch even though planned over several months and more miles. It was a memorable night for all.

Incredible lemon chicken, wonderful meatballs and LOVED the sautéed spinach. Delicious, delicious chicken with lemon and garlic...we always also add capers The waitress was efficient but had NO sense of humor and kept referring to me as "sweetie". Personal pet peeve of mine when someone younger and less traveled than me refers to me with a pet name.. so I finally corrected her... that drove me totally nuts. But the FOOD? INCREDIBLE!

Have been to 3 other Carmine's 2 of which are the NY locations and I would say this was the worst location! Staff was mediocre at best and not very responsive! My drink was empty at least twice! We ordered the Penne ala Vodka and I have had better at Olive Garden!!

Such a pleasure to go to any Carmine's location. Food is consistently delicious.
Service at this location was very good too. We were seated at a high top in the bar area and food server/bartender was very helpful pointing out that there is a different bar Menu with smaller portions. As a party of 2, we appreciate knowing this as we don't like to waste food, and did not have the ability to take leftovers with us.

The food and the service were outstanding. My only concern was that it was not well suited to a couple. The family style dining is a great concept, but it makes eating there as a couple very challenging. They did not offer any alternatives (1/2 portions for example). We ordered one salad and one entree and it could have easily fed 4.

I'm glad I finally got to try this place, but I won't go out of my way to return. We ordered the veal parmesan and lasagna; I like pasta with my chicken parmesan, so I assumed I would want it with veal parmesan as well. It came with 1 pound of pasta! Each entrée was roughly $40 each. Not sure what the charge was for the side of pasta.
I don't generally eat meat, so, this was an indulgent treat for me. Sadly, I just was not that impressed with the veal or the lasagna. Both seemed to taste as if they included canned ingredients. Yes, they give you enormous portions, and claim that everything is served family style. However, I would rather have small to average size portions and good food over ginormous portions and not so great food.
Service was absolutely exceptional. Had to be the best service received during this visit to Las Vegas. I wish I remembered our servers name because she was outstanding!
Our bill came to just over $100 before tip. This is generally what we spend for dinner in Las Vegas, however, I would've rather had an indulgent dinner at Mastro's or the like.
When I'm in the mood for Italian food on the strip I'll stick with Maggiano's. At least there I know I'll leave satisfied.
Five stars for the service. However, The food was overpriced and just not that good.

New Year's Eve and birthday
Check in process was horrible. They told us the reservation could not be found. The person was not very accommodating. She was quick to say when the next reservation would be available. We would not leave knowing we had a reservation, so she left and came back to say she found it. Ugh! Thankfully we were seated.
The rest of the time was wonderful.

What an amazing experience to find in the middle of the hubbub of Las Vegas. Due to shift change we were served by two waiters, each of which was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for better food or service on our last night in Vegas!

The food is served family style but we were very disappointed to find that there is only a limited menu for parties of two and served only in the bar at high tables, which was something the hostess failed to tell us when we checked out the restaurant earlier in the day. As a result, although the pasta dish we had was good, we were not able to try any of the specialties that the restaurant had to offer.

Service was not as expected as I've been to Carmines in Vegas a number of times and in New York and never had an issue. Food came out too quickly we didn't even finish the appetizers and the sides and entrees were brought out. Huge disappointment to my guests who have never been to Carmines before. Other than the timing of the food the food was great.

Carmine's mixed green salad and rigatoni with broccoli were both excellent. We had moscato which was also excellent, however, we ordered a bottle and it wasn't chilled while on the table and they were apparently out of wine glasses as we were served the wine in water glasses. The bread basket came out after our salad and our waiter was absent considering they weren't very busy, but others definitely stopped by and helped and boxed up our food to go, etc. We have been before and would go back again based on the food alone.

Delicious food and great service. My only complaint - I was there as a party of 2 and ordered from the smaller portion bar menu. The bar menu is too limited! The portions from the regular menu are for parties of 4 or more.

This was Christmas Eve and a party of two which is not an ideal pairing it seems for this location. We arrived about 10 minutes prior to our reservation to find a line about 25 deep and assumed it was a wait line not one for those with reservations. But there was a lot of confusion and they were seating both those with reservations and those standing in line at the same time and apologized it was busy and people were not leaving: hint, don't take people without reservations then.
We were told we could try to find room at the bar because it did not look like any room would be opening for tables of two. We did grab a high top and about 45 minutes into our meal and an hour after our reservation the very stressed hostess found us and asked if we were still wanting our reserved table? We declined.
As for food we kept it simple and ordered sandwiches and calamari. The calamari was fine as was my wife's sandwich (eggplant) my Italian was oddly salty. The meats are obviously salty meats and I am accustomed to that but this was so salty it dried out the cheese which was just strange. But people do not there for sandwiches so don't consider the review on food it was a busy night and perhaps one off sandwich. The issue was the reservation which simple didn't work.
