Excellent. Good but the portions were huge and the waiters did not explain the sizes. Just the wife and I and the ceased salad had at least three heads of lettuce. Luckily we were able to share the plate with the equally uniformed family of four become us so it did not go to waist. The other issue is for some reason the opted to only put the menu ok the wall that is only visible from 20% of the seats so we enjoyed a convoy of people all night walking by us to take a picture of the menu. If you are there with a big group you will enjoy the experience and the meal. Couples may want to opt for something different.

The food was really good but the service absolutely sucked. We sat at the table for 30 minutes before a waitress showed up. She didn't ask for cocktail orders and immediately asked for food orders.
We asked to order wine. She came back to the table 15 minutes later and set the wine bottle on the table and took off. My wife went to the hostess stand to ask for a manager. The hostess said she'd send him right over. He never arrived.
The waitress continued to suck and the restaurant has no sign of a manager, training or any restaurant processes. What they did have was good family style Italian food, but I would recommend against dining here.

The geniuses who manage this place decided to dispense with printed menus and only have television displayed menus which are illegible from 3/4 of the restaurant. This means that your party will likely have to hover over a handful of tables to order, unless of course you are seated close enough to the televisions to read the menus; in which case you will be hovered over by other patrons your entire meal. Go elsewhere if you are looking for a gimmick free meal.

The food was good as usual. However, the service was slow. Having no menus other than on the wall made it slower. Folk were standing up in front of us to see. They needed more help. We were there in Thursday night. I can't imagine how much slower it would be on Saturday. The meal is family style, large portions meant to share. Food good, but service was a little off.

I'm Italian and very picky about Italian food. My grandmother, Mother, now I all made/make stuffed artichokes for special holiday meals. I have never seen them on a menu, ever, anywhere, but here. I get them everytime I come to a Carmine's for years, and I LOVE them. I have told many people about this, that may be traveling to a city that has a Carmines. Thank you for bringing my family tradition to your menu. Pure Italian like I'm familiar with from childhood.

Dinner was good. Portions are huge. It was only two of us, so we shared spaghetti and meatballs entree. Could have easily fed 4-6 people with one entree. Had a server change in the middle of our meal and felt the change in continuity, otherwise service was fine. Overall good food and decent service.

We have been to Sicily & mainland Italy many times this year and as you can appreciate the food in Carmines is never going to get anywhere near real Italian food. London England has some fine Italian restaurants but like Carmines it also has some very average ones. My advise would be to hire some Italian or Sicilan chefs

The service good. We had a couple of mishaps (dirty glasses, wrong order) that server fixed. The house salad was good but the lasagna was somewhat bland. The wine dinner was nice but the markup is REALLY high (like 3 times the cost of the same bottle purchased outside). Overall, it was ok.

The meal was excellent...best Italian I've had. We ate at the bar because we could get half portions there only.... But we still had leftovers. Would have liked to have eaten lighter at the table... But we left happy.

Love Carmine's always get the bolagnase sauce with a pasta and chicken Marsala it is delicious, good bread but you have to ask if you want butter or oil. We did get the strawberry shortcake for desert and I do not recommend this, was not to our liking. Go with a group as it is family style and you do get a lot of food.

We called in advance specifying that we were celebrating a 47th Anniversary with friends from our childhood.
I was careful to remind our waiter of this as well.
The waiter did not provide a single complimentary desert to us, however he did provide a birthday desert with candles and a birthday song to 2 different tables.
That was wrong.

Carmine's was perfect for our birthday party! Our waiter was Michael and he was spectacular! He kept us entertained and made the whole evening fun for everyone. I'd eaten at Carmine's in NYC and knew what to expect. Carmine's Vegas did not disappoint!

Carmine's was a great experience. The food was authentic and great. ( I am Sicilian)
It was perfect for a large business meal, everyone was very happy. The staff was excellent and they were able to adjust to a date change and the number of guests easily. I usually plan a different restaurant in Vegas each year but I will definitely come back to Carmine's next year.

Seafood pasta was flavorless. We had the same dish at Carmine's NY and that was way more delicious. What a huge disappointment. We barely ate the pasta because that was how awful it tasted. Definitely not worth over $80.
