Please know that before you go, this is a family style restaraunt. All the entrees are made to feed four people. If you go with only two people, like we did, it will be wayyyy too much food (and $$$). If you sit at the bar, they have portions that are for two people, but the menu selection is very limited at the bar. We went because we wanted the special that night(beef tenderloin) but, unfortunately, that was not offered at the bar. We left feeling disappointed as all of our other choices were not served at the bar either, and we ended up settling on something that was just mediocre.

Excellent evening of fun. We weee 9 people from 27 to 67 and ate lots of appetizers and had a round table and wine and drinks. 0nly 40.00 per person and delicious Caesar salad and calamari. Will definitely return too.

Another great dining experience! As always, the food was amazing and the service was excellent. Our server, James, was very helpful and pleasant and quite entertaining. Had to order the fried Calamari as it really is the best we've ever had. Have to thank the manager, Dani, as well as she took care of us and made sure we all had a great dining experience. We usually order just the Fried Calamari, Chicken Parmesan and a Caesar Salad which are all excellent and worth coming back for but this visit we decided to try their Carbonara and it was excellent. I would definitely come back for that dish. This is definitely one restaurant we will continue to come back too. Best family style Italian restaurant in Vegas.

Ambiance was certainly what was expected and the food portions were very, very large (4 people could not eat all of the food---1 salad, 1 entrée); was it the best Italian ever? probably not, however, it was not the frozen chain variety either.

The food was really good. Bring your appetite because this is family style portions and most entrees can be shared by 3-4 people. The only downside I had was that the menu was on the wall and hard to read from our distance.

We are a huge fan of the Carmine's in NYC, so when we found this one we were thrilled. The ambiance is as wonderful as the one in NYC, but even better because it wasn't so crowded. Granted, we were there on a Monday evening, but it was fantastic. Our waiter had some good recommendations for our entrée, as well as perfect ideas for our appetizer. We had a group of 7 people and ordered 4 entrees - that was the perfect amount.
The end to the evening - the Titanic...words can not describe the deliciousness of this dessert - the chocolate cake at the bottom was the most scrumptious thing I've had the entire time in Vegas. 14 thumbs up from our group!

Best restaurant have visited whilst holidaying in Las Vegas. Real authentic feel but gets it spot on between traditional and contemporary style. Portion sizes are huge (meant for sharing) and cocktails delicious. Espresso martini was my fave!

Thirteen of us had a great night here. I've been to the one in NYC a couple of times and enjoyed it, so was happy to find one in Vegas!
Waiters were great with advice on ordering and portion sizes, and we had a fantastic evening.
And the house Chianti is delicious.

Been here twice in Vegas & once at Atlantis. Very good food but be careful with how much you order. We had four hungry grown men and we couldn't finish one salad, one calamari, one pasta and one chicken choice. But got out of there under $150 including drinks. Only issue was the front hostess. Had an 8 pm reservation on a Thurs and had to call over the manager to help us at 8:30. Once the manager got involved we were good to go and she was very apologetic. Waiter wasn't great but he was attentive. Only issue was good timings with the appetizer.

Nothing exceptional, but it was a good dinner. There were four of us and we ordered the stuffed mushrooms appetizer and chicken parm. The server convinced us that the chicken parm would not be enough so we ordered another entree. We still have food leftover 4 days later! Ended up being way too much food. He was not apologetic at all. It was not nice to upsell us in such a deceptive way. Server was a short older man- Angelo?

Party of 12 was taken care of with expertise!!!! Platters of great food were served and shared, we began with appetizers of calamari and the BEST BAKED CLAMS in the world. Veal marsala, veal parmigiana, and veal piccata were robust in flavor and tender as could be!!! Pasta dishes of linguine clam sauce was outstanding along with rigatoni, sausage and broccoli....a must restaurant at outstanding value for your money!!!

Love, love, LOVE this place!! Every time we are in Vegas we go for dinner. Never disappoints! Food is phenomenal. Meal is served family style and 1 dish will serve 3-4 people. Can't go wrong with whatever you order.

Sat in a high traffic area when other tables were open, asked to be moved and they accommodated. Table for two had no options in this family style restaurant. The manicotti were AWFUL. Had a pungent Romano taste that didn't allow you to enjoy the flavor of the ricotta or the marinara. The Carmine's salad was great and the meatballs were delicious.

This restaurant is definitely for large groups only. They are missing out on couples and small groups. It was only my husband and myself and we had a casserole size of lasagne served to us. They need to accommodate smaller groups. Also, the cocktails we had were terrible. We could not taste any alcohol, even after we asked for additional vodka to be added to our drinks. Will not be on our list when we return to Vegas. That said, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

This restaurant participating in the Open table App is already a plus for me. I'm an executive at one of the Casino's and My wife is a nurse so time is really precious for us. Reservations at the tip of my fingers is just so perfect. This restaurant even catered to my 6 mos old stroller. Food comes in big portion (at least 4 people). Location is great. And oh yeah the food taste amazing. My wife's 31st birthday was a success. Beside can you go wrong with Italian Cuisine? Geno

Birthday celebration with group of 8 which certainly did not disappoint. Restaurant is a very busy and loud but adds to the ambience. Tips would be to engage with your server to navigate through the menu to understand how much food to order. A bit odd that no menus are handed out, they are all displayed on the wall. We took photos on phones in the end. We knew they were sharing portions from research beforehand but price of dishes is no indication to size so our waitress was extremely helpful. For 8 of us we had 3 main dishes, then spinach and an entree portion of fried zucchini and this was enough. Cocktails were delicious and we just had one tirimasu for desert which was bought to me with a candle whilst happy birthday was sung. A wonderful evening to remember.

Excellent. Good but the portions were huge and the waiters did not explain the sizes. Just the wife and I and the ceased salad had at least three heads of lettuce. Luckily we were able to share the plate with the equally uniformed family of four become us so it did not go to waist. The other issue is for some reason the opted to only put the menu ok the wall that is only visible from 20% of the seats so we enjoyed a convoy of people all night walking by us to take a picture of the menu. If you are there with a big group you will enjoy the experience and the meal. Couples may want to opt for something different.

The food was really good but the service absolutely sucked. We sat at the table for 30 minutes before a waitress showed up. She didn't ask for cocktail orders and immediately asked for food orders.
We asked to order wine. She came back to the table 15 minutes later and set the wine bottle on the table and took off. My wife went to the hostess stand to ask for a manager. The hostess said she'd send him right over. He never arrived.
The waitress continued to suck and the restaurant has no sign of a manager, training or any restaurant processes. What they did have was good family style Italian food, but I would recommend against dining here.

The geniuses who manage this place decided to dispense with printed menus and only have television displayed menus which are illegible from 3/4 of the restaurant. This means that your party will likely have to hover over a handful of tables to order, unless of course you are seated close enough to the televisions to read the menus; in which case you will be hovered over by other patrons your entire meal. Go elsewhere if you are looking for a gimmick free meal.

The food was good as usual. However, the service was slow. Having no menus other than on the wall made it slower. Folk were standing up in front of us to see. They needed more help. We were there in Thursday night. I can't imagine how much slower it would be on Saturday. The meal is family style, large portions meant to share. Food good, but service was a little off.

I'm Italian and very picky about Italian food. My grandmother, Mother, now I all made/make stuffed artichokes for special holiday meals. I have never seen them on a menu, ever, anywhere, but here. I get them everytime I come to a Carmine's for years, and I LOVE them. I have told many people about this, that may be traveling to a city that has a Carmines. Thank you for bringing my family tradition to your menu. Pure Italian like I'm familiar with from childhood.
