Still, and I guess always, way too noisy in there. We went because of the food, but the noise negated the good food - we had to shout at one another to be heard, and one of our guests has a hearing problem. Won't go back now that I remember the reason we've stayed away is the noise level. The music speakers are about 5 feet apart on full blast the entire length of the restaurant. It's obnoxious. They finally turned it down when the lunch crowd thinned out - I don't understand that strategy, was happy to get out of there and wished the sound level was what it was by the time we left. Too bad. Don't publish this.

Came here with family which included teenager and kids under 10. great spot and had something for each one of us. I would not go over board next time with ordering my own entree. After the appetizer. We were all stuffed! Can't go wrong with this post!!!

We took our grandson before a Music Circus show. The service was great and very fast. We were very happy that their was a kids menu with lots of good choices. Got 10% off with our Music Circus tickets. No complaints at all.

We really enjoyed our experience at Cafeteria 15L. Our reservation was on time and ready when we arrived. Love the decor, ambiance and vibe; we sat outside and it was perfect.
A few minor nits would be that it was my dad's birthday and we were told they don't sing Happy Birthday for the patrons, but they did bring him a dessert. But the waitress proceeded to share that she sang Happy Birthday for her guests at her previous job, so I felt that she could have rallied something up for us.
The brunch menu was good, but a bit limited. The Poke was yummy as was the thick sliced bacon.
We enjoyed wonderful service and our friendly waitress....she was fabulous at refilling our Mimosas and making sure that we had what we needed.

We love Cafeteria 15L.....it is our favorite downtown spot before theatre, Speaker's Series, or just to meet downtown for dinner. Food is always great, service is always great and the drinks are just like at home!

Took my niece and her two 7 year olds out before seeing Suessical. I picked an earlier time because of having the kids and because of the small plates menu. They also have a kids meal, but these girls prefer adult meal options. really the only complaint I have is that the hostess seated us and then for 15 minutes all the servers and two managers I saw ignored us. Finally we asked a server if they could find our server for us and she said "oops, that's me". She gave us moderate attention after that and certainly provided everything that was necessary. My complaint really was with the manager who appeared to be more interested in chatting up the young female servers than really looking to see what was going on in the restaurant. I might have it wrong, but he should be aware of the perception when three tables of people can't get anyone's attention.

We had our sister-in-law in town and she absolutely loved it. We sat inside but of course had the outdoor feel. The ambience was wonderful. The staff was attentive but left us alone enough that we could truly enjoy our visit. Great place for lunch/brunch.

Not the place to go when there is something happening at the convention center. Service was beyond slow! 3 out of 6 from my group got their lunch while the rest of had to wait an additional 15 minutes (we all ordered at the same time). Despite being very busy, that is unacceptable and the waitress never issued any type of apology.

Great experience overall. We did wait almost 40 minutes after our reservation time but were allowed to start unlimited mimosas in a lounge area so that was ok. Victoria the bartender in that area made sure to take care of us while we waited. The food is always delicious.

Server was not attentive and did not fill drinks or check in. Very uncharacteristics as this establish normally has great service. Broth it to the manager's attention and the server was replaced with a great server.....

We had a group of 7 for lunch. We were seated upon arrival at a very spacious table. All of our food orders came out at the same time and were correct! The menu has tons of variety so everyone in our party found something they were excited about eating for lunch. We will definitely make this a regular dining spot!

Desserts (Smore's Skillet and Mud Pie) were great. Mud Pie is not really mud pie but rather two circular scoops of ice cream with cookie crumbs in between. Food was average but nothing special. Ordered salad without cheese and it was served with cheese, but I don't think it was server's fault. She was very careful in taking our order. Service was good but server was given too many tables to be able to check on diners.

The vibe of this restaurant is evident right as you walk in- there is a huge variety of people of all ages, all of whom look like they are having a good time. The servers are friendly and very attentive.
The food, every time I visit, is spot on- thoughtful combinations of interesting flavors with an appealing presentation. And the prices are incredibly reasonable.
We will continue to make this our go-to restaurant for everyday meals and for group celebrations!

Located directly across the street from the Marriott Residence Inn, this neighborhood restaurant looks like an old warehouse with Urban style furniture and décor. The service was very good, meals are based on healthy in-season produce, meat and poultry. Soups are very well prepared and taste fantastic! Pricing is appropriate for the food quality and presentation, I would definitely return and I strongly recommend this place for business meals.

The waiter took our order 20 minutes after we were seated. Special requests regarding the preparation of our food were ignored. The waiter failed to tell my sister that they did not have the food she ordered and decided that it was appropriate to serve her an alternative side item without consulting with her. My hamburger bun was soggy. The waiter took 10 minutes to retrieve our payment for the food.

Surprisingly, the business of Father's Day brunch wasn't too overwhelming. Service was fair, considering the eventful day. I enjoyed the comfortable dining room, pillows and all. My waffles were soggy, but the rest of my plate wasn't bad. My husband's biscuit that came with his country fried steak was inedible, as it felt more like biscotti than a flaky delicious biscuit. Though it was relatively affordable, it's definitely not a place for experienced foodies!
