BLT Steak is an interpretation of the American Steakhouse with traditional fare and a bistro ambiance.
A few words about our steaks...All of our beef is USDA Prime or 100% naturally raised certified Black Angus. The finest available. We naturally age our beef for maximum tenderness and flavor before broiling at 1700 degrees and finish with herb butter.
BLT Steak also reinstated the award-winning weekend staple, Sterling Brunch. Regarded as the premier brunch in Las Vegas, the Bally’s institution of forty years, Sterling Brunch has made its triumphant return with the same excellence in service and fare but in a more modern and stylish presentation synonymous with BLT Steak. Guests will once again be able to indulge in the finest fare of caviar, lobster tails, fresh-shucked oysters, Alaskan king crab legs, and never-ending glasses of Perrier Jouët Champagne, mimosas and bloody marys.

The service was awful. When you are paying 100/ person you expect a level of service. Our steaks were delicious, but that was the only thing that was good. My baked potato was extremely undercooked and when something was said to the waiter he suggested mashed potatoes because "it happens a lot." If I wanted mashed potatoes I would have ordered them! When we payed for the bill he ended up charging our credit the wrong amount! He gave us the right bill, but pressed the wrong table when swiping our card. When we noticed it, they swiped our card AGAIN instead of refunding us the difference of the bill. Our waiter was not attentive and was hurrying us throughout the meal. We went to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday and it turned out to be a disaster. I will never return and will never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Wonderful experience at BLT STEAK! Best dinner we had in Vegas. The waitstaff is very attentive and extremely friendly. The food was beyond delicious. The bone in ribeye will melt in your mouth! This will a regular stop for us Vegas from now on.

Have eaten at several BLTs. This one needs to work out growing pains. The famous popovers were served cold and had to wait awhile for next order. Hen of the woods mushroom was not fully cooked either. My guess is the kitchen was overwhelmed. Don't like to see wait staff running around either. Makes a high END place like BLT look disorganized.

This is our 4th visit to this restaurant. They did not disappoint us. Their food is always great. We had a extremely friendly server (Anthony) and we had a great time with him. There were 5 of us this time and we ordered more than we can eat bu we took several take-out container s back to our hotel room. They were still good the next day. We love this restaurant.

Our reservation was for 5:45 PM and I got caught in traffic. I called them to let them know and they were understanding and held our table. The wait staff was welcoming and recommended items. The overall experience was superb. As a local it's nice to know I have another option to entertain out of town guests.

Highly disappointing visit to BLT Steak while in Vegas with friends. From the moment we showed them our travel zoo coupon of 45% off we were snubbed...almost like we were not good enough to occupy this establishment. Our food was dropped off & our waiter never to been seen again; as well as his assistant server. Four out of the six steaks order were not cooked to liking but since the staff didn't bother to come back to check on us we were stuck with what we were served. For a bill coming to $800 after a 45% off coupon we should have been treated with a little dignity. I guess you win some and you lose some in the end...don't lose @ BLT!

This was our first time visit BLT and I enjoyed it. The only problem I had with the place was the booth seating was slightly too low against the table. I felt like a little kid sitting at the table compared to my wife in the chair, but that's minor and was not a big deal.

I'm a frequent diner at BLT Steak (this was my third time). The food is fabulous! I always get steak, and it's always prepared perfectly. I vary my sides, and the potatoes gratin were a pleasant accompaniment. I've also had the truffle mashed potatoes and the green beans. Both were splendid. The atmosphere is upscale, as well is the service. I recommend BLT Steak to everyone. I doubt anyone has ever had a bad experience here.

The food was all right but inconsistent- and at that price, I expect a good meal! Scallop appetizer was 2 scallops of radically different size and sear. Chimichurri sauce had so much raw garlic, it was inedible. And side note: even in the back of the restaurant, smoke from the casino is prevalent.

From the persons greeting us, the General Manager that seated us, and the waiter, were all personable and professional. We wanted a leisurely dinner and experienced just that, not feeling rushed at all. The popovers you get when you're first seated were a refreshing change from bread, very tasty! We shared a Tuna Tartare appetizer, excellent! Then we continued with a Wedge and Burrata Salad. The chef actually chills the lettuce wedge in the freezer for a few minutes to hold it together before serving, delicious! After all those courses we decided to split an the main course. Our steak was cooked perfectly and served hot. Needless to say we had an amazing dinner experience and will go there again without a doubt!

When I pay over $200 for a dinner for 2 I don't think it's asking to much that the waitperson come by the table at least once and see how things are, not have to be tracked down by another employee and then have some lame excuse about how busy they are.

We had a voucher and had a fabulous meal at an incredible value. Make sure you save plenty of room for popovers on top of anything else you order. The Caprese, filet, mashed potatoes were my favorites. I am a creamed spinach fanatic but would skip if I came back, as well as the lobster - not my fave. Overall a pretty wonderful experience

I had a steak which i ordered medium rare. It came blue rare. That was not the problem. I know that will happen from time to time. The problem was the steak was flavorless and overall way over-priced for the quality of food. I expected better from a Gordon Ramsey restaurant.

The biggest downfall was that they sat my husband and I next to a large, drunk party. We couldn't eat and get our fast enough. With that said, the food and waiter were very good. I would probably try it again and make a special request for seating.

This was the 3rd time that I have dined at BLT steak in the past 18 months and I am looking forward to eating here again in December with a couple of my co-workers. They have a decent wine list, and a decent selection of wines by the glass for the solo diners. I had a terrific Caesar salad to enjoy with a glass of a crisp New Zealand sauvignon blanc. The main course consisted of a tender, melt in your mouth filet with grilled asparagus as a side dish. This was enhanced with a glass of an Oregon pinot noir. I was also served their wonderful popover, which is part of every meal served at BLT. Dessert was a bowl of mango sorbet and a cup of coffee. Because I am a diamond card holder with the CET properties, I was given several "extras" to compliment my meal. My waiter took very good care of me, even through I was a solo diner. My hat (fedora) is off to the great people at BLT steak for another great dining experience.
