We have been to other Benihana in the past, unfortunately, this one seems to have missed the mark. They have just tried to cram way to many tables into one room. It looks more like a cattle trough, with everyone lined up. There has to be 30 or ore tables down the main corridor, it was nearly impossible to have a conversation with the person next to you, much less someone across the table. The food on the other hand was exactly what was expected, good flavor and portions. We will however, not be going back.

I think that Benihana is a great restaurant especially when they cook right in front of you our cook maverick was the best in the business he is up for the best chef of Benihana and he should definitely win he had a perfect show with amazing talent and good 😊 food.

The food was ok but the service was subpar. We've been to Benihana several times and the service seems to be declining. The experience isn't as "fun" as it used to be. We were there for a birthday (which we told the staff several times), however they had to be reminded to sing, take our photo and bring us the dessert that came with our meals. The chefs barely talk or interact with the crowd anymore and the staff seems to be all teenagers. Not worth the $250 we spent.

Front desk hostess was frenzied, rude and the entrance area was chaotic. We arrived 15 minutes early for our reservation and were made to wait for 20 minutes after our reservation time while they took other walk-ins in front of us. We won't likely go back.

We went on a bad day I think. We had a reservation but still had to wait an hour. The staff was great but they seemed flustered due to the rush. I guess there was a CU event and homecoming. They chef was great and the runner but they forgot our appetizers and part of our son's food. I think this was a fluke. We have gone before and it was excellent but this trip was a little disappointing, especially because it was a special occasion.

We went there to celebrate my birthday. Benihana is not like it used to be. They no longer
take your photo for the birthday celebration. We had lobster and steak, the lobster was
way overcooked and tough to eat. The steak was good. My wife never got any mushrooms
on her plate like the rest of us. The smell of the burned eggs on the grill was almost too much.

Loved checking in with the bartender (Tyler) and front hostess (Danielle) was very professional and fun. They let us know about sharing options and had us wait for our table.
We ended up with Chef Tommy, and that was the best experience by far. He cared about each of the individuals choice of menu, and cared about us by talking us through the menu and made it an experience. Kasey was our lady of beverages, and she kept things fresh and amazing.
Could not ask for a better Anniversary dinner, even though we told everyone it was just another night for us. Thanks for making it a good evening to remember!!

The open hibachi grill and talent show from the chef always brings a smile and a laugh to everyone at the table. The chicken fried rice is a winning option as well as the seared scallops. The day we went only had a few grills going over lunch so it was quiet enough to have a nice chat.

We went on Thursday September 8th; which was the season opening for the Broncos, so it was pretty quiet and our reservation was at 4:00pm. Our Chef was Alex and he was AWESOME !! We've been coming here for years and this was out BEST experience !! Way to go ALEX !! YOU ROCK !!

Whole experience was amazing. We had the table all to our selves. Our server was awesome. Spoke our names when she would check in with us. We were there for our 25th wedding Anniversary . Sang the Japanese anniversary song to us with another server. Took our picture and gave us a framed copy. Our chef was so friendly. Very easy to talk to. Incorporated our anniversary into his clever cooking. Food, drinks, staff all amazing. Can't wait to go there again. Definitely my favorite restaurant .

We waited well over an hour and a half past our reservation time to get a chef at our table. The waiter seemed attentive, but they were way understaffed. He forgot several things for our party. The floor was pretty filthy, and the restrooms were disgusting!

My kids loved the entertainment and all of the food. Expensive and didn't realize it would be so much food. Not good for me being a vegetarian and one who doesn't like the cross contamination of the meats being cooked with the tofu and veggies!
