Angelina's Ristorante Ratings and Reviews
Very disappointing service; however the food is always great. Our Waiter took our order for wine with our two couples from England ordering a bottle each of wine. That wine was not in stock, then the next selection was ordered and we were told again it was out after checking. We asked how the second wine could be out since my wife was drinking a glass. They apologized for not telling her they had substituted for another brand... The Waiter was flustered and pulled the menu our of our guest hand before she finished reading it... Then we had to remind him to bring the bread and it arrived with the meal... He did not come back to pour the white wine from the ice buckets which were away from the table and we had to ask the bus boy to get him more then once... Finally, our English guest always orders Irish Coffee as a finish to the evening and he told us it was the worst Irish Coffee he had had in two weeks in America. Not one gesture was made to make up for any of these mess-ups. This is a review not worthy of Angelina's. I hope it's a wake up call!
Another delightful experience at Angelina's, our go-to spot for special occasions. Have never been disappointed, from the valet parking to the dessert. Wonderful wine list, food prepared to perfection, and friendly, informed service. Not cheap, but worth every penny.
It was a fabulous dining experience. Food was more than fantastic. Our waiter Jadain was so professional , helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. There was no rushing us thru our dining. I cannot say enough about this restaurant other than we will be back and will recommend to all our friends.
Thank you for a wonderful evening.
Being a long time local customer I was a little surprised. After making a very early reservation 5:00pm (read empty restaurant). We had a concert after so we had to be out early. I received a call from the restaurant manager saying " we needed to be seated promptly at 5:00" something about making the reservation on open table. Which is my preference rather than being placed on hold and told the time was not available. We were in and out and the restaurant was still less than half full. I'm still confused by the call.
Menu is tired if you've been there more than five times.
This time we ordered the shrimp scampi with zucchini squash pasta.
I failed to ask what zucchini pasta was. Shredded zucchini, tomatoes and gulf shrimp in a lobste broth.
Should have asked.
The food overall is ok. And I have had everything on the menu. Fresh dishes. But no more than average for an upscale restaurant.
Hit or miss.
This was the worst meal I've had in Florida. I had Grouper that was left under the broiler too long and was dry and charred on the top. I couldn't eat it. The other five I was with also had inedible meals. How does an Italian restaurant mess up veal Marsala? How is this place still in business?
Food and service outstanding and a few different seating areas to choose from. Asked for room with outside view, but asked to be moved. The noise level was off the charts. Very nice live piano music in bar, but couldn't hear it from the room we were seated in. Would be nice if they had speakers. Pre fixe menu good value and complimentary after dinner limoncella was a nice touch. Need to reserve several weeks in advance!
