Andrea's Ratings and Reviews

Went into the restaurant expecting a great and extravagant dining experience, but was instead blown away with the terrible lack of service and commitment to the us as guests. As my girlfriend and I's first time dining at Andrea's, we expected nothing but the best level of service as exemplified in other Wynn property restaurants we've previously dined (SW Steakhouse & Lakeside). Our server promised to "take good care of us" but rather, performed the bare minimum in hospitality to us. First, my girlfriend has trouble with the menu and didn't know what to order. Instead of giving any recommendations on certain dishes, he instead looked at us awkwardly expecting us to make a decision out of random. After our server droped our appetizers, we never saw or heard from him again. The runners did an excellent job explaining our main course, but again, our server never checked in on us to see how we were doing. Thirty-three minutes had passed from the time our main course was dropped until we saw finally saw him. In the time that passed, we had finished our drinks, ran out of water, and were very upset with his lack of attentiveness to the table. The food was delicious, but the terrible service that we recieved was frustratingly disappointing. Was expecting so much better from this Wynn property restaurant.

Wow! Just amazing! If you had only one opportunity to visit Vegas or eat at any one restaurant, go to Andrea's. I consider myself a seasoned veteran when it comes to Vegas and it's top-notch restaurants, but this one is above all the rest.
Let's begin with the list of items we ordered:
Crispy Tuna - 5 star (my personal favorite)
Duck Panang - the duck was so tender and the curry sauce is what made it even better
Ramen Burger - very good and interesting dish
Hamachi Sudachi - the girlfriend's favorite dish
For our main entree, we ordered the Shrimp Tempura and Spicy Tuna. Best sushi of my life. Hands down. It had avocado, mango, gobo fry, eel sauce, and spicy sesame dressing to accompany the shrimp and tuna.
Finally, we finished off with their ice cream flight. 3 cones, each better than the next. Chocolate chili ice cream, banana crunch ice cream and honey pistachio were incredible.
The dinner was so mindblowing that we went back two nights later. We wanted to explore other restaurants at other hotels (and we still did that), but found ourselves back here. That speaks volume! Coming back soon! 6-stars! 5-star would be an understatement.

I loved the food most of all. I was expecting a lounge type environment after reading an outdated description on the website, describing a DJ and electronic music background (especially for my friends together, Vegas event). But again, the food was delicious and was worth the travel away from the strip.

Went to Andrea's after a 7pm showing of Le Reve. The atmosphere was definitely electric! Lots of good looking people of all ages and the noise level was high. The seating is pretty open so if you don't mind a lot of noise, go ahead and sit in the main dining area. However, if you aren't a fan of the energy and loud noises, request one of the booths along the edge of the restaurant. They are semi-secluded and offer a respite from the hustle and bustle of the main area.
The food was AMAZING and quite diverse. I highly recommend the Wagya sliders on Hawaiian rolls! But from the American flair to the Asain influence, everything that came to our table was delicious. I will definitely eat there again.

My wife and I celebrated her birthday at Andrea's. We were lucky to get a booth in the restaurant, which made things feel more private and romantic. We liked the ambiance of the restaurant -- it was very classy. Our waiter was top notch, and the food was delicious. Would love to go back.

First off the service was amazing. Our waiter was very nice and he even asked the chef to make me a special dish since I was having trouble picking an entree off the menu. The ambience is perfect for a date. It wasn't noisy and I loved the decor of the restaurant. I even enjoyed the music they played.

Usually this is aMUST Go restaurant in out list when in Vegas. We love food and service. For some reason this timeit was EXTREMEEEELY SLOOOW. We had to wait for a very long time for cocktails-appetizers arrived before cocktails actually :( and food was very slow as well. We took some friends to brag about the restaurant and it ended up as a bad experience. Even the food was not AS GOOD AS USUAL.. and for the price we usually expect awesome service and food. Hopefully this "bad service" was one bad day. Our experience there is usually great.

Hip and happening night spot at the Encore. The ambiance and bustling atmosphere on a Saturday night is spot on. Although be forewarned young people! The music is light listening Bee Gees and Hall and Oats. I was expecting a more dynamic sound considering the trendiness of this venue and was disappointed to find it was the same soundtrack which plays throughout the casino and hotel. We were hoping our dinner experience would get us "fired up" for a big night out. Although the music was sleepy, the atmosphere was energetic so it partially made up for it.
Service was good, but not excellent as I had seen in other reviews.
We stayed at the Wynn for the vegan menus, and this has one of the best options! Amazing amount of selections. We got the shishito peppers and gyoza - both were very tasty and the portions are quite large. Next time I would try the entrees and sides instead of the sushi rolls and tofu - they were average. We ordered the roasted vegetable roll and tofu nigiri. I have had the same taste experience at several sushi bars - which was a bit of a disappointment considering high rating of this restaurant. We would have ordered more food, but honestly we were too full after the appetizers!
Overall it was a positive experience and a place to go to kick off a night out . My only hesitation in returning here (versus a non-Wynn option) would be the music. I have nothing against light listening from the 70-80's, but it just does not pair with the sleekness of Andrea's and seems it may be more pleasing to patrons of all ages to offer a more modern sound. It felt like we were trapped in an alternative universe - modern and chic meets The Doobie Brothers. Set expectations accordingly, especially if you are looking for a more upbeat experience for all of your senses.

Seriously good food and great ambiance! Would highly recommend this restaurant and would come back again. Unique, but not too off-the-wall menu with lots of vegetarian/vegan options. Great steaks and wine as well.

Andrea's was wonderful - once again.
The food and service were excellent.
The only disappointment, was my main entrée was incorrect and had be be sent back.
By the time it arrived, the other guests were almost finished their meal.
They did bring a larger portion for the error, and that was greatly appreciated.

My husband and I dined at Andrea's our first night in Vegas over Labor Day weekend which was a Thursday night so I didn't expect much in the way of it being super crowded. We dined around 8 which is early for us (and Vegas) but by 9 the place was full of people. It is a beautiful, sexy restaurant with a great vibe and even better the food was excellent! Service was amazing and we never wanted for anything. We shared the tuna and crispy rice appetizer along with the shrimp tempura and spicy tuna sushi roll - delicious. We also had the filet with the wasabi demi glace, brussel sprouts and crispy shoe string potatoes, all of which I would highly recommend. We will definitely be returning and if you are in Las Vegas you must try it!
