Wonderful dinner at the AG, located in the cozy basement of Sterling Inn. Although there was a slight delay in seating (due to us being a bit early) everything from then on was very smooth. The live music consisted of wonderfully rendered classic songs. The food was sumptuous and the drinks were lovely. Our server was also extremely pleasant to talk with and very attentive to us and all the tables around. Although the bill is a bit steep it's worth it if you have a special occasion to commemorate. We took our time enjoying the food and ambiance and were the second last table to leave, and there wasn't any rush to hurry us out. From what I saw, everyone else seemed to enjoy their dinners as well.

This is my 3rd time at AG. I'm an out of towner and always make a reservation when I'm planning to be in the area. The food is the most delicious and fresh food I have ever tasted. The service is wonderful and it's always such a treat to find out what the amuse bouche will be! Will keep coming back again and again!

An incredible dining experience, food is absolutely exceptional. My fiancé and I both thoroughly enjoyed our meals start to finish.
We started with cocktails (chocolate martini and a pear old fashioned) 5/5
We then split an appetizer which was an assortment of cold meats and pickled items. 3/5
For main course I had the lamb shank and my fiancé had the chicken. Both were outstanding. 5+/5
Desserts were rosemary creme brûlée for myself and a pear torte with salted caramel gelato. 5/5
Overall this meal exceeded my already high expectations. Will be returning without a doubt and would recommend to anyone who loves food!

The experience at Ag was outstanding! We were well taken care of, and Erica was just lovely, polite, knowledgeable and fun! You could tell everyone cared about what they served to the clients. We encountered all three women who engaged in the busy restaurant promptly, polite and with a smile. The energy was vibrant and the food was absolutely delicious, from nature to a plate of slow awe remarks and flavors all blended with beautiful presentation! Thank you!

Outside is uninspiring, but once you get downstairs it's an interesting space. Center of the room is the bar with some good cocktails and possibly live music. The real stage is the food, which is unquestionably worth the trip and not to be missed. The waiters are on top of things and the food is beautiful, local, and wonderful.

The food and staff were great - from the outside I thought I was in the wrong place. to boot the restaurant was in the basement. It was not too bad once seated, but strange spending a lot of money to eat in a basement, especially with low ceilings. The food was good and staff attentive. They had live music which was a surprise and very nice.

AG Cuisine offers intimate, beautiful modern decor. The menu is focused on local and seasonal ingredients. The cocktails are excellent. The two of us shared a local, house-made charcuterie platter which was delicious. Our entrees were delicious and well portioned. We enjoyed the scallop entree over the pork chop. The service was attentive but not hovering - very, very good!

Restaurant and dining options are very fancy. Definitely a higher class meal. Every bite was delicious from our mussels (appetizer) to main course. I recommend the beef tenderloin. My husband doesn't usually like anything too fancy, he is a steak and potatoes guy, but he devoured this meal! I was pregnant for this trip so I wasn't drinking, but I loved the idea that they have a wine choice for each meal. You get what you pay for at this place!

Food was excellent, however, the decor doesn't really suit the farm-to-table philosophy. Decorated like a vampire's boudoir with crushed red velvet curtains, red carpeting and crystal lighting. But like I said, food was delicious so this can be overlooked.

The food choices are unusual and excellent. One of my best dining experiences ever! Also has an interesting Prix Fixe menu, with or without wine pairings. Very interesting use of herbs. They have a nearby farm for their greens and herbs in season.

Excellent, creative farm-to-table cusine, with a lot of the produce coming from their own farm. Oustanding service. Top-notch, low-key professional approach and very helpful when help was requested, without any attitude whatsoever. Willing and able to accomodate the highly specialized dietary restrictions one of us has to adhere to. An excellent selection of wines from Niagara-area wineries. The food was fabulous. We had a venison and a scallop entree. Both were excellent with the venison not at all gamey as it can be. The pork belly paired with the scallops was a revalation. We both had gelato for dessert. Perfectly smooth and delicious, the salted toffee flavored gelato was amazing. Best meal we've had in quite a while, and we think of ourselves as being picky restaurant snobs.

I picked AG to celebrate my birthday with my sister. We were visiting the Falls and I wanted an upscale dinner for my birthday. The whole experience from beginning to end was just perfect! Kelly, our server, was very informed about the menu and was also very pleasant throughout the evening. The meal started with an amuse-bouche of plums stuffed with foie gras. It wasn't especially flavorful. But the bread basket included two types of homemade breads that were incredibly flavorful. Then the heirloom tomato salad with small bits of mozzarella and a tableside pour of tomato consommé was a wonderful light salad. I had the corn risotto with tenderloins and my sister had the whitefish. Both meals were terrific and we consumed every bite! If I am in the Falls again, I will go back!

I was looking for a place to have my staff dinner during my conference in Niagara Falls. Someone suggested another restaurant but I came across AG and decided to book there instead. I'm so glad I did - the food was amazing! I booked their private room and it was great for our group of 10. Kelly, our waitress was very knowledgeable. I would definitely come back when in the Niagara area.

Recently visited AG with my two teenage daughters and was very happy with the entire experience. The service is excellent and so are the menu choices. I recommend the pork chop. My daughters both thought a simple baked cheesecake would be a good addition.

Our dinner here was very delightful. Once you get past the remodel construction going on up stairs , you step into another quiet dimension. The service was very attentive and professional. The chef's creativity was refreshing and spot on. and the costing very fair. If we were locals, we would have found a new favorite.

My husband and I decided to try this place because we like the food to table concept. It exceeded our expectations. We came here for our anniversary and it couldn't have been more perfect. It was romantic and private feeling. The staff was helpful, kind and courteous. The food was exquisite! Probably the best meal I've ever had at a restaurant! I can't recommend it enough.

Meals here are an art, and not exclusively in the way they are presented. The dishes, including the salads and appetizers, are thoughtfully prepared. I appreciate the restaurant not packing everyone in like sardines. It was busy without having the feeling of being surrounded by other tables. The staff was friendly, not pretentious at all given the price tag of the meal. As a visitor, I appreciated having the opportunity to try local wines as we didn't make it out to the wineries. This restaurant showcases the gastronomy of the region while sitting a block away from the tourist draws of Niagara Falls. A real gem!

It was my girlfriend's birthday and it was phenomenal , the staff were super attentive , friendly and cooperative . they took care of everything from bringing the cake to timing the live band music playing "happy birthday" . I was mind blown and I'd recommend AG Cuisine for a romantic dinner or any special occasion really. The food was more than amazing , very fresh and organic .
The atmosphere was great . I couldn't ask for more.

We've eaten at AG many times, and have always had a good experience. The menu takes advantage of local, fresh ingredients, and changes with the seasons. There is a good variety in the menu choices, and the food is always perfectly prepared and nicely presented. The wait staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We're looking forward to going back.

It would be hard for me to overstate how good a restaurant this is. The food is NYC or Toronto caliber, and the price is quite reasonable given the quality (excluding alcohol and tip, our meal for four, including appetizers, entrees, dessert and coffee, was $295 Canadian, making this a real bargain for Americans). For those from Buffalo, the best comparison would be Oliver's or the Rue -- it's that good. Everything is excellent, the atmosphere is nice, and the service is great. To give an example of how accommodating the staff are, one of our party asked about gluten free selections, and not only did the kitchen modify her entree, but without her asking they brought her gluten free bread and a gluten free version of the ( complimentary) amuse bouche. I will definitely return to AG.

The first thing that struck me was the sleek, sexy decor as we were greeted warmy by the maitre'd.
We were seated in a romantic corner table and had the pleasure of being served by Erika.
The farm to table food choices are creatively prepared and beautifully executed. Erika suggested wine pairings that were perfect for each course.
I can't say enough good things about this restaurant and staff.
If you have the opportunity, don't miss a chance at a dining experience at AG.

My family had a wonderful dinner at AG. We were a group of 10 and weren't expecting a private room, but a beautiful table was set in a quiet room. It made it easy to have conversations and enjoy each other's company. The food was delicious and special.
