ABC Kitchen Ratings and Reviews

My daughter and I went when she was home from college. This was our evening to spend together, given her busy social schedule, and we had been to ABC Kitchen over a year ago to celebrate my birthday and decided on a yummy get-together, since we're both foodies and we love the decor, too! It was a delicious meal, as expected, with attentive but unobtrusive service, as well. Overall, a wonderful meal. I only wish there was some noise-reduction system in place, because it's a very "live" room acoustically. Love ABC Kitchen!

The Hype and the difficulty getting reservations perhaps raised the bar just a notch to high. My family picked ABC as a get together "destination" dining but in retrospect would not go to that trouble again. The house cocktails were good but the starters not so much. The mains were good to very good and the overall service was friendly but did not hit the high notes.
I guess the value was reasonable because the main dishes were about $10 less than the fine dining spots although a bit on the small side.
I am happy we checked ABC off the list but we won't be back.

ABC Kitchen is consistently great. The food quality is outstanding. Everything is high quality, made from scratch, made with local, quality, fresh products, delivered beautifully on every plate. The taste and flavor profiles are exactly what the menu and the server describe them to be. Highly recommend ABC KITCHEN for any occasion.

We got the ricotta and fig appetizer which was incredible, but our two fish entrees were both outrageously salty. It was a shame because they would have tasted great had they not been so filled with salt.
The service was good though and the restaurant is beautiful, which made up for the less than stellar food.

Great food and service but why would anyone dine here. Ridiculously loud, measured 105db on my iPhone. Not only dangerous to your hearing but very difficult to have a conversation. Not worth the experience at any price.
Management should be ashamed of themselves to expose staff and patrons to such a loud environment.

Lovely experience! My client and I were delighted with our lunch experience. The staff were great - so helpful and nice - the food was outstanding, and the decor were great. We admired every plate, bowl, and fork that went by!

This was my 3rd time dining here for dinner and, by far, my favorite.
Service is great, food is outstanding, ambiance is stunning.
Suggestions (Oct 2016 menu):
The seasonal squash toast is a MUST.
Fig Ricotta toast - MUST.
The pizzas are always a good share option - but there are far better things on the menu if you aren't a picky eater.
I had the halibut (seasonal dish) as my main and it was entirely phenomenal.
The cocktails are all delightful - the bartenders definitely know what they're doing up there.
The desserts are the least memorable and that has been the case all 3 times I've dined here.
This time in particular I ordered the apple pie. It looked beautiful, but the flavor was average. Also, it was described on the menu as "warm apple pie", but it was room temperature at best.
That's a "no-no" when it comes to pies/crisps etc.
Aside from that, everything else was absolutely on point.
Can't wait to return!

I love this restaurant! It's a special place with the food and the atmosphere/lighting being excellent!
However, I ordered soup that was unbelievably delicious but no more that 3oz. was $15.00,
I brought it up to my waiter and they apologized and took it off the bill. They thought perhaps it was a half order?!
It was the right thing to do!

I was recommended this place by a close friend, and came to celebrate my birthday with my mom. This place was wonderful! The food was delicious, everyone was kind & friendly, and the ambiance/ decor is beautiful. I had a very memorable experience here and would definitely come back as well as recommend it to friends.

I have been here for lunch many times. I work 4 block away and I usually dine at the bar solo. When I need a spot to entertain friends, ABC Kitchen never fails. My visit on Tuesday was no exception. From the greeting at the door to the prompt friendly attention from the sexy informed servers, I cannot ask for more in a dining experience. The food is seasonal and always cooked to perfection. I urge you to treat yourself to a perfect dining experience. Always top it off with the Salted Caramel Ice Cream Sundae! I love you ABC Kitchen!

We found the dishes to be hit and miss and we also felt we were a little rushed in eating them. We love our food (all cuisines and price ranges!) and food is a big part of travel for us. We really enjoyed our mains (all had fish) but the other small dishes we shared were mostly just okay. Given how popular this place is we had high expectations, but we did think it was both overrated and not the best value for money. We were happy with our food absolutely - but it wasn't as innovative / interesting flavour as I was expecting. The sashimi tuna (in my opinion) was too salty and the calamari was well cooked but lacking in anything interesting. Loved the peppers though as a side dish.

Restaurant is loud, but has a very open layout. Very diverse dress code, from baseball cap and shorts to 3 piece suits. I was a bit confused as to what the dress code was here. Wait staff were a bit slow on taking order and attentiveness, but food certainly helped make up for that. The end of the night was the best, which was that the restaurant helped to make our anniversary that more special by remembering the note when I made the reservation.
