Good food. Could have lost the violin player
As always, the food was excellent, we had the Valentines Special. Our waitress was fantastic.
My fiancé came there this last weekend to celebrate Valentine’s Day early. We had never been to hurrahs before so when we walked in on the bar side we didn’t realize there was another side to the restaurant. A waitress walked by and just said “seat yourself” didn’t ask us bar side or dining or if we had a reservation (which we did). Also, took almost 15 mins just to get water and menus. Multiple times the waitress forgot to bring our wine or check on us... that’s when we realized there was an actual dining side as we watched people disappear down the hallway and were kind of upset that we could of been sitting in a quieter more romantic setting but no one even asked us our preference. My fiancé and I said multiple times that we felt invisible. Our steak that we ordered (kc Strip medium rare) came out very very very rare. Which was disappointing for a $50 steak.
Overall it was ok. The waitress was friendly but just not present enough. And the food was ok. But not a $150 tab ok. Probably won’t be back.
Our augratin potatoes or cold and undercooked. Waitress was wonderful and brought a different dish out
Overall we enjoyed our experience at 37 Steak. Because of the prices, we limit our trips here to special occasions. The people were friendly and the appetizers were very good. We didn't care too much for our drinks but that's probably because we weren't expecting a sweet cocktail. The least enjoyable part of the evening was our lobster tails. They were dry with limited flavor, most likely because they were over-cooked. We've had much better lobster tails elsewhere for a more reasonable price. We'll come back again but stick to the wine or traditional cocktails and the steaks.
The meal was delicious, the filet mignon tender and tasty. Service was outstanding, and reasonably priced for the menu. I make it a point to eat at 37 Steak every time I'm at Harrah's North Kansas City.
The service was great and the seafood tower was amazing.
Great steak selection, sides were generous portions. Everything was cooked to absolute perfection.
Awesome food, the shrimp cocktail was incredible. Service was attentive but not over servicing. Only disappointment was they run out of prime rib by 8:15. On a Saturday night. the main reason we booked our reservation was for the prime rib but ,with that said I would still highly recommend 37 Steak
The restaurant was nice, the bar up front was loud and gives the wrong feel for the dining area.
As always the food was wonderful. We had a 6:15 reservation and we were seated at 6:45 or after. They gave us free appetizers for our wait. They were extremely busy as were the waitresses. It took a very long time for our order and over all service. Our waitress was very nice, just had too many tables to take care of. Her assistant is a real jewel. Always smiling and caring. We did not get out until 8:15 from a 6:15 reservation. And we did not linger. No one to blame. just over booked and very busy. We have Never used internet booking as our Host usually books our reservations. In the future we will go through our host again.
I was very happy with the table and the food was great. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, so delicious and excellent flavor. I will definitely be returning in the future. Our waitress could of been a little more attentive but other than that our experience was very satisfying.
We had a very enjoyable evening at 37 Steak. Food and service were exceptional. Relaxed atmosphere comfy and quiet.
We were pleasantly surprised with our food, my wife in particular. She's not much of a steak eater and was concerned that it wouldn't be cooked to her satisfaction...WELL done, but it was and it wasn't dried out and flavorless as some would expect. She shared some with me and we both agree that it was great. We actually saw the chef on our way out and told him how much we enjoyed everything.
Nice place, food was pretty good. Not the best waitress. She seemed to busy to care. Went on resteraunt week, decent deal
We attended dinner for Restaurant Week, hands down the best experience! Service, food was awesome!
Food was ok- a bit overpriced
We really enjoyed the evening at 37 Steak. I was a little disappointed to hear from another member of the wait staff telling the table next to us that once Restaurant Week was over the place would clear out and there wouldn't be nearly this many people here. I don't feel the restaurant was crowded nor was that appropriate. It kind of ruined my evening.
Our waitress was very kind, efficient, and knowledgeable about the menu.
My steak was slightly over cooked but still good.
From the bottle of Moscato to dessert everything was delicious. My prime rib was cooked to perfection.
Visited during restaurant week which was an amazing value. I would Return given the opportunity. The server was great and the food was very good.
The steak was done to perfection. I think it is a little pricey. The steak was $42 and that was just for the steak. Anything else is extra except the break before the meal. The baked potato and fries were extra. So a steak and potato for two was $100.00. That isn't bad for a meal but normally a meal will include a salad at least and that was not included - it would have been extra. We thought about having a shrimp cocktail but at $16.00 for 3 shrimp we decided we could do without. All in all it was great food. The service could have been a little better. A large party came in and I don't know if it was expected but service dropped off once that party came in. We will go back and we will order the same food. The steak was fork tender and cooked perfectly!
Always good food and great Service. The candied bacon appetizer is a must! Went there for restaurant week. Nice place for dinner, then try and win money back t casino!
Ordered from their Restaurant Week menu. Delicious prime rib & potatoes au gratin but husband's filet mignon didn't impress. Cheesecake dessert crust tasted like freezer burn.
Good place for gamblers if you like to gamble. ,
The food is always good, however the oscar topping I received for my beautifully prepared 6 oz. filet was cold. Would've sent it back but I was pretty hungry from the extended wait time. We had a 7:15 reservation so the place wasn't packed but a few who came after us were served before us 😣. 3 out of 7 of us were served without their sides and their food had to go back. We ordered 3 servings of the donuts for dessert and they were mostly burnt 😢Although our seating area was drafty, they did adjust the temp when we asked.....The ability to reserve online was great and our waitress was nice though!
Would have been 5 stars, but the crab leg on the seafood tower was over chilled. The 6oz filet was incredible.
Good service, however too pricy, and the meal was not good.
We love it there, its great everytime we go. a must try in KC!
we ate there two nights in a row food was very good and server was very nice also didnt take long to get food
The evening was perfect. The food, drinks and atmosphere was all top notch.
