"We are here for conference and my family came to meet us from LA. There's a variety of seafoods here, even burgers and sandwiches to choose from! We had Calamari, garlic bread & N'awlin's BBQ shrimp for appetizer, Paella, salmon burger, cheese burger, Thai beef salad, roasted salmon, chicken Maui, seafood fettuccine & seafood risotto. Everyone liked their food. I ordered the risotto and thought the sauce was a bit runny and either the clam or the mussel tasted a bit fishy. O/w the scallops & shrimp were cooked perfectly. I ordered a peach martini & it was so strong I had to give it to my husband. I ordered a blueberry lemondrop & asked to cut back on alcohol, it was perfect! Scenery was pretty, overlooking ocean, outdoor mall & park."

"After making my resversation on line I called the restaurant to see if they were having a lunch menu as well as the buffet. I was told that they were offering the Lunch menu as well as the buffet and we could order either way. I told them I did not want a buffet lunch as we do not eat alot and felt it was a waste of money to pay for a buffet and generally the quality of food is better off a menu. I called the restaurant again on wednesday to confim the resveration, I asked again if they were offering the lunch menu. I again was told yes they were. After showing up to the restaurant and were seated, we ordered a drink. It was only after the drinks arrived is when we were told it was only a buffet. The food was was only fair at best."

"Great fish--order from their special fish menu and you won't be disappointed! it's worth the price! I had seered ahi with vegetable quinoa served with a delicious sauce. View of passing ships, colorful kites, and Coronado Island in the background. Patio dining protected from the wind by glass but unobstructed view. Impeccable service from Danny who was friendly and efficient. Great wines (many available by the glass such as Sonoma Cutrer Chardonnay). What a way to enjoy a relaxing dinner at Seaport Village."

"I was very disappointed with my choice of celebrating my 65th birthday. It was suppose to be a special night but it turned out that we had a terrible dinner plan. Making a reservation was totally useless. My wife and I still had to wait more than 20 minutes before we got someone attention. I was hoping for a nice table by the window instead we were seated away from the window. Not very happy with this place. It use to be one of our favorite place to come but it has not been the same. I don't think I would be back."

"When you go to the Harbor House the food prices are reflective of the scenic harbor view not the quality of ingredients. Our waiter was helpful in guiding us toward their fresh fish but the wait staff who delivered the food was grouchy and cold in manner. I am sorry but if you are paying $26 a plate, the staff should be bending over backwards to make the dining experience enjoyable. The coffee at the end of the meal was so horrible we sent it back. Funny, the waiter then said, "would you like me to brew a fresh pot?" Why wasn't that done automatically? Bottom line, this is a place for tourists not locals."

"We came here for our anniversary and my husband ordered the cioppino...it was horrible. It was served in a large paella pan with the seafood floating in a bath of canned tomatoes. "I invited a special guest for Valentine's Day. After reserving my table 10 days in advance and requesting a window seat I thought that would be enough time. I called to make sure my reservation was kept even when it appeared I would be 1/2 hour late in traffic. ((coming from Temecula)) When we arrived there were several tables empty. I was told that all the window seats were reserved. I ask why mine was not reserved as I had done so several days before. The waitress had no answer. Not wanting to cause a scene we dined behind a pole in the center of the room. Around us two tables remained empty for at least half an hour. Thanks for nothing."

"Food was very good,i had the seafood platter with a red pepper sauce.The sauce wouldnt have been my choice but it was by no means over powering.Service was a little slow but we were on holiday(from UK) so wasnt an issue....Margheritas very strong!!
