"On my recent trip to Tulum, Mexico I ate at Posada Margarita where i learned of their sister restaurant Circolo. The pasta made me feel as if I was back on the beach on vacation. I also loved the glass of Lambrusco I had. And the raspberry tart for desert was an amazing end to dinner."

"CIRCOLO is a gem located in Bond street. What a perfect neighborhood. We could not have been happier, a real neighborhood feel but intimate. I had a delicious handmade GNOCCHI with fondue, perfectly cooked. The lamb also was soft and delicious. They have 3 steak choice in the menu. My wife had the NY Steak with the mushroom sauce. Our server was very attentive. The timing was perfect and they never push our table. Great Atmosphere, we will surely be back."

"We ate at the bar, the bartender was very nice and attentive. The atmosphere of the place was beautiful and relaxing . We had the Cappellacci and Burrata, Both were delicious. The bartender told us that they just added a new bar menu, which is great because the drinks are always good. Since we lived close we surely come back. We add Circolo to the restaurants we go to on a regular basis."

"The food is amazing! Homemade pasta and sauces... even homemade breadsticks wrapped in prociutto! You cannot order a bad thing on the menu. Even the desserts... as full as you may be, try one - it's worth it! The owners are ever present and low key. Rustic italian cuisine at its best with conscientious, but non-obtrusive service. Say hello to Giada (owner. You may have to ask who she is because she blends so humbly in with her staff. I will be a regular at Circolo!"

"I had a dinner with a friend. Everything was divine. Simple plates but the food taste delicious. I had the asparagus raw salad. Crispy and tasty. The ravioli pasta has a very very nice and elegant flavor. The dessert as well was very good, the cream of the raspberry tart delicious. The atmosphere was good. The decor is really cozy and minimal. It's a friendly environment i will definetely come back."

"Great space and our server was very nice but the food was fired at the wrong time. What would have been incredibly flavorful dishes were just "ok" - the cappellacci was burning hot, the pork cheek was only warm and the brussel sprouts were tepid. I'd go back if someone were treating me to dinner, otherwise i'd prefer to go to one of the many other restaurants in NYC that execute flawlessly."

"i had a really great experience at Circolo, we started with a drink at the ropper bar. which i would definitely return to for a drink. the bartender was really friendly and was very helpful with all the cocktails. then once we were at the table we had a really nice meal sharing a little bit of everything. we started with the tuscan meatballs and the tronco, which was a really nice mix of different vegetables. then we had the pici with wild boar which was really flavorful and tender and then we had the ravioli with straciatella cheese! all i can say is OMG it was amazing. i will definately return and cannot wait to try all the other HOMEMADE pastas!"

"We were excited to try this new Noho Italian. What a huge disappointment. The pasta dishes were tasteless and bland. The service was very unprofessional and slow (even though there were several empty tables at 9pm on a Friday night). We will definitely NOT be going back."

"Appetizers (Tuscan fried meatballs and grilled octopus) were mediocre, but the pastas were legitimately bad. The capellacci was bland and the bolognese consisted of dry, crumbled meat. The pappardelle (a new item on the menu) was very dry and tasted far too heavily of sage. We were so disappointed that we didn't even stay for dessert, which typically we never skip. Ambiance is fun; it's a nice, casual space with a good bar area, but unless the food is addressed. it will be hard for this restaurant to succeed."

"I think the prices were too high for what we got. The portions were very small. I asked for the linguini rosa. The taste was okay, but maybe only half of my little plate was filled with pasta. I ate it in 10 bites. As a dessert, I had the raspberry tart. This one was amazing. The wines were expensive as well. The waitress wanted to sell as much as possible."

"A very good surprise One of the best places I have eaten italian in New York. I thought I could eat like that only in Italy. Circolo 'was a surprise. their concept is very simple and genuine cuisine. The drinks were delicious. Excellent ravioli, the octopus and chicken. Service very attentive and friendly. Will definitely be back. The atmosphere was beautiful and we recognized a lot of celebrities and fashion people at the other tables. Very cool."

"My experience at Circolo was really beautiful. i liked it since the moment I walked in. I breathed immediately a vibrant atmosphere. The restaurant is really cozy with a lot of candles. Our server was very nice and attentive, he suggest us to try the stuffed pasta. Pasta and bread handmade were both delicious. generally simple delicious flavors. We finished our dinner with a cream delightful cheese vanilla pudding.... we will definitely return. i think this will become my new spot..."

"Circolo was good, not great, but good. The service however was very good and the waitperson explained their style of rustic cooking didn't rely on sauces. I had the pasta with boar. The hand rolled pasta was a bit tough and the ragu dry. Flavors were balanced overall. We had a nice meal but the preparation wasn't showing the love. My companions had the fish and also commented that the preparation wasn't showing anything beyond basic."

"Food was great and atmosphere was charming. My only issue was the prices - definitely one of those trendy spots that you pay for. That being said, I would love to bring my friend back here who are really into the "farm-to-table" restaurants."

"An italian friend of mine suggested this new restaurant. I was very happy to try because Bond street is one of my favorite street. The atmosphere of the dining area is very cozy, the decor minimal but chic. The vibe was incredible, the staff very welcoming. We had octopus, tuscan meatballs and tronco to start. The octopus taste delicious. The server was very helpful suggesting us a correct wine paring. As a main we had very good handmade pasta stuffed with spinach and ricotta. The stracciatella cheese on top is life changing. As a dessert we had a raspberry tart. The cream was divine. Simple flavours but high quality. The restaurant had a good crowd but you can still talk. i will definetely come back again to try more option"
