"We arrived at 8:30 on a Friday night to a nearly empty restaurant. We were seated right away and brought menus. And then we waited...and waited. 15 minutes and still no sign of a server. Finally a manager noticed that we were waiting and came over to apologize and take our cocktail order. The manager brought our cocktails to our table...still no server. She finally came after we had been there for 25 minutes saying that she was stuck at another table because they had a lot of questions. We ordered salads, steaks, and a couple of sides. The food was good but my husband's steak was overdone. He asked for it medium and it was nearly well done. Just okay for the money you spend. Bourbon Steak was MUCH better!"

"I had a good experience at this restaurant with my group but it seems more of a place to go with your spouse. The place is very dim and not well lit so I was thinking I would love to celebrate my anniversary here. Overall the food was delicious and flavorful. I will dine here again with my husband so we can have romantic evening together."

"We ended up with a $225 tab, including a moderately priced bottle of wine. I ordered a 12-oz steak and my wife ordered the crab-stuffed shrimp. Both were overcooked. We each had the loaded baked potatoes, as well, which were nothing special. The highlights of the meal were the break (which was excellent) and the spinach salad. Overall, quite a disappointment, though."

"Great food, had a wonderful time.. Nobody acknowledged her Birthday and would have appreciated a much better table considering I had made a note of that.. We were put in a high foot traffic area of the restaurant and there were definately better tables available.. Would like to have had a more private table.."

"I was really excited to eat at a Wolfgang restaurant, but was disappointed after the meal. I have been to many higher end restaurants and I would not consider this one to be one. We started out with a wedge salad and asparagus soup. The soup lacked favor the salad was good. we ordered the special, porterhouse for two. The steak was over done. This is a steak place and all. The sides were Mac and cheese (fabulous) and asparagus (nothing special). Overall we won't be returning:("

"Our reservation was at 8 pm on a Saturday and the resturant was not crowded. Our meal took 1.5 hours to complete (and our meal only included a salad and entree). Also, despite wanting another glass of wine, my glass sat empty for over 20 minutes and my empty salad plate was in front of me for at least 15 minutes. The bread came after our salad (30 minutes after we sat down). We skipped desert given all the delays (almost late to our show). Overall, the food was pretty good, but the service was terrible."

"Service was less than stellar. We had 7pm reservation and the restaurant was not yet busy. After being seated, we waited 5-10 minutes before being greeted by our server. He seemed less than enthused that he was working. He had forgotten my wife's bearnaise sauce when he brought out the main course, after several minutes we had to flag down a food runner to get the sauce. The food was very good. I got the NY Strip and steak fries and my wife had the filet and the crab/lobster louie salad (which she said was awesome). Besides the average service, I would recommend this restaurant."

"Best filet mignon ive ever ate and ive ate alot of good ones ...I had the snake river filet. The crab cakes were the best also and the bread was awesome. I almost ate the napkins the food was so good . I will be back again. Thanks for the experience"

"My parter and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary hear. The wait staff was excellent! The decor was really nice but the food was a big dissapointment. Very bland. I was expecting more taste and it just wasnt there at all.
My partner has a bad allergey to parsley. We made it clear to our waitress but we still ended up with parsley on half of our food when we where told that they would make sure that they would keep it off."

"We were celebrating my husband's birthday and had reservations for 8:30pm we weren't seated until 9:30pm. We were in the VIP section with a group of drunk and extremely noisy bachelors. We could barely hear the waitress give the menu selections. Our waiter was not very pleasant. The food was decent but not outstanding. Will not go back."

"Perfectly cooked American Kobe Fillet done Pittsburgh, and Petite Strip done medium rare. Second Petite Strip done Pittsburgh was charred and medium rare inside instead of rare. Waited an little over an hour after ordering with a 9:00 PM reservation on Saturday night.
Fresh cocktail list was wonderful, and wine list is exceptional.
Crab Louie salad and Crab Cake appetizers are exceptional."

"Our reservations were for 6:00 p.m. and we were promptly taken when we arrived. We were also greeted by other employees as we were being seated. I thought this was nice even thou they were not our waiters. Tom, who was our waiter could not have been nicer and accommodating with all our questions about the wine selections and our meal. We celebrated our anniversary this evening and had a wonderful time thanks to all the staff at Woflgangs. We will be returning"

"Service was great...food was not so great. Overpriced. 28 dollars for six shrimp that were overcooked. It was supposed to have lobster sause one it, well it did but you had to search for it. There was one drop on the plate, and the shrimp were so overcooked the tail shell would not come off and you could barerly bite into the shrimp. Should have sent it back. Salad was ok but no dressing on it. Wont be going back."

"The previous Bourbon Steak at MGM is now Wolfgang Puck Steakhouse. The décor is the same and there is still some of the same servers. The menu is slightly different but not by too much(still a steakhouse). I do miss the frites and sauce that were brought out at Bourbon though. Overall, an excellent meal!!"

"My wife and I have been to every nice steakhouse in the Metro area and decided to check this place out and do a bit of gambling. From the time we entered into the casino, you were overcome by the smell of smoke. We hoped that the smell would be better in the restaurant, but it was not. It was just as bad. The entire time we were there, we could smell smoke.

As for the food, I was not impressed overall. It was not terrible, but the salad selection was light and they had very few dressing choices. The steaks we had were good, but not great. The dessert was not impressive. We had the chocolate lava cake, but I have had better at Applebees."

"The whole dining experience was excellent for a simple or romatic date. We sat in a nice cozy booth that was not only roomy but we were able to talk without sharing your conversation with other tables near by. The service was excellent. Our waiter was prompt and very attentive to our request. Often checked with us if we needed anything else. Always had a smile and his tone was one of confidence and often made suggestions to the wine list and food selection menu. I had the chicken pacata which was off the chart as for a rating. Tender juicy well seasoned and a generous portion. My wife enjoyed the salmon. It was very flavorful and cooked just right. The cheesecake dessert was just so,so."

"Food was not what we expected. Wife had a prime rib and was "very" salty crust. I had the bone in rib eye and was fatty and not the grilled taste I like. There were no "extras" with the meal, just a bread basket with butter. Does not compare to earlier visits to this restaurant. This meal experience was not even close to Iridescence at the Motor City and is price comparable.
Also we went to celebrate a birthday and after recognition of note of such at the door, nothing else was mentioned by anyone.
I would not reccomend this place to anyone as it was that night."

"Very unhappy with the food. Oysters were really bad. Had to return forks and glasses 4 times due to not being fully cleaned. Lipstick and parts of food still remained. Would not go back. Couldn't find my reservation, even after I gave her the number that was emailed to me. Not good for a first time."

"The Steak wasnt anything to write home about. It was okay, I was expecting great! I have had better steaks. The Mac and cheese side was to die for! The prices where define you way to high considering the steaks weren't that good."

"The pan roasted lobster was dry and had a strange flavored topping that detracted from the overall flavor of the lobster. It was fresh, however, not frozen. The selection of sides and steak additions was outstanding. Everyone at the table thoroughly enjoyed the spinach salad with the poached egg topping."

"We have been to this space when it was a seafood restaurant. With the name Wolfgang Puck on the door I would have expected more. Disappointing would be an understatement. It is such a open space you are lost in it. A very uninviting place. A pizza and pasta should be a fun place. No here. The kind of place you feel bad making noise. Pizza is pizza and pasta is pasta. So what makes this so special and pricey. NOTHING. Just the name. $136.00 for 3 with no drinks is a little high. As I said the only thing they are selling is the Name. Won't be back and will not recommend"

"Great experience. Steaks done as requested. Considerate waitress(asked about lime in my Corona. no way! Changed seating to make the 5 of us more comfortable. Best 2 hours of dining and conversation in a long while. So popular glad I made reservations."

"When we were presented with the binder that contained all of the wines that were suppose to be available, our first choice could not be located on the shelf. Our second choice was unavailable. Finally we were presented with a wine that was comparable to our second choice. When my ceasar salad arrived it had so much dressing the lettuce was swimming in it. My choice was the free range chicken which has soo much glaze on it you had to find the chicken. My partner enjoyed his steak I think, since he only ate less than half. I picked this establishment as a birthday dinner for him and I was not pleased at all, especially after my total bill was well over $200.00. I don't think we will revisit again."

"The seating was amazing. It was like we had our own little room. They are setup in cubbies so you have a private area.

The food was tasty and the Tuna tar tar was amazing. Definitely worth a try!"

"It was a little less than I expected, but still very nice. Our waitress was outstanding and really made the whole experience nice. I thought the food was above average, but have had better for less at other venues. I had the crab stuffed shrimp and wasn't overly impressed. My date however had the open range roasted chicken and I was able to try it and it was delicious. Overall, it was nice for the intended purpose (date's birthday) and I will try it again."
