The Dining Room specialises in American cuisine, with European style and rustic Hawaiian ingredients. The menu is a reflection of Executive Sous Chef Junior Ulep"s long-time home on Lanai, and is inspired by the island and incorporates the freshest local ingredients. Located off the lobby, the 44-seat Dining Room is open for dinner only.
Additionally, a seasonal five-course Chef’s tasting menu is offered, as well as an extensive selection of after-dinner drinks.
An unparalleled, sophisticated culinary experience, sample dishes include: Pan seared foie gras with beef short rib and dried cherry ravioli, taro root and pheasant consommé; Waimea heirloom tomato salad; Black pepper-crusted ahi with fingerling potatoes, braising greens, horseradish and green pea coulis; Keahole lobster with whipped Yukon Gold potatoes, haricot verts and lobster emulsion; Lava rock-seared venison prepared tableside with green apple, celery, candied nut salad with cranberry relish.
