"Our second time at Moksha and the food was great. Service was vastly improved from our previous experience but that was very shortly after they opened. We like to go between lunch and dinner for a relaxed and more quiet atmosphere. The restaurant matches up great service with good food and now, excellent service."

"From the best Indian restaurant in town, Moksha's quality of food has taken a huge downhill slide. The biriyani and tandoori chicken are not even pale shadows of the ones we had at least 2 months back.
Either the cook has changed, or the attitude. Either way, I would highly recommend a management introspection just to be able to maintain the top quality and standards which is behind Moksha.
My last dining experience was absolutely pathetic and I was close to asking Moksha for a refund. Sorry but its just how bad it was!"

"Since moving from the UK 3 years ago, my search for a really good Indian restaurant this side of the Atlantic had yielded 1 result, and that was 150 miles away in Vancouver B.C - not exactly convenient for a evening out. This has all changed since visiting Moksha! Superb food, really good intense flavors, with just the right levels of spices. Finally I have a good Indian restaurant to go to, close to Seattle! Thanks Moksha!"

"I normally avoid breads but this naan was delicious. I'm a huge fan of garlic. The more the better. And there was a great amount in the naan. The only recommendation would be more butter or at least have it on the side. Same with salt."

"The food was tasty but spicy dishes were not really that spicy which actually worked out to my advantage, but it could be a problem with some people. The service wasn't that great though. Also I understand Naan having a price and the price wasn't bad for the portion since it was easily enough for 2. But jasmine rice is also not free which looks a bit odd. I am guessing they wanted to push people to buy Naan bread instead."

"Fantastic experience and I love the fact that the noice doesn't ecco and it is easy to have conversations. We had a business dinner, so that was important. Everything we ordered tasted great."

"I typically do not typically review restaurants, however this needs special mention. The food and the ambience were outstanding. The greater Seattle area needed an upscale Indian restaurant and Moksha fits the bill - The experience was similar to Rasika in Washington DC. We ordered the Thali lunch and a few drinks - Lamb Karakuri and Spinach cheese both of them were excellent. I would recommend this place highly.
Note: This is not a buffet place, food is made to order. I love it."

"We love Moksha (4th dinner visit)! The menu choices are well rounded and offer varieties of highest quality meats & produce. Delicious food combined with friendly staff and dreamy ambiance make this a winning choice. Everything is a la carte, so prices add up, but experience & location make up for it."

"One of the fallbacks of the Bellevue-Redmond area was the lack of decent Indian food joints. There are a scatterred few, but simply substandard. Moksha has brought great Indian food and a classy ambience together. When my clients and friends want to taste Indian food, I no longer have wrinkles on my forehead. Thank you Moksha for helping me remember India!"

"I highly recommend Moksha. Overall, the food is excellent. The depth and complexity of flavors is better than other Indian restaurants on the Eastside. It's a little pricey...for a party of 4 adults we shared 2 appetizers, 4 entrees, 2 orders rice, 3 orders of naan (only needed 2 naan) and 4 non- alcoholic beverages and cost was $35pp. Only disappointment was the chicken skewer appetizer which was a very small amount for the price. The entrees though, are hearty in portion size. Service was pleasant and the owner was circulating in the dining room checking on her diners."

"A beautiful interior space. I went there for a team lunch and, just to be safe, made an Open Table reservation about 30 minutes prior to arrival. There was plenty of room just after noon mid-week. My group of five was seated around a low, oval table which made dining family-style and sharing dishes easier. Our order included both the regular and spicy Lamb Saag. Delicious on both counts. We also had both the garlic and spicy naan, which were great sides with a little char to carry a bit of smokey flavor. Service was attentive and punctual. I think our order of two spicy dishes helped the waitress remember to keep our water levels topped up."

"Moksha was a real dining pleasure resulting from the combination of delicious food and outstanding service. We came away with the feeling that there was careful thought in planning the dining experience and that a lot of care goes into the food. Our server was exceptional with good menu suggestions and friendly professional service from starters through dessert. It's a feel-good restaurant as other diners seemed to be enjoying their meals and evening as much as we did."

"Got a thali for lunch and it is good. The thali comes with fixed lentils, raita, salad and a choice of entree. There a chef's special option for the day."

"I had really nice and engaging server during the beginning of the meal and then out of nowhere they switched my server to a female who was just plain jane compared to our last server. They charge 2.50 for rice which is ridiculous and it's in this tiny bowl. Like I'm a full grown adult and need adult sized portions. Then after the meal we got split checks and the waitress got confused and charged my friend the entire freaking meal and then an additional time for the split amount. They didn't even tell us about the mistake and when we went somewhere else my friend could not use her debit card because the restaurant already charged it. When we called about the mistake the manager was barely apologetic and offered no compensation. Rude."

"Moksha is absolutely beautiful. The decor is gorgeous, vibrant and modern. The food was lovely- Malai Paneer Kofta is layered with delicious spices and fresh flavors. The paneer itself was very tasty. Mango lassi, very rich and inviting. Rice moist, and garlic naan the perfect accompaniment throughout the whole meal."
