"Great food and service. The salmon was done beautifully, the duck special served with a couscous was fantastic and the pork tasting gave a great variety. One in our group asked if he could come back...the next day! They also took care of our special needs. We needed to be close to the door to minimize walking for an elderly person in our group. They seated us the shortest distance from the entry where it was easy for her to negotiate with out slaloming through a bunch of other tables."

"Superior service and very accommodating, esp. when I told them that the chef's decision to cook the veal chop more medium than rare was maybe too well done. It was still tasty just a little too dry. They were very generous, taking our drinks off the bill to accommodate my comment about the veal. We will visit again."

"Jacks had great food and exceptional service. We were there for a special event and they seemed just as excited as we were. It was really sweet. Great place."

"I went with a group of four for Sunday Easter brunch. When we got there the restaurant was not that crowded. Service was good when we first arrived. Over time the crowd grew. Servers were scarce on the floor and we were rarely asked for a drink refresher. When the food finally arrived the first three dishes were very cold. The fourth came a few minutes later, piping hot. When I asked for my dish to be reheated, it came back luke warm - but they left the fresh fruit on the plate so it too was luke warm. Maybe they do better on a regular Sunday but they seemed quite un-prepared for Easter."

"Horrible experience. So loud you had to shout to be heard. Asked them to turn down the painfully load music but still ridiculous. Service was very slow with a long lag between apps and entree. Honestly the food was good but it would be a long time before I would consider Jacks again. Hearty Boys and Wood would be my first choices."

"Had a great meal here! The food was upscale but not pretentious. Seasonal items on the menu were delicious and tasted very fresh. It was Valentine's Day so the place which is on the romantic side with many small tables was packed and with a wait. Glad we made reservations. The highlight of the meal was the butternut squash ravioli! YUM! Delicious cocktails as well. Server was in the weeds unfortunately so perhaps not as attentive as he should've been (we did spend over $130 f/ 2 of us). The other downfall was there was a couple making out with some "petting" as they were eating. It was quite distracting and not what I want to be looking at in the center of the dining room while I am eating with my partner."

"For $35 the 10oz New York Strip was more like worth $20. I ordered it black and blue, however it came out in the range of rare - med rare with 0 blackening......The server greeted us well and when we asked how he was he complained about his uniform for the evening, playful but we were trying to have a romantic dinner, just unexpected. Martini's were amazing, strong pours. Another side note about reservations, the older gentleman at the front hosting allowed 2 couples who came in after us to be seated before us before asking us if we were looking for a table, which he said would be ready in 15 min about an hour earlier. Martini's were solid though."
