"Definitely not a good location for families, Noi excels at the taste, but at a steep cost. With a high price, making it the most expensive Thai food in Bend, most individuals can't shell out what Noi expects for the basics. Additionally, the service and attitude by the employees is quite poor. The host team has no idea how to book a place, resulting in a pile-up of guests with seats still available - on a Friday dinner hour. To top it off, the menu pricing is incorrect, and the attitude of the staff is that the customer is wrong and doesn't understand the fine print (which is conveniently not on the menu). The service from the wait staff is poor as well, giving a rushed feeling to eat and get out. Never again will I eat here."
