Copley’s is an award-winning restaurant serving American cuisine infused with hints of tropical and European flavors. Located in part of the former Cary Grant estate in the heart of Palm Springs, guests experience an upscale and inviting dining experience either outside on the patio with stunning mountain views or by enjoying the friendly atmosphere indoors. Executive Chef Andrew Copley has an extensive 20-year culinary background at five-star restaurants and hotels across the world, and is well known for innovative dishes such as 'Oh My Lobster Pot Pie' and Niman Ranch Pork Chop and creative nightly specials.

Alex was our waiter and he was very helpful. Anything he recommended was a winner.
Ahi tuna special was so fresh and delicious, just recieved from Hawaii.

"This was our second visit to Copley's. It is the former estate of Cary Grant. It doesn't look like much from the street, but as you enter the patio it takes you to a different world. There were 4 of us dining and each of us had a different entree ranging from seafood to steak and different salads. Each was outstanding with superb presentations and flavor.
As for the desserts: our guests shared the Warm Apple Crumbler. They said it was good but nothing special or outstanding. However, my husband and I shared the Lemon and Lavender Scented Pound Cake with Basil Ice Cream and Lavender Sauce. Wow!! Next time I'm not going to share that!
We definitely will go back next time we visit Palm Springs."

"Copley's was the best dining experience we have ever had! The option to add flowers and make it even more special for my wife was a big hit; the flowers were beautiful. The hostess was always smiling and cheerful. The bartender was attentive and served us while we waited for our table to be prepared. Our waiter was outstanding; his knowledge of people, food and the area made the dinner even more delightful. My wife had the special of seared Ahi and petite lobster tail over wasabi mashed potatoes. I had the NY steak with truffle fries. Both dishes were incredible. Dessert was crispy chocolate raviolis which were exquisite! Hands down the best meal in our 25 years of marriage (sorry dear). Dinner at Copley's is a MUST do!"

"i have been going to Copley's since it opened. It has consistently been excellent in both service and food. Duncan is my favorite waiter but all the wait staff are professional, polite and knowledgeable. I am always given top quality service when I dine there.
Greg is very friendly and always makes me feel like a VIP. I take many clients to eat there and they all love it. I never worry of my clients having a bad experience when I am there with them."

concerned with a drinks event outside so ignored customers inside. I had been to 'Workshop' the previous week where the service was excellent - they should take their staff for a meal there so they could see how it can be done. Expensive for such a average
service culture - the food was good but let down by the staff. No one on leaving asked if we had enjoyed the evening - did they care? Coming from the UK I have had many good meals on this trip - this was not one of them."

"Copley's is our first choice every single year that we visit the desert! Greg never disappoints in any way! The food is superb and the service is fabulous! The outdoor eating area is exquisite!! I so look forward to our April trip to Copley's and think of it fondly as I wait for our next visit. The time will come that we have a more permanent home in the desert and at that time we will be regulars at Copley's. Of that I have no doubt. Until then, I will have to be satisfied with our once a year visit. Anyone who gets to Palm Springs should make this a priority of their visit. Until next time..."

"Copley's is a very nice restaurant with a great outside dining area around a fountain. We eat there several times a year, mostly on special occasions. The menu always has lots of choices with some unusual dishes and specials that you don't see at similar nice places. And, most importantly, the food is excellent. The host, too, is very nice and if asked will relate information about the history of the setting including the time when the restaurant consisted of four suites that made up Carey Grant's guest house."

"Very nice restaurant. Being two single older ladies we were seated at the least nice table crammed next to a wall. We were there early with many tables available. I felt like we were stuck in a closet when the restaurant is so lovely. I resent being seated this way just because we are women dining alone."

"Our scallops were served cold but instead of offering to remake them they took them off the check (we wanted the scallops).
My friend had steak and I had rack of Venison. They were both good. Nothing spectacular. The were both well-seasoned.
The waiter was excellent. Not too intrusive but very knowledgeable. I'd still come back the next time 'm in town because I don't believe in judging a restaurant by a single visit and neither should you."

"We had looked forward to our evening out at Copleys as all the reviews had been stellar. We left having been very disappointed. The food, service and wine list were good, but we were so rushed that we barely had time to finish one course before our plates were whisked away and the next one arrived. Our reservation was at 7:00 and our dessert was being served at 7:50! Our evening out lasted under an hour! Very disappointing!"

"Our second time at Copley's, because the first time was so good. A beautiful little place, situated on the old Cary Grant estate in Palm Springs. Outdoor or indoor dining, with a lovely setting outside. If the night is nice, be outside. We were there on a Monday night, and it was almost full. I heard it can be lined up out the door on the weekends. The bar is very small and cozy, only about 8 seats, inside. The wine list is not huge but has some good selections. The food is amazing, the staff is very friendly and service-oriented. This place is a gem, and we will definitely be back on our next trip to the area."
