"location was chosen because of proximity to Paramount Theatre. there were plenty of inexpensive small plate food choices for non-vegetarians. Friendly, attentive waiter. Drinks were all about $10 each and not above average. The place had only 6 patrons on a Friday night between 6:30 and 7:45 pm. Perhaps it is more of a late night venue. It does have shabby chic ambience with more emphasis on the shabby rather than chic. Could use a thorough cleaning, reupholstering, window wash, etc. I am also hesitant when the dining/bar area looks so grubby, what does the kitchen look like. Next time, reserve ahead to a pre-show supper at something in Melrose Market ."
