Castano"s is an Italian Steakhouse serving the finest in Prime Seafood, Steak and Italian Homemade Pastas Dishes. Come to where the old world taste is fused with refined American cuisine. Each dish is prepared to order by our award winning chef and his team and will be served by our extraordinary staff. A casual fine dining restaurant where distinguished taste meets refined food and service. Once you arrive, you will first be drawn into the lounge where not only the sounds of Frank Sinatra and his friends come alive, but also the sights. The lounge is equipped with large HD projection screens and plasmas throughout. Here you will find bartenders who are trained in the latest cocktails and our old time favorites. An atmosphere to socialize and make new friends. Happy hours specials will be offered daily 4pm to 7pm.

"Great decor. Really enjoyed the pics of Sinatra and the Italian ambiance. Since it was our first visit, and we were with friends from CT, we asked our server Shayla for some ideas. She was spot on with appetizers and entrees. The cheese bruschetta is outstanding and enough to share. Our meals ranged from a huge pork chop to veal dishes. All were well presented and delicious. Castano's is a great addition to Myrtle Beach. Can't wait to return and try the steak!"

"We (and guests from Williamsburg, VA)all agreed it was a fantastic meal with excellent wine pairings. Veal Carpaccio and the caper berries a real treat, salad with warm pancetta dressing, duck breast was succulent and enhanced by the Morello cherry demi-glaze, panna cotta with fresh fruit was a soft sweet ending to a flavorful meal. "We took a chance on other reviews and booked a table for our last night in town. One of us got salmon and the other steak. Great food. We got a booth which is cozy and semi private but could see the water from our table. In the right weather the patio dining would be great. Probably best for couples, adult groups and business groups. If you want cheap burgers and fries dont go here. Its not cheap but offers a classy/casual atmosphere and was worth it. Great Sinatra music piped in with live guitar in bar area. Our only issue was the speaker at our table was going in and out which was distracting but they got it fixed promptly. Great atmosphere, service and food. Would recommend whether you like steak or seafood."

"My friends and I ate dinner here before our 1/2 marathon race. Since I had never been to Myrtle Beach I had to rely on the reviews on opentable and they did not disappoint. The ambience and decor is modern and clean. The food was awesome, we all had steaks that melted away. I would highly recommend this restaurant."

"The first time we went to Castano's was November 2012 when they first opened and had a wonderful time, great food and service. We decided to go there for our 45th Anniversary this year and were not disappointed. My wife had the crab stuffed flounder and I had the veal, both were excellent. The even gave us a complimentary dessert for our anniversary. We will be back at MB in October and will definitely go again."

"Wwe arrived 20 minutes late for our 7PM reservation due to a cloud burst. The bar was packed and no room to have a drink, very loud. When we were seated in the back area there were about 5 tables on the right side and all the lights were turned up full. It felf like you were eating in a cafateria. . We ordered clams and tomato and Mozzarella and asked if they could be delivered togeather. The watress asked if we knew what we wanted and I ordered the chicken parm and my wife order a past dish. I asked not to rush us and dont bring the entree out right away. Clams, Tomato were great but they brought the dinner as we were eating. There was way too much oregino I asked my wife to taste it. "Food, while slightly higher in price than is usual in this area, was excellent. Service was outstanding. While making my Open Table reservation online I made mention that we were celebrating my wife's birthday. She was greeted with a "Happy Birthday" comment by the hostess when we checked in, by the waiter when he first got to our table and by a Manager during the course of our meal. She also received, without our requesting it, a complimentary dessert. My wife had the filet mignon and I had the prime rib special. Both were delicious. We plan to go back and sample the Italian portion of their menu."

"Visiting Myrtle Beach and wanted Italian food. The restaurant is attractively furnished and service from wait person, Cossim was very good. We were a bit disappointed with the Veal Soprano which a friend and I split. It was quite salty, but the veal in the dish was very tender. We enjoyed the she crab soup, excellent salad and good creme brûlée.
I would recommend the she crab soup and ultimate salad as sure bets. Excellent wine offering by the bottle."

"The staff is vibrant, helpful and attentive and the large setting offers ambiances for a wide variety of diners. The menu is impressive and they are currently tweaking it. "We dined this evening at Castano's and the service and food was excellent. My husband had the fish special and I had the filet. The filet was cooked perfectly and the augratin potatoes were cheesy and wonderful. The owners were very attentive and the bar was fun and vibrant. Our server, Cosmin, did an excellent job.
