"As soon as we walked in, we felt the energy!The music was playing and we saw girls performing acts on the stage right in the middle of the restaurant! We were celebrating a birthday and to start, our server(Quinn)surprised us with their signature "Cupcake Shot" complete with a sprinkles covered rim.. Delicious! The Shaved Himachi was to die for, the Sea Bass was amazing, the Filet Mignon was savory and the mini chopped salad was a perfect size! They have an amazing martini list and even their coffee is great! We loved the charachters that danced around and flirted with the tables... This is a perfect place for a celebration or group of people to enjoy. Quinn was a fun and knowledgable server and will request her again. Cant wait to go back!"

"Great find. The restaurant has only been open 6 months but great place. We occasionally go out to Morton's back home but despite being 40 years old we feel like we are the youngest people there. It is far to stodgy. However, these are the same great steaks with a young hip atmosphere. They had an extremely talented DJ and the music was not at all obtrusive to our dinner conversation. We had a great time and look forward to a return visit."

"Tried to enjoy a drink at the bar before being seated for dinner. The bartender was rude and set the stage for a forgettable evening. Was hoping dinner would be better but our steak came out cold and bland. We didn't stay long after that and won't be back. Don't waste your time or money at this place."

"Having been disappointed by a few steak places in Vegas we went to She hoping that the new restaurant by Morton's would renew our hope for Vegas steakhouses and it did. The restaurant does not have the traditional Morton's feel and is more hip, trying to appeal to the younger audience in Vegas. The food was excellent, I had the 22oz rib eye and it was great, my wife had salmon and it too was really good. Save room for dessert because the peanut butter and jelly thing was amazing."

"The atmosphere in the restaurant was very nice. Just enough lighting to give a relax feel. One interesting tid bit is not to long after we arrived there were 3 dancers on a small cat walk while you ate. It definitely brought up the energy in the restaurant in a good way. The menu had options for everyone in our party. My wife and I both had steaks which were not bad but far from the value expected from cost. The biggest issue we had that evening was our server. Orders weren't prepared as asked, and some sides were just forgotten. And to end the night it took the server 45 minutes to split our checks (4 couples) and then another 15 minutes to actually cash out. Needless to say the 20% gratuity due to party of 8 was not deserved."

"SHe by Morton's has an amazing ambience including dancers as entertainment which made for a fantastic night.
What I didn't like:
-the side dishes are enough for two people. We were not told this so we each ordered one which was a waste of food and money.
-we are huge garlic lovers so we ordered the garlic mashed potatoes as side dishes. Even for the most hearty of garlic eaters they were overwhelming to the point we could not eat them."

"Our whole overall experience at SHe by Morton was amazing! It was my husbands birthday and we had 9 people in our group and every single person loved what they ordered, even having one very picky eater! I had the salmon dish and loved it while most others had a steak or another seafood dish. The scallops were such a hit, that half way through dinner, a second order was placed so that they could be enjoyed by everybody at the table! The food was just phenomenal (the desserts were quit unique but still delicious), service was great and the entertainment was perfect for the occasion. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone going to Vegas, and already have, and look forward to eating there again if and when we return!"

"What a fabulous time we had for my husband's birthday dinner. The Kobe steak melted in our mouths. The sea bass appetizer was so delicious that we ordered the sea bass dinner as well. They even wrote "Happy Birthday" on the dessert plate. We will definitely recommend and will definitely go back next time in Vegas."

"As part of the Morton's chain, you know the steaks are going to be fabulous. And they are. What sets SHe apart is the way they have captured the Vegas ambience, and incorporated it into the space. SHe features a runway winding through the dining room, allowing entertainers to perform near each table or booth. The entertainers are attractive, sexy, and classy. It's not a strip club, nor is that the atmosphere. Instead, it's a bit of seductive entertainment to entertain your eyes, while the food entertains your taste buds. And that is a very successful marriage. Well done!"

"Steak was phenomenal. It is really difficult to get a good steak these days unless you go to someplace like Morton's. They did the poor dead steer justice. It was delish. They prepared the meat exactly as we asked. I asked for steamed spinach instead of creamed spinach and they were able to accomodate me, no problem. The only reason that I did not rate service as outstanding was because of a communication lapse between the waitperson and the rest of the waitstaff."

"We have been doing the rounds of Morton's Steakhouses travelling the world and visiting Morton's in Hong Kong, Singapore, Hawaii, Lon Angeles and Las Vegas. We would rank SHe amongst the best so far. It has such a vibrant scene and the food was simply delicious. Service was outstanding , a far cry from Morton's Las Vegas. Management should be congratulated for doing such an outstanding job with that place and We would highly recommend this restaurant to all visitors in Las Vegas."

"Restaurant Week in Las Vegas gave us the idea to go to SHe. For the most part everything was outstanding--the chef even sent us a special dessert of a popcorn milk shake that was pretty amazing. We were constantly entertained--on one side we could see the fountains at Aria and through the center of the restaurant is a lighted ramp with pretty dancers, models and I guess you would call them mimes. The only disappointment came when I ordered a bright purple drink that is shown on their website--I expected it to be just like the picture--it tasted fine but was grayish. Our waitress was a delight and the food was delicious. A very fun evening! We''l be back"
