Roast is a badass sandwich shop, in the coolest city, in the best state, in the greatest country in the world. ROAST is a fast service restaurant and bar specializing in delicious roasted meats in sandwiches, paired with great soups, and salads. ROAST prides itself on cooking everything in-house, from scratch, and with locally sourced meats, breads, and cheeses. Our menu is unique to the downtown area and that comes out in the delicious food that we serve. We are also a full service bar with 16 rotating taps, featuring a wide variety of craft beer as well as the Wisconsin staples.
