Since 1996, this Italian steakhouse is the best-kept secret in Montreal. Without forgetting its pasta and polenta, this restaurant specializes in grilled meat, cooked in Mycryo cocoa butter. This 100% vegetable fat, obtained by pressing the cocoa beans, enables to encapsulate the juices and the flavours.

"Awesome food. Friendly service, chef coming to the table to chat. Clearly takes great pride in his cullinary creations. Phenomenal wine list with great selection of Italian winless in wide price range.
