Ayutthaya (prenounced ah-you-tai-yah) Thai Restaurant & Bar has been a family owned and operated restaurant serving the Capitol Hill and Seattle community since 1985. Thank you for being a part of our family over the years. Ayutthaya is the ancient capital of Thailand. Today, it is known for its abundant rice fields and breathtaking siamese ruins.

"The food was great, the ambiance was nice but the service was terrible. Three of us went on a Saturday night and while we were seated right away (I had a reservation) we were barely checked on. It was even difficult to flag someone down to make our order/get the check.
The waitstaff was very friendly- but not attentive. So if you are in a hurry, I wouldn't eat here. But for leisurely dining it would be alright."

"This is a very comfortable spot and the servers are friendly and helpful, although a bit disorganized. The food was very good and the experience was good. We will return for a casual night out."

"I and a group of friends were in Seattle for a weekend-long swing-dance workshop, and Ayutthaya was close to our hotel. We were able to reserve a table for 6 on short notice and they allowed us to pay with separate credit cards. The service was very good, though we had to ask for water refills a couple times. The food was just the right combination of tasty and light (we would be dancing all night). I would definitely go back."
