Bikini Joe’s showcases owner John Geske’s latest addition to the El Paso restaurant scene and offers patrons classic Baja-style street food in an atmosphere inspired by everyone’s favorite Cantina. Good food and drink have a way of bringing a person back to life! Joe understands this better than anyone, so he developed his menu with only two key concepts in mind: authenticity and flavor. The result is a menu that blends traditional Mexican street vendor favorites with the requisite American dishes we all love. Savory tortas, stuffed sopaipillas, smothered burros and traditional tacos are served alongside wood-fired fajitas, steaks and burgers, all complimented by homemade tortilla chips, in-house roasted green chiles and freshly made salsas and guacamole. But what fun is a Cantina without some refreshments? Tasty margaritas and ice-cold Coronas are customer favorites, and we haven’t even mentioned our extensive beer menu...there’s something for everyone here at Bikini Joe’s.
