"The service was not great. Got there on time with a reservation but had to wait 30 min. After we were seated, the cook did not come for almost 45 minutes. Because we brought our small children, we were still charged gratuity. I had 3 children under 4."

"We have dropped by before on a Mothers Day and you were too busy. This time we made reservations on the internet, the same day, and at a time (3:00) that we thought would not be crowded.We got right in and seated. Our chef wasn't as animated as the one behind us but that was OK as I don't care for too much of the show. The waiter was very kind and was able to answer all my questions. Very happy with my Mothers Day and will be coming again."

"Loved being entertained while watching him cook. He was very engaging and funny! He included everyone at the table and had us all laughing together. The food was good ( my steak a tad bit overcooked) and plenty of it. This a fun place to bring family and friends to have a good time and relax."

"So happy I used OpenTable to make my reservation!!! They are very busy on Friday evenings & fill up fast. Our Chef had two full tables to serve. I think he did an excellent job. But the soup & salad could have come from the kitchen sooner, to make our wait for the main course feel shorter. It was very loud, but large groups & children fit right in. We did have fun & enjoyed the food."

"Been to a few Japanese Hibachi grills so had to try this one. Food was good but the cook was too slow. Made only one item at a time to include same food types but for different people. Food would get cold before you got your main dish with your rice and so on."

"I was pleased with the overly friendly,curtious,and entertaining serice we received. I have food alergies and our server, James, was beyond accomidating and respectful about the issue. I know it can be difficult. As for our Chef, I fell Glen was the most energetic and entertaining Chef in your establishment. He did a fabulous job and I appreciated his character very much. The service and food was wonderful. However, it would be nice to be offered some soothing wind down time with an after dinner coffee and desert menu. Your establishment does not offer much in that area. Since we are entertained while food is prepared, time to sit breath and have family bonding would be most enjoyable after we have settled down from our comedy show."

"The food was excellent.I had a party of 4 reserved for 7pm.We didn't get seated until 7:30pm.I went to inquire about our reservation and 15 mins later we were seated.When we got seated we had one server who was nice but didn't come back to ask if we wanted more drinks after the first round.We had a different server come take our drink order we I ask her because my our server wasn't around.It was a Friday and I heard the place gets packed.We received our soup which didn't have much taste to it but was at least hot.I had to ask one of the manager when our chef was coming out and they had a confused look on there face.The chef took a long time to cook our food by the time it was done rice was cool.server forget to bring apertiser"

"Hey we hadn't been to a Japanese Steak house for quite a while and thought it would be fun....it was Valentines Day so really crowded but food was great...our cook was great...service was great..it did take a little while from when we put our order in to when the cooking started but we were in no hurry and was understanding because of the holiday..no complaints even as busy as it was. Can't wait to go back when it' s not so packed"

"I'm glad we chose this spot to take our son for his 14th birthday. The chef was amazing and very skilled. The knife show was fun and he got everyone involved in his act. The whole table was delighted. It's hard to please a 14 year old boy and I think we accomplished the impossible by taking him here for his birthday. The only reason I didn't give service 5 stars was because they don't seem to be able to seat guest according to their reservation time. Be prepared to wait an additional 15-30 mins after your reserved time to be seated."

"My husband and I went there for Valentine's Day 2013. I set up a reseration for about 8:30pm which was a bit late to begin with. We just wanted to go somewhere fun to enjoy our time together. When we got to Fujiyama's it was packed but we figured we wouldn't have a long wait since we had a reservation....I was wrong. We were seated with a group by 9pm but our cook didn't come to our table until 10pm. The other people at our table also had an 8:30 reservation so I believe the management just lacks time management skills. The cook was great with keeping us entertained even though we were all restless and the food was good. I would avoid this place if they seem the least bit busy."

"Simply put it is a great place for that special dinner. It was my wife's birthday and our 24th year anniversary. Food was very good. I also went through OpenTable and ordered a dozen roses to be delivered to the restaurant ON SUNDAY which I was concerned over. Not a problem and the restaurant brough them to the table right on time as requested. An outstanding job. And the flower shop should be commended not only for the Sunday delivery but the quality of the roses is better than any I have ever purchased in the past. Also the arangement was full with a number of different "greens" which made it outstanding. I will be sure and use this florist from now on. All said and done my wife and I had one dining experience we will remember!"
