"The location alone makes it so fun to visit. Tivoli Village is unique in Las Vegas. Then you eat at Cantina Laredo and you just say, "WOW!" The food and service is terrific. I have taken many people and everything they they chose to eat was fantastic. A place to take people where everyone will walk away with a giant satisfied smile on their face."

"My family and I were disappointed by being placed in a separate room with only three tables. Since there were seven of us, I would understand putting us in a private party area; but, it wasn't private, just an awkward room. The rest of the restaurant, including the patio, was very nice. The food and service was excellent. We will definitely be back, but I will make sure to request we be on the patio or in the main dining room."

"Our server, Viviana, worked hard to make up for some kitchen problems and I really appreciated that, but this was a very disappointing experience. Food was very slow to come out and very inconsistent. My eggs were atrocious the first time out and a little better the second time out. I am surprised because the reviews are so good but this is probably not a place that we will try again."

"Went for Saturday evening dinner. Sat on patio which was shaded and pleasant even though it was hot out. Enjoyed watching all of the prom couples parading though the plaza. Very kid friendly. We tried the Tres Leches cake which was to die for. Nice place to celebrate special occassions without breaking the bank!"

"Since I moved to Las Vegas 15 years ago, I have never received such horrible service. Dinner took almost 2 1/2 hours and our server was very unresponsive. After our order was taken, she never acknowledged our table. After 45 minutes of waiting for dessert we finally had to get up and find her to cancel our order and ask for our check. It took another 20 minutes to close out our check. Our waters were never re-filled. We had 8 in our party so a 20% gratuity was already included in the check so there was no incentive for her to actually give us service. It's unfortunate because we like the food and have had positive experiences in the past with different servers but due to this miserable experience, we will not be returning."

"If you are after authentic Mexican food, this is not the place. The waiter billed it as Tex-Mex, but I don't think that describes the menu either. The carnitas were actually pork shanks still on the bone and very spicy. The stuffed chile rellano was also very different and did not have any cheese. The margaritas are definitely lacking something and for $8 are not worth the money. We might try this place again, but not when our taste buds are craving real Mexican."

"Service and food were excellent. We were seated immediately upon our arrival. I would probably not go back again on a Friday night as the noise level was high. This was because so many younger patrons were enjoying themselves. They were not being boisterous--they were just having a good time. I would recommend the Cantina Laredo for a lunch or brunch. Yes, I am a Senior who can no longer enjoy your various beverages. My friend did have a margarita which she said was excellent. Our waiter was very helpful in assuring a member of our party that she could make a special request of "No cilantro." Definitely will do a return visit."

"On a busy Friday the restaurant was lively, making for a fun night out. Reservations turned out to be a good move as we were seated immediately. Great margaritas, love the table-side guacamole service, and the entrees were served quickly and tasted delicious. They were a good size too; not so large as to leave you totally stuffed, but large enough to satisfy. Jose Z. was our server and he was fantastic, making recommendations and giving extra details about drinks and dishes. Will definitely be back."

"This was my first visit to this new restaurant in Tivoli Village and we really enjoyed it. I think with Mexican food it is hard to digest the $15 dinner option sometimes when there are many less expensive options around Vegas, but the restaurant is really spectacular. I personally think the ambiance is what did it for me. Great bar vibe, interesting architecture, welcoming and open feel....I will absolutely be back. I hear their brunch is outstanding and a good value, so I am going!"

"The atmosphere was good and the service was good. The queso was essentially Cheez Whiz on a plate. The mole was passable but not very tasty. Overall it was fair for a "faux" Mexican restaurant."

"Overall great. Our waitress was a little anxious, forgot our quac & was some what of a spaz. I've never had that experience at Cantina previously. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Good we did get was fabulous, as usual.

"We went to Cantina Laredo based on the recommendation of our foodie nephew who dines there frequently, so we were prepared for good Mexican food. It was SOOOO much more than that! From the guacamole prepared table-side to the melt-in-your-mouth carnitas, their signature dish, we were impressed and enjoyed every bite. We live in NH, so don't have access to Mex, Tex-mex, etc. on a regular basis, but there are always a few dishes I I use to judge the cuisine - and this chef knocked it out of the park with the chili rellenos, which are frequently sub-standard in many upscale Mexican restaurants, and with the mole sauce, which was so incredibly flavorful and didn't rely on heat, but rather subtle, rich chocolatey spices to impress."

"Great ambience, good local alternative for Mexican food. Servers need to listen carefully o get proper order. I've been o your restaurant 5 times, ow two times in a row, the kitchen mixed p shredded beef for ground beef request. Possibly the kitchen isn't reading orders carefully enough?"
