"We had made a reservation and had an extra person show up for dinner and the host made it sound like a huge inconvenience to add another person to our reservation from 6-7. Then our server messed up our orders, didn't ask us for soup or salad and didn't even bring us them as part of our meal. The restaurant was dead and she was so slow that a couple people in my party finally got up and went to the bar to order drinks. Finally she messed up the bill three times and charged my credit card five times the amount that it should have been and gave serious attitude when we asked her to fix the problem. The food was ok. The chips were fantastic but the service was awful."
