"Loved it.
Loved that the ledge/shelf next to my table (and my head) served as a dropping off place for menus for the wait staff.
Loved that big scoop of creamy butter on the special little square plate that went with the bread I never got.
Loved feeling less neglected when the table across from me never got theirs either.
Loved that the friendliest conversation I had was with the nice guy who brought my steak knife.
Loved that the waiter forgot my bernaise sauce, then later cleared the table leaving only the empty bernaise sauce dish (really?!!).
Loved that I don't get the point.
Loved that I'm cool enough to still leave a 20% tip regardless.
Loved it so much I won't be back.
Loved for a moment thinking you care.
Sigh.... Oh, wel"

"This restaurant was all I could have imagined and more!!! The ambiance, the food, and service, were PHENOMENAL!! I made reservations at Jack Binion's for my fiance's birthday, and requested a romantic intimate section of the restaurant. Upon arrival, the hostess advised that we would be seated in one of their wonderful booths. We were not disappointed! After the eating our food, we were surprised with a WONDERFUL serenade by one of the staff members, who sang "Always & Forever". It was ABSOLUTELY perfect! Not only were we surprised with a serenade, but we were also surprised with a HUGE slice of chocolate cake, with strawberries & a scoop of ice cream. FABULOUS!!!"

"I had a lot of trouble using the open table iphone app to secure the reservation. I was in tunica, but open table did not list binions on their list of northern mississippi restaurants. Somehow, (by going to binions site) i secured a reservation, confirmed by open table. Plans changed, but open table iphone app would not let me cancel the reservation, citing missing cookies? I called binions to cancel, got the desk at the horseshoe at 5:15 pm, and was told that the restaurant had not turned on their phone and they could not transfer me. End of story."

"The food was incredible, but the service was so poor, it was difficult to justify the overall experience as anything but a dissappointment. 45 min drive to enjoy what I was hoping to be a romantic dinner was ruined by the lack of service. One would think that a $ 235.00 dinner for two, would have been accompanied by superior service. The hostess manager was in poor attire, the manager appeared to not enjoy his position, the servers overall where in poor uniforms and too busy chatting with one another in other languages than english. To the point it was some what disruptive to our experience. It was impressive to have an open kitchen, but the cooks where too busy having conversations with one another and it ruined the visual presence."

"Our waiter (Ming) was fabulous and the food was excellent as always. It has been a while since I last visited, but our experience was lessened by a lady the was seated to us in close proximity that seemed to be more interested in smoking than eating. Seriously, she ordered but we never saw her touch the food. She smoked not stop. Being non-smokers, her smoking virtually ruined our dining experience. We did not get to order dessert because we could no longer stand the smoke. On the way out of the restaurant, my wife and I noticed one one else smoking.
We were not asked for a smoking preference. is there a non-smoking section or is the entire establishment smokingzz/"

"I would like to clarify my ratings. Overall "Poor" due to the service and Food experience affected due to service. We were looking forward to this "special occasion" meal and we were all let down. We paid premium prices, $200 cash a couple, and got the experience as though we dined at El Porton or Chillies. Our server was great for the first part of the meal then just vanished for the second half, we ordered 3 bottles of wine before she said they had the last one ordered available, brought us our check when we hadn't ordered our third course, the port that was delivered was a third sediment and spit back into the glass, and who to address this to? Our server? Get up from the table and find a supervisor? We were already irritated."

"Almost everything was perfect about our dinner at the steakhouse. The food was excellently prepare in a timely manner. Keith, our server, was polite but not too overbearing. Wine list was sufficient. Our only concern were the smokers in the restaurant, which had more to do with the casino than the steakhouse. We would have preferred the option of being seated in a non-smoking section rather than just all mixed together. But otherwise, an excellent visit."

"Our last-minute decision to eat at Binion's was the best we made during our weekend getaway. We were seated immediately, even though we were 15 minutes early. We knew we were in a special place when we were shown to a cozy booth, and the cloth-covered table was pulled out for us to be seated. Our server, Marcus, was incredibly attentive and kind. But the food was the star. My husband and I ordered different cuts of steak and different sides, and we savored every last bite. Our steaks were cooked perfectly--tender and juicy. When we were offered the opportunity to meet the chef, we took it and congratulated him on a job well done. Binion's also offered fresh salads prepared table-side and a basket of fresh breads. Well done!"
