"We got to Atria's right on time for our reservation to be told they were running 15 min behind. After 30 minutes we were finally seated, no apologies offered. Another 15-20 minutes went by before we saw a server. Food was ok, not their best and service was slow as expected."

"Sat outside and Philip waited on us. He is an exceptional waiter, presumably trained in customer service by one of the best, his dad, the owner. Our meals were terrific too. Atria's always seems to use the freshest ingredients. Try the steak salad; it's terrific!"

"We have attended this venue on numerous occasions for lunch meetings and never had an issue with the service. On this visit the service extremely slow even though the restaurant was not that busy and there were plenty of servers to attend to the tables that had patrons."

"My friends and I had a lovely time and the server, a middle aged man who may have been the manager, was very good. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and cole slaw side. It was just mediocre. The bun was standard hamburger fare, there was a rather meager amount of the pretty good meat, but with little barbecue sauce (I ordered more) and the slaw was very dry and uninteresting to the palate. I was not impressed with the food, but the server was very good and the place was very clean and lovely. It is still a good place to take others to lunch, but I was underwhelmed by my meal. It may be better to stick with their higher end fare next time."

"Only waited moments to be seated at our reservation time; great waitress who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu; food arrived timely, hot and absolutely delicious. We had tickets to a show and were not ever feeling like we wouldn't be on time. Excellent service all around!"

"My wife and I come here fairly often, this time for lunch on a beautiful day. Sat outside on their patio and it was very enjoyable. Food was great too. I had the Chicken Marsala, the best around, and my wife had the Southern Chicken Salad. I ate all of mine and half of hers! Their salads are always so fresh. Prices are reasonable for what you get. The proprietor, Frank Sam, is usually visible and walking around to check on customer satisfaction. I would recommend Atria's in McMurray to anyone."

"Service was horrible... the waiter kept calling my husband "bud" and would point and refer to me as "you." Totally unprofessional! He knew nothing about the wine list when I had questions and failed to mention what the fish of the day was. When asked, he made me feel like a complete idiot. Food was sub par... I added on a chop salad (no meat listed in the description) and I asked the waiter to make sure there was no meat because I am a vegetarian - came out with chicken on it! Pathetic! I've been to the Atria's near West Mifflin - it is 100 times better than this Atria's! Will never return to this restaurant and I've already expressed my horrible experience with those close to me and have advised them never to attend."

"How wonderful to use Open Table and be seated within minutes rather than waiting for an extended period of time in the tiny waiting area! The service from the affabble, gracious, and efficient Schmitty, and the food were outstanding, though our entrees took much longer than usual to be delivered. Those who were seated after us and ordered after us received their entrees before us. My wife and I especially enjoyed the fresh vegetables, warm bread and sweet butter, and homemade potato chips. Given all that Atria's offers, it is easy to see why we are regulars as are so many other diners.
I hate to see diners at a restaurant of this stature wearing caps during their meals, but this was prevalent on this Friday night."

"It was busy because it was Valentine's Day weekend so I think that had to do with some of our small issues. We didn't get bread (which it seemed like all the other tables around us did), our food took longer to arrive and I asked for no onions in my salad and they still included them. Food was excellent and staff was very nice. Our drinks (a glass of wine and a beer) took very long to be served. It could have been better overall but it was still a nice evening out."
