"Having been surprised by a great experience 6-7 years ago, finally went back hoping for the same and that's what we got. Great steaks-bleu cheese Panko breaded filet was cooked perfectly and tasted great, while by primegrade ribeye had a wonderful char on the outside while still medium rare. An escargot-stuffed mushroom had two of our favorites combined together with a great sauce that just begged to be sopped up with bread. The heirloom tomato salad with mozzarela was brought on two plates since we said we were splitting it and the moz was wonderful and only the tomatoes were a little less than perfect. Very professional wait staff--present but unobtrusive. Will not wait long to return this time."

"This was our second time at Bally's Steak House. Our waiter Mark was terrific. A former restartour. He gave me advice to kick better steaks at home, and it worked. A real gentleman. Great food and service. I highly reccomend."

"This was my first time in Las Vegas and I knew that I had to take my girlfriend to a nice dinner at some point. I found Bally's steakhouse online and decided I would give it a try. The food was great not to mention the waiter had a wonderful personality. I would definitely go back!!!"

"I have been coming here for at least 5 years and each time I come back it gets better and better . First the service is excellent and the staff not your typical snooty king . They have a new menu and everything is excellent . I had a special request for some chicken that was not on the menu and they did not hesitate to make me what I ordered . They do not over charge for their food and the quality is excellent . I visited a brand new steakhouse the previous night which cost almost triple the price and the atmosphere was so hectic and loud I thought I was at a circus . This place is a great place out of the way from the higher end hotels .

"I had the filet Mignon with blue cheese melted on top. Cooked medium rare. It was done perfectly. I also added on a lobster tail and it was the tastiest most tender lobster tail I have ever eaten. The creamed corn and Devine mashed potatoes were the best. Dessert was a butterscotch pudding like treat with Oreo cookie crumbs sprinkled throughout.
As the title states, I have never had a better meal in my life."

"Our recent dinner at Bally's Steakhouse was all I had hoped it would be after reading the great reviews online beforehand. The rich decor and ambiance, delicious food and service that was above and beyond all made our experience memorable. Eva, the hostess, was gracious and friendly, our waiter, Zane, was excellent and we enjoyed the manager, Richard's, efforts to see to our satisfaction. All around excellence!!"

We got a total of 5 asparagus and the potatoes were very runny - kind of the instant consistency - and not very tasty. All in all a good experience, though."

"My luke warm feelings about Bally's Steakhouse start with the total disappointment upon first entering the hotel casino where the restaurant is located. As an frequent visitor many years ago to the original MGM Grand and even the early Bally's, I was very sad to see how such an elegant hotel had deteriorated. So, before I even got to the restaurant, I was unhappy. The restaurant itself and the food are ok. But, the server was not very helpful and I ended up ordering food that was not always what I expected. I also didn't appreciate a "high end" restaurant who has a business casual dress code allowing many people in who were wearing shorts and baseball caps as if this were a McDonalds."

"We enjoyed our evening at Bally's Steakhouse so much. Food and service were superb. We appreciated the manager stopping by to see how we were enjoying the evening. We forgot our doggie bag food and went back after 10 minutes to get it. The had saved it for us in the back, which was very nice! Bally's is top drawer in every way. We'll definitely have dinner there again next time we are in Las Vegas."

"Our party of four enjoyed our recent dinner at Bally's Steakhouse. We were disappointed that prime rib is no longer on the menu. It was on the online menu but that needs to be updated since many items are no longer being served. The service was excellent and pleasant. The filet mignon we all had was delicious. I do think that a side dish should be included with the prices being high for the entrees. Would recommend if you use your player's card and get a 15% discount coupon as we did. Prices then were more reasonable."

"This was our second visit to Bally's Steakhouse. We were so impressed with John, our waiter, the first time,we had to visit again. The service was excellent. He was knowledgeable,friendly and very attentive. The food is phenomenal! Our second visit did not disappoint. Mark was also an exceptional, attentive waiter. As usual, the food was amazing! This is a perfect spot for dinner before an evening out to the show.

"Mostly disappointed after hearing good things about a "throwback" Vegas steakhouse. Service was so-so (waiter seemed to completely lose interest in us as soon as a group of four arrived that he recognized as a returning customers). Soup and salad were good. But the "classic filet", which we both ordered as medium came out very charred on the outside and medium-rare to rare in the middle. Not what you would expect from a supposedly high-end steakhouse. Much better option (for same price point, service and ambiance) at Vic & Anthony's or Binion's Steakhouse downtown."

"We went to Bally's Steakhouse to celebrate my husband's birthday and they did an amazing job of making him feel special! When I booked it, I let them know it was his birthday. They greeted him with a happy birthday and the waiters said happy birthday as well. They put rose petals on the table for him. The food was excellent and Dalton and Oscar took great care of us! And when we left, they gave me a rose. We'll definitely be back!"

"My husband was celebrating his Birthday and we had looked at all of the steakhouse menu's in Vegas at the Caesar's establishments. We were staying at Bally's and my husband decided that your menu was enticing. We were overly pleased by the atmosphere, service and most of all our food. He had been very disappointed lately when eating out that you just can't get a great steak out these days or in the stores. Well you have hooked him. We look forward and feel comfortable with the overall quality remaining at its high level when returning. Can't wait to revisit."

"Great service and the food was prepared perfectly. We have eaten at Bally's Steakhouse before and have found that the service and food is very consistent. It's definitely a bit on the more expensive side, but for a Las Vegas steakhouse on the strip it's one of the most reasonable places around."

"Half of our order did not come and when we mentioned it to our waiter he merely rolled his eyes. He brought 1/2 the missed order to our table and when we told him it was still incomplete he eventually brought the last half. Then we were charged for a french onion soup that we did not order. I did not even notice this until we had left. I'm sure we won't be returning."

"We went for Valentines Day, 2013. We made reservations, but still had to wait 30 minutes for our seat beyond the reserved time. Upon being seated the ambiance was good, respectable and quiet. The food, however, was atrocious. We ordered the Kobe beef meatball as an appetizer, which was luke warm at best. We then both ordered filet mignon along with the lobster tail. The steak was no better than Black Angus, if not worse. The lobster was flavorless and small. Our server made us wait to leave after our meal, stating that "I don't want another table tonight, so I hope you don't mind waiting until my shift is over". Needless to say, we won't be dining there again. For a $250 tab, you would expect quality. Avoid."

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Our waiter, Claude, was attentive without being intrusive. I was pleased there were so many different entrees offered; not just steaks, although that is what I ordered and it was cooked perfectly. Side dishes easily serve two people and there is a nice selection of desserts. I would encourage reservations. The place was packed on a Tuesday night!"

"Used Open Table to get a last minute reservation - had no intentions of eating at Bally's Steakhouse. What luck for us they had an opening. Could not get into the restaurants at Planet Holloywood Casino withou waiting for two hours - Ramseys Burger and PH Chang. Poped in a request on Open Table and got a reservation at Bally's for 15 minutes later - just enough time to walk over and get sitted. The Food and Service were excellent. Staff was very attentive and professional. They even provided us the honor of preparing Bananas Foster - actually the Matire De came over and performed the Job. We had a great Meal and a dinner to remeber - Thanks to the Chef and Staff at Bally's."

"It's a shame how one waiter can ruin a fine dining experience. Normally this place is a gem with a new menu inspired by Old Homestead at Caesars Palace. There's too many great steakhouses in town to risk going back and getting that younger waiter that doesn't know squat about customer service."
