Bally’s Las Vegas invites you to delight in the finest Las Vegas buffet, 25 years running. Start your Sunday with the exquisite Sterling Brunch served in the rarefied setting of Bally's Steakhouse; voted Best Brunch by the Review Journal. Champagne, Sturgeon caviar and lobster mingle with freshly prepared sushi, omelets and beef tenderloin at our weekend classic that guarantees a diverse dining experience. "We were celebrating my 30th birthday and were hesitant about paying $100 per person but the food and service was outstanding. My glass of champagne was never less than half full at all times (fantastic service) and the food was great. It's not a huge buffet - instead they have fewer, high quality items. It was certainly worth the money. Nice ambience too - perfect for a special occasion. Would highly recommend even to those on a budget."

"I thought the restaurant was dated looking and over priced. Instead of an elegant brunch what I received was an over priced buffet. They don't even have milk in the restaurant, when I asked for coffee with milk the waitress gave an exasperated sigh and said "ok but it will be a little bit because I have to go next door to get some" - seriously?"

"Only problem was that I had severe stomach upset within two hours and for the rest of the day. My friend did not take the sashimi nor the oysters so I suspect the stomach upset must have been caused by the sashimi or the oysters."

"Food and food quality was very good. They had a variety of food to choose from. If you love champagne and lobster this is the place to check out. The lobster tails are 4-6 ounces and the champagne is Perrier Jouët. I was a little disappointed that I had to crack my own king crab legs though and they were greasy. The rack of lamb though was amazing and I couldn't get enough of it."

"Great brunch and a great champagne but could use more selections. the high quality champagne and the sashimi were the stars on our last visit. Although the website says they serve broiled Maine lobster, they dont, its Florida style lobster tails, some were overdone, most were cooked well. Lobster bisque was very good. Butter for lobster is lukewarm at best but they will heat in microwave for you. Selections are limited but high quality."

"My husband and I eat at the Sterling Brunch several times a year. The word Buffet should be taken out of their name; this is not your everyday brunch at all. Both maitre d' are wonderful and accommodating, they make everyone feel like they dining with old friends.
the waiter's are ALL very attentive. The atmosphere is great weather you have several people in your party or celebrating a special occasion with your mate. The food is beyond amazing. From the stone crab to the lobster tail to the rack of lamb everything is fantastic. Don't want the sauce on your filet mignon they will cook it for you without. I can't say enough good things about Sterling Brunch, you have to try it at least once guarantee you will want to come back."

"When I booked my reservation, I didn't know much about it; there was no menu available, and no price listed. I had found a review when I searched on Google, saying it was one of the top spots for brunch in Vegas. I was unprepared for just how phenomenal it would be. First off--it's pricey ($90 per person). The price IS warranted. The brunch was spectacular - perfectly cooked (~5 oz) lobster tails, crab claws, crusted rack of lamb, filet mignon...the list of delicacies just keeps on going. AND, they freely were pouring Champage; not cheap Champagne -- Perrier Jouet (~$60/bottle retail). I HIGHLY recommend this brunch. I will go back!"

"My husband and I treated my daughter and her boyfriend (Chris) to the Sterling Brunch at Bally's for Chris's birthday present as they went to Vegas for Chris's 30th birthday. They loved it and couldn't stop raving about it. My husband and I have been to Bally's Sterling Brunch both times we went to Vegas and want to go back to Vegas just to go for brunch at Bally's. I love lobster and champagne so it was Nirvana for me."

"We never go to Vegas without making sure we are there on a Sunday, so we can plan our day around Bally's Sterling Brunch Buffet. To get full appreciation of this culinary treat one must enjoy French Champagne (the real deal) as it is free flowing throughout the meal. We started w/caviar and worked our way up the chain w/fresh sushi & sashimi, smoked salmon and sturgeon. You name it they have it jumbo shrimp, lobster tails, rack of lamb, filet mignon, prime rib, turkey and pork roast. Of course there's the usual accompaniment of crafted salads, antipasto, eggs to order, fresh fruits and berries - the list is endless. The dessert table is a good as any you've seen. Even though the price has climbed it's still the best value bar none!"

"All the personnel were very friendly and helpful. Most of the items we had including the filet, lobster omelet, shrimp, prime rib, and desserts were excellent. We arrived nearly 30 minutes prior to our reserved time and were seated immediately. The champagne is indeed free-flowing as well!"

"The food, service and ambiance was outstanding and well worth the price--which was $90 per person plus tax and tip. The price was not listed on the menu outside the restaurant and was listed in the travel pack and other advertising materials as "$50 and up". I knew that the price would be more than $50 and was not shocked that it is $90. However, if they had been more forthcoming and trueful in their advertising--as several of the other high price brunch competitors do--an outstanding experience would not have been tarnished receiving a bill substantially more than $50 per person."

"The Sterling Brunch is a definite must do/ must try when visiting Vegas if you appreciate good food and good service. Despite being a buffet, the Sterling Brunch offers nothing but the finest made dishes using quality ingredients with a highly skilled touch. Nothing offered here is your typical buffet item. The service you receive here is impeccable and can't be beat. The price may be a little high for some, but it is defintely worth every penny and then some. My hubby and I make sure to visit the Sterling Brunch every year when we come up for a visit to Vegas!"

"It's certainly worth the $85 per person and would visit everytime I'm in Vegas. What lacks in variety (vs ceasers) it makes up in the quality of food. The lobster tails were great on the most part, but out of the three I had, one was mushy. Shrimp were plump and flavorful. Sashimi, especially the Salmon, was great. They only had tuna, yellowtail and salmon though for Sashimi. Really kept more to seafood for this trip so can't say much to the other offerings. I also had the Ceasers buffet earlier in the weekend. The only negative I would say for the Sterling is that Ceasers dessert offerings are awesome - great variety and taste great. Not that Sterling was bad - it was really good in fact, but Ceasers had more types of deserts."

"We had read about the Sterling Buffet Brunch and I must say we were completely with how nice it was. The food was delicious and fresh. Excellent Champagne, Fresh OJ, & bloody mary's were wonderful. I suggest one eat slowly, take your time, and partake of small tastes of the many foods. The lamb chops were the best I have ever had. The tiny desserts were just small enough to taste quite a few and share. Of all the delicious foods I will say that my warm crab legs were completely tasteless, yet the cold crab claws and legs were delicious. Most of the lobster eaten at our table earned high marks, however two of them must have been from the bottom of the pan as were mushy and thus not eaten. We will go again. A wonderful 75th birthday for Mom"

"Very extravagant buffet, with plenty of champagne flowing. My glass was never close to empty. Wide variety of entrees, excellent oysters, mussels, decent caviar. Lobster tails were a bit overdone - hard to keep in a steamer without overcooking them, I know. The food exceeded my expectations. Great selection, smaller crowds, no lines."
