"After reading the horrible reviews of Paula Deen's Kitchen, we decided to eat at The Reserve. Originally, they attempted to seat us in a side room with banquet chairs. We protested and were seated in the main room. Very comfortable chairs and an attractive room. During dinner, several others went through the same routine. They finally moved the two ladies who were in that room and closed the doors. Seemed odd that they were trying to seat people in there when there were empty tables in the main room throughout our dinner.
The salads (house and beet) were quite tasty and very large. I had the meatloaf which was very, very good. The portion was huge.
Service was pleasant. We'll return if we're in the area,."

"Nice new menu, food was just wonderful, however ala carte was the theme on the menu which I find unacceptable considering the price of the one item you get on the entre course. My Prime rib came naked, sans potato or veggie. What ever happened to the old fashioned meat, potato, and vegetable that came with your meal? If you don't use comps or points, the meal is very expensive."

"It has a very nice staff but when it is busy they tend to throw you any where.
Had to reschedule our dinner time due to traffic.
The table we were set at, we felt we were in a time out corner.
Food was cold and service was rushed at 8:00pm?"

"Having eaten at several midwest casino steakhouses, my expectations were not particularly high. Yet, every part of the meal was spot on. A lovely Ceasar Salad and Scallops to start and the steak was cooked to perfect. Plus there were enough choices for wine. A very nice spot in Joliet and for gamblers."

"The food was excellent, as usual. The only complaint I would have is that, while the waiter was initially attentive, he got a large party in the middle of our meal, and went MIA. It took about 15 minutes for him to come back and ask us if we wanted dessert, which we did, then almost 30 minutes to get our desserts! We were almost late to a show because we waited so long. Otherwise, very nice place."
