"Wait staff was most accommodating and our dinner superb. The Harrah's property made a good decision selecting Ruth Chris for a partner. The restaurant is large and open, but tables are arranged to provide a an intimate feel. As always, the filets were tender, well aged and perfectly prepared.
I was also impressed with wine list and side selections.
I highly recommend this restaurant for either a business dinner or quiet romantic dining experience."

"We visited the Ruth's Chris in Las Vegas for our 38th anniversary and it was an exceptional choice. The staff was. Great and the service outstanding. We talked to the manager for a good 15 minutes and know a little about him and his family. Our waitress Dora was also nice to talk to, like family. Go and enjoy!"

"I did not have high hopes, I think just because of the location of being in Harrah's casino. But I was very satisified even extremely satisified with the service and food. Great setup and views and not very loud which was a nice break from the hectic and loud Vegas that is usual."

"The steak was as good as always - best steak in the land! We had bad service which I've never experienced at any other RC. The wrong veggie was brought, sent back, and brought a second time! We finally got the correct veggie when we were about done with dinner. Then the bill was not itemized so we couldn't tell if it was correct. It was so crazy there we didn't have the energy to complain."

"Even though there is a plethora of fine steakhouses in Las Vegas, it was certainly missing a great one until Ruths Chris came back. While the location is in a pretty tired Harrah's Casino, the second floor restaurant overlooking the Strip is a gem.
All the usual Ruth's Chirs food fare is available, but the steaks are exceptional. Very attentive servers and managers. An excellent wine list and by the glass has good, albiet it not inexpensive choices. Reservations are a must because many casino visitors attempt to walk in, only to be dissapointed by a several hour wait on the weekends. So far I haven't found anything to be wrong with this location."

"They treated us like royalty. When I asked them for a special sauce they even provided it even thoughnot on the menu. The Ruth's Chris on Paradiase closed a couple of years ago. If you miss it, then you need to try this Ruth's Chris. Not all Ruth's Chris Steakhouses are created equal and this on is one of the best."

"We have been to many, many Ruth's Chris and it is always so good. Their new location at Harrah's has a great view of the strip. The steak is absolutely the best you will ever eat and the service is wonderful. The manager even stopped by our table and talked to us for a good five minutes, very sociable. Highly recommend this restaurant. The only thing that could have made this experience better was if there was a live singer/music there."

"Ruth's Chris Steak House in Las Vegas Harrah's Casino is most definitely a pleasurable dining experience! We were welcomed by the hostesses as we walked out of the elevator. Our server, Lou greeted us immediately and took care of our every dining need. Everyone attended to making our dinner exceptional. The chopped salad was a blend of delightful vegetables presented as a piece of art. Our steaks were prepared to perfection and were so tender. Every bite was truly enjoyable. We chose a pinot noir from the wine list that complimented our meal. The chocolate and strawberry dessert was beyond belief. Our evening at Ruth's Chris Steak House was a memorable evening!"

"There were two Ruth Chris's in Las Vegas prior to the recession when the owner closed one. The second had been my favorite steak house in Las Vegas until about a year prior to it's closing when the food quality and service took a precipitous drop. This new restaurant owned and operated by Harrah's opened at the end of January occupying the site of a previous steak house. The food was excellent and the service matched it. Our steaks were done to perfection and the side dishes were well prepared and suitable for sharing. Price wise it's up there with the top steak houses in town so it's more of a special occasion restaurant for us. The Strip view is special, the surroundings comfortable and we will make a return visit."

"I will start by saying that Ruth's Chris Steakhouse is my favorite place to get a great filet mingnon. I was skeptical at seeing it move to Harrah's fro its previous standalone location.
I will say that the crab stuffed mushrooms were a little off, but the steak and sides were perfect as usual. The service was great as expected. The prices are about 20% than other places, due to being in Vegas I guess. The only thing is the place was a bit noisier than I'm used to at a Ruth's, but overall still excellent. For the price you'll get one of the steaks you ever had."

"Granted, I made the reservation for 4 only an hour in advance... But we get to the hostess desk, and the hostess says we are third in line to receive a table. Thirty minutes later and at least 6 tables were seated before us. When I asked the desk what was going on, she said "most of these people have reservations". So I informed her again that I did, as well. She then immediately sat us. I don't get it.The waiter, while much better than the hostess stand, seemed eager to leave the table. He didn't realize it, but we would have questions and he would not be paying attention when he walked by. We asked three times for more bread, and then it came cold as ice.Other food and drinks were incredible. Likely the best steak I have ever had."

"We had an excellent experience at Ruth's Chris in Las Vegas. The views are fantastic, probably one of the best in Las Vegas. The service was outstanding, Dora and Jessica did a great job. They were very friendly, attentive and met all of our needs. The food was excellent. We had shrimp cocktail, chopped salad, porterhouse for 2 and gratin potatoes. The steak was one of the best we have every had. It was cooked medium-rare to perfection, seasoned well and very tender. Good selection of wine. We will definitely go back the next time we are in Las Vegas and will recommend it to anyone visiting Las Vegas."

"Steaks were superb! One person had crab cakes and those were also superb. Our waitress was very personable and friendly-never made us feel rushed. The service seemed a little on the slow side but it was very crowded and we didn't mind because the food was worth waiting for and the people were all very friendly. The General Manager, Mr. Bishop, made it a point to check with all customers as to the quality of their experience and we found him to be very friendly as well. Everyone made us feel very welcome and valued as customers."

"I have known about Ruth's Chris for many, many years but have never dined there. We were attending a Convention at Caesar's Palace and didn't want to eat in the casino. Ruth's Chris is very conveniently located across the street and we decided to give it a try. Wow!!! We have a new, special occasion restaurant. The steaks were simply the best ever. Our waiter was wonderful who mindfully watched our table with perfect timing on everything. You will not be disappointed!"

"My girlfriend and I have been to Ruth's Chris restaurants in many locations and they have always been a favorite. We were disappointed when the one in Las Vegas closed last year, but very happy when we discovered a new one opened in Harrah's. However, we were very unhappy the Harrah's branch chose to remove shoestring fries from the menu. They have been a part of our tradition at Ruth's Chris; we decided to stay but the meal was greatly diminished. We were told another group left earlier in the evening because of this. We hope the management at Harrah's changes their mind and offers shoestring fries again in the future."

"Worst fine dining experience I've ever had. Been to several Ruth's Chris in 15 years - first time at Vegas. Wife wanted NY strip butterflied. Waiter said they don't butterfly NY strips, since a thin cut. Wife has been having NY strips butterflied for the past 3 yrs (does not like any pink & doesn't like well-done, so butterfly is just right). Waiter said medium-well would be fine so she took a chance. When steak arrived, was too pink on the inside. At that time the manager stopped by. Told him that the waiter said can't butterfly. He said that he would send it back to be butterflied. Came back 5 mins. later, NOT butterflied, just darker on outside. We left very disappointed!!"
