The food, wine and service at Dieci is intended to reflect the Campania region of Italy, particularly the Vallo di Diano’s proud traditions and friendly hospitality. Its artisan Neapolitan pizza is cooked in a wood-burning oven and features San Marzano plum tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, extra-virgin olive oil, and fresh basil. The motivation is simple: We use the best products possible, support local businesses and promote sustainability.
"The ambience is lovely. Unfortunately, the restaurant was very cold and my dining partners as well as I had to wear our coats. At the end of the meal, the waitress asked us if we liked our dessert. Not once did the owner come over and ask us if we liked the food. The salad an appetizer was good. The portions were a bit on the small side for the price we paid. The coffee was cold but we were given another cup. it also appeared that we were ignored as the table next to us looked like they were "regulars" in this place and the wait staff made quite a fuss over them."
