Nobu Caesars is our newest and largest restaurant that combines traditional Japanese cuisine with South American influences to create modern and unique flavors. The dining is family style. Signature dishes to satisfy any palate include the Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeno, the Marinated Black Cod, also the Alaskan King Crab Tempura with a tangy Amazu Ponzu sauce. Exotic offerings include Assorted New Style Sashimi, slivers of Japanese Red Snapper with dry miso crumbles. The sushi is fresh as is all the seafood and most dishes will introduce a guest’s taste buds to delirium. Along with all the Nobu signature dishes, also will be offering teppanyaki and items from our brick oven.
"we went "by accident" as the japanese in our hotel was closed and we fancied some nice Sashimi....I'm so gald we did. We all went for the tasting menu which was tailored to our requests to include the tuna jalapeno and the blackened cod. Everything on the many plates was fantastic as was the level off attentiveness of the staff.
we'll certainly be back next time we're in vegas."

"Having eaten at the Nobu at The HardRock many times I was excited to try the new Nobu at Ceasar's. Had I only known how the night would go I would have stayed with The HardRock. The restaurant was incredibly loud, to the point that I developed a headache, the decor was not impressive. Although our waiter was fairly attentive I did notice and overhear many tables that needed better service. The food itself was also completely sub-par. We ordered the shrimp in spicy garlic sauce and it was so salty it tasted as though I had licked a salt lick. Then the bento box with a lava cake and green tea ice cream was awful, the ice cream tasted like fish due to a mistake made by the kitchen. The sushi was ok but did not salvage the meal."

"Sushi was very fresh and there were some interesting items on the menu that I had never seen before. For example, the hamachi jalapeno & scallion sashimi was outstanding. The pork belly skewers are also not to be missed. The service was attentive, but not too intrusive. Overall a great time!"

"I've always been a big fan of Nobu and was happy to see that they have a second location in Caesar's Palace, so I didn't have to go off strip to the Hard Rock. The food is always amazing and the service is top notch. I also love the fact that your order comes out in a very timely manner and is as fresh as you can get. I highly recommend checking it out the next time you're in Las Vegas."

"I've been to the Nobu in NYC and loved my experience. I was pumped to share the Nobu experience with my boyfriend upon coming to Las Vegas. The food was good and I think could have been better with more direction from the server. We felt ignored by the server and that he stuck his nose at us from the moment we sat down.
I love Las Vegas' sushi, but was disappointed with our experience at Nobu."

"Nobu's food lives up to the hype. The fish is sparkling fresh. The garnishes complement, not distract. The sauces have depth and nuance. Even the tempura is perfect. Their wine list is above-average. We chose a French rose, a relative bargain at $50. Even so, a modest dinner, including 18% tip, was a little more than $200. Is it worth it? Yes. Hint: ask for a table in the lounge. The restaurant features tables and chairs, while the lounge has lovely private upholstered booths, letting you stretch out and enjoy the view of the busy restaurant and its marvelous decor."

"We were very disappointed, our expectations were much higher The food was very commercial and very expensive for the Quality, we order a Salmon roll that was comparable to the One you can buy in any supermarket, except 3 times the Price. The place is Amazingly decorated, gorgeous, Just to go and have an Expensive drink."

"Still prefer the Nobu at the Hard Rock hotel better. I felt rushed by the waiter. The food was not as good as the other Nobu in Las Vegas or Nobu 57 in NYC. Possibly worth another try on our yearly visits to Las Vegas!"

"Our waitress abandoned us half way through our meal. Tasting menu was so so (sashimi was not earth shattering and the dessert was mediocre at best (4 blueberries does not constitute a fruit portion on a three dessert plate)). Sake list was basic...I guess Nobo creates grand expectations and then brings us back to earth."

"Excellent food, priced on the high side. The overall dining experience was a little off due to a high proportion of inebriated and 'eclectic' diners, but hey, "It's Vegas, Baby!"."

"The omakase was delicious blend of cold & hot dishes. The Kove A5 wagyu and king crab tacos were unique and flavorful. The pork belly skewers with the miso sauce had a little bit too much sauce. The whisky cappuccino was a very unique and delicious dessert with the milk ice cream. All the wait staff was knew the menu well and explained each course and ingredients to you."

"I've been to Nobu in Miami as well as NYC...this one was pretty nice, the lighting was perfect unlike the one in NYC where I practically need a flashlight to even see the food. We came early (around 6p) and I was hoping for the music to be slightly louder because we could barely hear it."

"Our server was very informative & made several excellent recommendations. Everything was excellent from start to finish. We started off with Martinis & then ordered Spicy Edaname for an appetizer which was in a chili paste..different & very good! Then we had Yellowtale Sashimi in a light sauce with a slice of Jalapeño topped with cilantro. Wow! Every flavor popped in our mouths! Seaweed salad for another appetizer & spicy tuna rolls finishing off with Sea Bass in a Miso broth.. Excellent. All the fish was very fresh & we were never rushed. For dessert we enjoyed green tea ice cream topped with a light wafer & a few berries. Delicious!"

"Showed up on time for our 8:15 p.m. reservation... table was not ready so we were asked to wait at the bar.. During our "1 Hour" wait.. we noticed the whole time an empty table... Finally, when they seated us.... that was the table they ended up seating our party .....It didn't end there... we had a terrible server .. Restaurant was half full by this time and he was impossible to track down... needless to say.. we will not be eating there any time soon...."

"Food is outstanding, great quality and presentation but the portion sizes are very small. $130 per person chefs selection and we all left hungry and a little disappointed in the size of each dish. We live in Vegas and are not adverse to spending $130 or more for a good quality meal, we were not looking for jumbo portions but something bigger than a very small tapas style portion would have been nice."

"Very modern decor, but traditional Japanese greeting as you are escorted to your table by the hostess. Dinner was almost as good as our first visit - some flavors were not as distinct and dessert of "chocolate donut holes" was cold when served. Standouts were the tuna with jalapenos, hamachi kama & braised beef. Service was a little on the inattentive side as water glasses were not refilled promptly."

"I've been to many Nobu locations around the globe and the service at the NOBU at Caesar's Palace was first class. Our server, did a great job explaining the menu, making suggestions and the timing of the service of the dishes was perfect. All the food was 5 stars and of course the miso cod was the highlight of the courses served.
You won't be disappointed with this experience, the food is amazing."

"I'm a fan of Nobu. I am not any longer. The location seems like a purchase of the Nobu name without the attention to detail and perfection one expects. At $200 per person, a meal should be beyond good, which everything was, albeit almost cloyingly sweet at times. The only real standouts of the fixed price six-course tasting menu were the miso soup and the single piece of asparagus that came with the beef course. Everything else was fresh, but overly sweet and kind of ordinary. I've seen better knife work at a strip mall sushi place as well. The overall design and vibe of the place was no different from so many pseudo-high end casino restaurants whose main purpose is to seperate people from their money. Shame on you, Mr Nobu. We expect m"

"Sat at the sushi bar and ordered the tasting menu. Every dish was outstanding and beautifully presented. I thought portions were too large for a tasting menu and could not finish about half of the courses. I expected exceptional service but felt the staff was a bit disorganized with too many people serving me (a party of one). The sushi chef (who I believe was the head chef at the sushi bar) explained what he was serving me, but I found him very difficult to understand. It would have been nice to have one person who spoke better english tell me about each dish. The food quality and unique flavors made the meal top notch, a few tweaks to the service would have greatly improved my experience. I definitely recommend for the food."

"Nobu is expensive but only when you do not pay attention to what you are ordering or insist on ordering the special cuts of sushi. The preparation and presentation of menu selections was exceptional and was exceeded only by the delicious taste of the food itself. The service was very good and friendly. It is well worth a repeat visit."

"More like a izakaya style. Must have is the Black Cod Miso. Wagyu tacos are very good, but very small (1 or 2 bites). Sushi was unimpressive though. We ordered eel and cucumber and tuna. The eel and cucumber roll presentation was not impressive. It came apart easily and it looked very plain."

"Absolutely amazing! Perfect for our party of 4. Enjoyed a variety of menu items.....all excellent. Especially enjoyed lobster ceviche & also black cod miso. We had one dinner at sushi bar & one in dining room.....both fun with attentive & top-notch service. Ray, our dining room waiter, was exceptional. Start in the bar and enjoy great service and a creative drink menu. Grapefruit on the Rocks is tops. So happy we selected Nobu!"
