"Great dining experience. Our fourth time dining at this super high end restaurant. The cost makes it truly a special occasion, but well worth it. If you dine here, you'll never forget it. Go for one of the prix fix menus. You won't be disappointed."

Review 3 for Restaurant Guy Savoy - Caesars Palace
"We're foodies and our bucket list is to try every AAA Five Diamond rated restaurant in the world at least once. We enjoyed the Innovation/Inspiration menu.. We opted for wine pairing which is available although it's not listed on the menu. We were particularly impressed by the enormous wine menu which is presented sitting on its own stand. As expected, the courses were wonderfully different and we always appreciate being treated to flavor combinations that we would not normally think of. The presentation of each course was gorgeous. Perhaps the only minor flaw of the evening was that the wine pairing was a little off for me. Having eaten at Le Cirque more than half a dozen times, I have never been disappointed w their pairings."

Review 4 for Restaurant Guy Savoy - Caesars Palace
"Food was fabulous but even so, much more expensive than expected. I planned on spending around $250 for just me but when I got the bill is was $439.97! Host did not really explain the menu well but otherwise very attentive staff. However, it seemed a different waiter came with each course....I would have preferred to same person, but not a huge deal. Would go again but only if money to burn......then again it is Vegas!"

Review 7 for Restaurant Guy Savoy - Caesars Palace
"I'm a foodie from New York City and I'm used to dining at expensive restaurants. However I was not prepared to spend the amount of money for some very good food that was served at Guy Savoy. When the least expensive appetizer is $60.00 (that's not a misprint) I knew I was in for a very costly meal. The restaurant is very good with very good service and excellent presentation ... But the food was close to 100% more than I thought it was worth. One could eat just as well for much less money. Our dinner bill was $623.88 for my wife and me and that was with a cocktail and a glass of wine but no dessert, it did include a 20% tip."

Review 8 for Restaurant Guy Savoy - Caesars Palace
"We went to Guy Savoy knowing it was expensive but it was even pricier than we had previously thought. Tasting menu started at $260 per person without alcohol and since we weren't hungry, we went with entrees.
Two of us got the sea bass which may have been the best sea bass we've ever had. One got the duck breast and the other got the beef tenderloin. Everyone loved their meal and the service was superb.
Overall, loved it but couldn't afford the tasting menu!"

Review 9 for Restaurant Guy Savoy - Caesars Palace
"If food is a celebration of life, life doesn't get much better than dining at Guy Savoy's restaurant. Chef Matthew Chartron executes Guy Savoy's food beautifully. The staff is very subtle in their attentiveness and very knowledgeable when explaining in a simple manner the complexities and subtleties of the dish you are enjoying. Wine list choices are excellent."

Review 11 for Restaurant Guy Savoy - Caesars Palace
"We really enjoyed our entire experience at Guy Savoy. The service there was truly TOP NOTCH, and the food was delicious. The artichoke/truffle soup was a guilty pleasure, and the desserts were to die for! I got the chocolate sphere, and my partner got the chocolate/hazelnut noir. The bread trolly was fun, and the post-dessert trolly was AMAZING. However, the downside(s) for the evening were (I hate to say it) the entrees. I got the lobster, and my partner got the veal 3 ways. Both were nice, but lacking quite a bit of flavor. They were something you could have ordered at a lot of places. Our time was limited (due to a show), and the staff could not have been more professional in rushing things. Can't say enough good about them!"

Review 12 for Restaurant Guy Savoy - Caesars Palace
"Yes, this is a wonderful restaurant but not sure it's worth the money. We had the preheater dinner for two and one glass of wine, the bill with tip was $360.If that doesn't bother you, go there! It is a gastronomic experience. The Bread Cart is the best, lemon bread, olive bread, chestnut bread, cheese bread, caramelized onion bread and more! They give you little tastings of food compliments of Guy Savoy along with your dinner. If you order a tasting dinner pairing with wines you could easily spend $1000!!!"

"Easily the best restaurant - food & service - in Las Vegas and the U.S. Expensive, but worth every penny. When in Paris and Las Vegas, we always make sure to dine here."

"good not fabulous. NOT value for money...in this type of restaurant there are usually more surprises. Certainly for a $265 steak. Poulard/Artichoke appetizer was very grey and unappealing. would not return."

"very expensive but such a treat. Food is works of art with such flavor! presentation outstanding! Upscale without having snobbish air. there were some appetizer treats brought to the table and then a dessert cart with quite an assortment. Don't order a $45 dessert... the cart has so many goodies."

"Prices are high, but worth it. It is a true dining experience, great food, service, wine choices, the bread trolley and the dessert trolley! For a French restaurant I was quite surprised by portion sizes - they were very nice sizes."

Review 21 for Restaurant Guy Savoy - Caesars Palace
"Restaurant Guy Savoy is a great fine-dining venue. While not every course (multi-course tasting menu) was at 100%, most were. The service was outstanding, as was the wine service. Not inexpensive, but a good value, at least to us."

Review 22 for Restaurant Guy Savoy - Caesars Palace
"Overall great experience. We did the per-theater menu as our budget could not support the full menu price. The service was without question the best I have ever experienced. The food was great, although portions were small, I left full and very satisfied. Ordered wine pairings and they accommodated perfectly without blowing our budget.
The only thing I was not used to was how quiet the restaurant was. We were seated in a room holding four tables. It was so quiet, that I almost felt compelled to talk to the tables next to us. For me the lack of noise of any sort was a little odd. Having said that; this was the first time I dined at such a nice establishment; maybe that is normal."

"Its perfection on earth. First visit one year ago and this time through Open Table. The staff were the same and they really sincerely welcomed us back. You get what you pay for here without stuffiness or snobbery, and if you consider yourself a "foodie" and live in Vegas or visit Vegas, you have to visit Guy Savoy. The wine list has many relatively reasonable choices and the sommelier is excellent. What a pleasure! Will have to visit a bit more often."

Review 29 for Restaurant Guy Savoy - Caesars Palace
"Save your pennies (and lots of them), but be prepared for a special night of dining! Our party ordered the Black Truffle tasting menu, and were wowed by it. The highlight was the truffle risotto, which wasn't on the tasting menu, but was added (for a price).
Service was impeccable, and not at all stuffy, with staff going out of their way to make the evening an experience. Topping the meal off, the Executive Chef stopped by our table for two courses, both to introduce the dishes, and "finish" their preparation.
A truly great evening."

Review 33 for Restaurant Guy Savoy - Caesars Palace
"Our evening was an amazing experience. The food was beautiful, interesting, and delicious, from the amuse bouche to the gorgeous fresh bread cart to the main courses. The sommelier recommended a reasonably priced and fascinating wine that we would probably otherwise have missed due to the expansive selection they offer. It was perfect.
The service was warm and friendly, yet no one seemed like they were trying too hard. We were personally welcomed by Guy Savoy himself, seriously! Later the executive chef also came out to speak with us, always a nice touch. The server inquired if we had plans after dinner and subsequently, the meal was perfectly paced and we departed in time to make our show. My highest recommendation for Guy Savoy."

"From the moment you walk in the door the entire experience is outstanding. Every member of the staff made you feel welcome and comfortable and would spend as much time with you as you needed on questions or requests. The bread cart and the dessert cart were incredible. The wine list was huge and a little daunting but the Sommelier was excellent. A memorable experience for sure."

"This is positively my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. I do not go to Las Vegas without visiting this restaurant at least once if not twice while I'm there. The food is divine and the service is out of this world. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. It is a little pricey but its worth every cent. You will not be disappointed."
