"We were warmly greeted by Cecilia at the front desk and taken to a great, out of traffic table. Vita served us and brought delicious cocktails. We chose the Tuesdat night Tuscan special menu. The food was warm and flavorful. A great stop on the way to our concert later that evening. Well be back!"

"Decidedly mediocre overall. The conch was like chewing rubber bands. The roast beef pasta was awful. No flavor except that of warmed over roast beef. The shrimp flat bread was good. Very much like a single pizza, with unusual ingredients. The bread was good with olive oil and herbs. First glass of wine was spoiled (fizzy); second glass mediocre at best. On a Sunday night the place was about 1/3 full. At full capacity, the noise will preclude conversation. The price was $40.00 for an appetizer, entree, flat bread and two glasses of wine. On the high side. Parking took 15 min to get to an open space.
So, if you are in the casino for another reason, this may be a place to grab a bite. Stick with the flat bread, and skip the wine"

"For those prices, the food should have been better. My Chicken Marsala was decidedly over-salted. My green beans were under cooked, as were my wife's Brussels sprouts (al dente is one thing, but still tough is another). Other flavors were good. Service and ambiance were better than average, although, again, maybe not at a level that the prices would suggest."

"We were looking forward to a great Italian dinner at Wild Earth Cucina Italiana, but it came up disappointing on a couple of accounts. We all decided to have their signature old fashions made with brown sugar. It had a good flavor but they were light on the alcohol content at $8 each. The salad, dressing and presentation were very good. We all had pastas and they were good, but not great. The chicken alfredo sauce had a nice flavor but was a little too thick and clumpy. The spagetti with meatballs were good, but the sauce was too spicy. The seasoning had hot peppers in it, which is not a personal preference. Our waitress was very sweet, but came up short when it came to keeping our water glasses full and wasn't professionally trained."

"Our service was nice honest and energetic, environment made us feel as thought we were in an un decorated banquet hall, noisey, no decoration, able had a small candle un proportioned to the environment. Food was not good. I am Italian, my family roots are from Sicily and I just wasn't feeling the food nor was my husband or friend....76.00 dollar bill 3 plates of food, 1 appetizer dessert and 1 coke.....portion size was very small. Not very happy at all. I would not reccomend to a friend nor return to this restaurant. I feel compared to the casinos buffet and chinese restaurant they should close this one down..."

"first time at this restuarant and unfortunately it was not a pleasant experience. the service was slow and our server was inattentive to the needs at our table. she seemed to be overwhelmed by the number of tables that were in her section. water glasses were not filled, entrees came out while we were still finishing salads, drink orders were brought out incorrectly. one of our flatbread orders wasn't put in on time (it came out with entrees instead of with appetizers) - when it came out, it was the wrong one.
the food itself was mediocre. one diner had the slow braised beef and she really enjoyed that. two of us had the veal parmesan. the veal was soggy and not seasoned well.
we expected much more from this restaurant."

"This is the third time I have visted Wild Earth. There is no one more than I that want's
to see this restaurant succeed. Appetizers, salads all very good, have yet to try the
flatbreads. The dipping oil could use some zing, seemed rather flat, bread could be warmed. Entree's need some tweaking, maybe more traditional Italian. The service was
very good and having a reservation we were promptly seated. The deserts are to die for.
Have not given up, will try the restaurant again."

"We had reservations and came early (10 minutes) to be seated they told us we would have to take a booth or wait, as we had asked if we could have table. We took the booth but were not happy with the hostess who refused to be decent. As we went to the booth there must have been 50 open tables but they couldn't give us one? These people need to realize that without customers they wouldn't have a job. Its different when a restaurant is full or busy but they were not and that is why I wouldn't recommend them to my friends. There are too many nice restaurants in Milwaukee were you can be treated decent ."
