"We enjoyed a delicious meal with excellent service. The angus sliders were scrumptious. Both of us enjoyed the house salad. The filet trio and salmon were done to our liking. We shared a fallen chocolate soufflé and a chocolate gateau, both of which were tasty. The only negative was that the baked potato was not hot enough. If money were no object, we'd return."

"My wife and I love to go to Ken Stewarts Grille. We typically go there for special occasions. The servers are the best, very professional. They completely understand the menu, can answer all of your questions, know how everything is prepared and know how to be attentive but not annoying! The food is always perfect, always a treat from the presentation to the memorable flavors. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful restaurant!"

"Excellent meal. The new Kale and Quinoa salad was excellent. Have to go back for it. Scallops and Steak Oscar entrees very good. Like that they have a cheeseburger and fries on dinner menu for our 11 year old son. They were truffle fries, so he didn't really like the powerful taste of the oil, next time will have them fry in regular oil. They have labels for gluten free entrees right on the regular menu now, which makes it so much easier to order. Kudos to Ken's for taking that step! Excellent wine list as well."

"Our son has always wanted to go to ken Stewart's restaurant since he was a a little kid so we told him if he achieved his masters degree we would take him and this past Saturday he graduated with his masters from the Cleveland institute of music. So good to our word we took the whole family he loved it and the food and service was outstanding!!! Thank you:-)"

"We stopped dining at Ken Stewarts about 2 years ago because of their staff. We began dining regularly at Flemings and would have on 5/11/13 if we could have gotten reservations. I decided to try KS again and can promise that I will not go back. The food is average, the service slow, and the table was too small. We told the waitress that we were celebrating our daughter's advanced degree and waitress barely managed a congratulations--oh wait, she put a smile sticker on her to-go box. Nice touch for a McDonalds happy meal but laughable at a restaurant that is supposed to be a top destination for Akron.
The dining room was so noisy we couldn't share any conversation. It was a memorable evening for all the wrong reasons."

"I haven't been to Ken Stewart's in a couple of years, and I had read some not so complimentary reviews on several sites in terms of food quality and service. My experience was quite the opposite. Every aspect was top notch. We had a 5 year old with us, and the hostesses and wait staff went above and beyond the call of duty in accomodating us. Salads and appetizers were fresh, good portions and tasty. Long bone veal was fabulous; walleye was exceptional; the chicken dish for our 5 year old was excellent. And as always, Ken was gracious in spending time and welcoming us back. Can't wait to return and for the Ken's Cleveland venture to open."

"This gem of a restaurant keeps up a tradition of excellent food with excellent service. Yes it is expensive, but when you want everything to be perfect this is the place to go. Staff at the bar, while waiting for my party were very friendly and make you feel welcome. It deserves all of the accolades it has received in the past. It is laways great to find a restaurant that continues top service and dining year after year."

"This restaurant has something for everyone, from a large business meeting to a small romantic dinner, all with great ambiance and a super wine selection. For our intimate birthday dinner, we were given a booth enclosed on 3 sides, and the flowers I had ordered were on the table when we were seated. The food was outstanding - goat cheese appetizer and entrees of the trio of filet medallians (all prepared differently) and ahi tuna specials, all prepared as requested. The server was excellent - helpful, attentive and fun. While pricey, we will definitely return."

"There were two of us for lunch. Happy to be in a booth. Rated noise level as energetic because the stereo was quite loud for the number of patrons, playing jaz, with a lot of brass. Ordered asian salad with sushi. Tuna was seared, nicely done however, they were sliced VERY thin, 6 total. Salad otherwise meager for 14.95. May give it another try. Have had dinner here and was never disappointed. Lunch, not so sure."

"I came here with my boyfriend for the first time for Valentine's Day. We were very nicely greeted and the ladies at the front were very friendly as we waited to be seated. We got seated in a booth, which was "romantic" enough, but the noise level from the group very close to us made it difficult to have a nice conversation with each other. Nonetheless, our server was great!! He was very knowledgable about the menu and was able to explain all the specials down-pat! We were both very impressed. He was super energetic and outgoing, so it made our experience stellar! The food was amazing as well. Of course, the prices, in my opinion, are a bit high. However, the food itself was well cooked and super tasty!"

"I have heard so many great things about Ken Stewart's Grille so I was excited to go. We chose to go for lunch on Valentines Day since we didn't want to bother with the crowds. Service was sub par at best. Keep in mind this meal was $160 for 4 people in Akron so the service expectations for me were high. They did not even offer to take our coats and we hung them up ourselves, took a while to get our drink orders, the hostess did not know the soups and she needed to go look them up. "Ken Stewart's Grille enjoys the benefits of a long-standing reputation.
Unfortunately, they failed to live up to expectations.
Our bill was extremely high (nearly $80.00 for an entrée) and the food mediocre.
There was little imagination coming from the kitchen and the service was no more than adequate.
If you charge over three hundred dollars for a dinner, for two people who are drinking wine by the glass, it better be a wonderful experience...it wasn't.
In our opinion; not worth the money, not worth the drive, and not on our list."

"Didnt start well they didnt have enough parking for all the people they booked, we had to park on a curb. And they did miss our booth request at first but quickly fixed that.
Very good services our waitress was excellent.
My only complaints would be is its a little over priced didn't feel I got my money's worth & the music was a little loud."

"Everything was generally very good: food, service, ambience, etc. A few minor complaints: menu could have been more extensive, with not most items ala carte. Also, the prices were very high. I'm sorry, but a steak just isn't worth $45."
