All fish and sauces are prepared in house, and our chefs are skilled in traditional and contemporary methods of food preparation.
Slowfish also features Black Rice for substitution on any sushi, roll or entree item. More nutritious and a healthy option from white rice, try it with your favorite item for a deep, nutty surprise.

"Food was above par but not the best sushi I've ever had. The broiled salmon collar and the "hot city roll" were standouts. Service was attentive and server gave great recommendations. Good happy hour prices that go till 7pm...though the happy hour menu could stand to be a little larger.
I'd probably go back if I was in the area and hungry for sushi...not sure I'd especially seek this place out though."

"This place had really good Sushi! Now I don't have to drive all the way to the Valley to get good Sushi and the prices were great also! A great addition to the neighborhood! Loved the Black Rice!!!"
