Among the newest additions to the InterContinental Miami dining experience is Olé, a 145-seat breakfast eatery serving gourmet a la carte and buffet options. Its design echos that of Toro Toro, yet has its own culinary artistry. Overseen by hotel executive chef Alexander Feher, it sources inspiration from the area's rich local flavor. Olé is the local power breakfast spot in Downtown Miami, a long-held tradition at the InterContinental Miami. Olé is also available for private parties.
