Welcome to Novilhos!
The Brazilian "Churrasco" has been a tradition for generations in Southern Brazil, where Gauchos (Brazilian Cowboys) pierced large pieces of meat and slowly grilled them over open flamed pits.
With a fixed price and this unique style of barbecue, Novilhos features continuous service of fifteen selections of beef, chicken, pork, lamb and sausage, all slowly spin-roasted, preserving their natural flavors and textures.
When perfectly grilled, these delectable cuts are brought to you directly from the grill and expertly served by our carvers, dressed in Gaucho attire.

"All you can eat salad bar, meats.
They bring the meat around to you on a kebob and slice any quantity you want off of it. They had 17 different meat dishes on Kebobs.
The only thing I didn't like was that the meal came with only one dessert. If you wanted more than one dessert it costs extra. I thought that was kind of tight, considering that the dinner was 50$ per person. Great food, would go there again for a special occasion."

"OH MY GOODNESS - What can I say apart from AMAZING! If you like meat and wine your in for a treat. Bring your hunger as there is ALOT of food. Luckily it was not too busy as it was a Sunday night so the wait staff were very tentative towards us. The wine was delicious and me and the husband went away feeling very full and happy! :)"

"The flavors were unique and bursting in each cut of meat we tried. My son was in heaven eating the lamb chops and trying new cuts as well. His girlfriend was like a kid in a candy store trying everything new she could find. In all it was a wonderful birthday celebration - low key, high flavor and great service!"

"We've been to other Brazilian steak houses and this was as good as the others. Their salad bar isn't quite as extensive as we've seen in other similar restaurants, but the service was very good and they were all very friendly to us. Some of the meat choices were spectacular and a few were a bit tough and had to much fat. We learned quickly which ones were our favorites so we are poised for a return visit soon. It is expensive so I definetely say it's more of a special occasion spot."

"The food was amazing... as was the wait staff. We never had to wait for another selection of meat to arrive. Everyone was pleasant and professional. Even the selections on the salad bar were many and delicious. They even took a special request for lamb chops... which were cooked perfectly.

"Best of the rodizio Brazilian steakhouse style restaurants in the Seattle metro area by a long shot. Great ambiance, beautiful decor, world class staff, amazing grilled meats and warm side dish bar. A little pricey but it is defiantly worth it for a splurge every now and then."

"Our party of four had an enjoyable evening at the steakhouse. The food was quite good, the service was great too. The only complaints I have is that it is a bit pricy (but I knew that coming in, given the fixed price nature and that being given on the web site). What I didn't know, and it certainly wasn't volunteered was that the deserts were not included. All four of us were pretty full from the great meal but had deserts because we thought they were included. Unpleasant surprise that detracted from my perception."

"Come hungry as it's an all-you-can-eat meat and salad bar feast. Meats are tasty, if a little salty (which is a common issue at all of these Brazilian-style steakhouses). Servers are very attentive and personable, and entertain requests for extras (we asked for chimichurri and they brought it right out). Salad bar has a great selection of salads, antipasti, and vegis. I was impressed that they had heaping plates of perfectly prepared asparagus and broccolini to balance out the meats. You'll waddle out of there stuffed, although your wallet will be a lot lighter. Well worth it though, as far as I was concerned."

"This was my 3rd visit to this restaurant and it was my best experience so far. The meats were very good, especially the picanha and the bacon wrapped filet. I also liked the parmesan pork this visit. My partners favorite was the beef ribs. I would suggest not filling up too much on the salad bar, which had some nice items but wasn't nearly as good as the meats. The side dishes were OK, I liked the bananas. The cheese rolls were delicous though! I had a nice Rioja wine that was reasonably priced. The service was excellent, bringing meats and fresh plates and checking on us frequently. Come here if you are very hungry, it's fun and filling."

"Novilhos is an exceptional restaurant. We loved it. The service was excellent, with the waiters dressed as gauchos coming round with all kinds of meats, from ribs to sirloin to filet mignon to bacon wrapped chicken. All delicious, and you could choose rare, medium, or done for all many types of beef. We rarely had to wait for anything, and all the meats were superb. You signal readiness for more meat with little round tokens that have a green (ready) and a red (not ready) side.
The restaurant is definitely for carnivores, but the salad bar was excellent, also. And you can get just the salad bar, without the meats.
Highly recommended."

"This is my best place for the last six months! I've been here pretty much every other month either with my friends or a loved one, and I enjoyed every moment of it. "If you are a carnivore this is the place for you. Save the air fare to Brazil and just drive over to Factoria. Good service and value for the money. All the meats are very well prepared. Only problem is over indulgence if you don't flip the tab over to red."

"Our lunch time visit to Novilhos was spectacular. I have been to a few other Brazilian Steak Houses through out the country and new what to expect. However, the staff outdid themselves with their service and quality foods. The salad buffet was a perfect compliment to the meats that were in constant roataion. The servers portioned just enough meat from the scures to give you a good taste but not to be full from just a few of the meats, I was able to taste them all and then knew what I wanted to wait for the next time it came around. Over all AMAZING."

"I am Brazilian and Novilhos passed the test of a reasonable Brazilian BBQ. It is not on the same level you can find in Brazil or Argentina but has good buffet variety, tasty and varied cuts of meat and very helpful staff. On the expensive side so plan to go for a special (not romantic) occasion. And go for lunch to avoid a night to forget!"

"The staff here are ALWAYS super nice each of the last 3 times we have gone here. The management is also very professional. These guys know what service is! Everyone is super nice. We had an excellent recommendation from our server of the Beef Ribs and they brought it right out at request. Only challenges are that finding Medium or progressively increasing temperatures do require special requests, but are very quickly serviced (it's hard to mix temp a sword of meat after all. LOL)."

"We came here to celebrate a new job and had an amazing time. The staff was very friendly and helpful in understanding how the Brazilian barbecue concept works. The food was immediately available, warm and fresh. Even the wine selection was tasty and well priced.
we try to follow a dietary lifestyle whereby we avoid common restaurant fillers like breads, rice, potatoes, and other starches. It turns out that while this is great for the wasteline it is difficult to maintain while eating out. The variety and freshness of the food, along with the "build your own menu" approach to service allowed us to get our fill without sacrificing on our dietary goals."
