"Joe's in Woburn was a fantastic venue for our after graduation celebration. We were a party of 12. Wait staff was very attentive and accomodating to our needs. We were very happy with our reservation and would suggest this to location to anyone who wants great food, great service and a warm friendly restaurant."

"Yesterday was my first time at a Joe's ,my family took me for my birthday. The place was busy, but being able to make a reservation online was great. Our server Sam was great and was able to deal with 6 picky eaters with different dietary needs. The food was great and the selection of gluten free stuff is nice, especially since one family member can't eat gluten. I would definitely recommend Joe's."

"Dinner was plentiful and delicious. The salad was fresh but there were no tomatoes. We were consuming our salads when dinner arrived. I thought the timing was too quick. Their warm bread is always yummy. I am sure we will return."

- Swordfish special-cooked fab but didn't taste like ginger-soy-whatever. Nice veggie side (chunky carrots, zucchini, summer squash) but room temp. Served with plain white rice-seriously? cost cutting much? not even rice pilaf? B-A-D
- Sirloin steak comes w fr fries-no veggie? Cost cutting? Got baked potato (not sure if more $) but didnt come w butter or sour cream; waited a while for butter. Side salad $3 extra. Steak knife arrived very late. Well-done steak-accurately cooked-good taste.
- Pricey $10+ cocktail-was there alcohol?

"I eat here often, however I don't expect much. The food is good (though I miss the London Broil they took off the menu). The waitstaff aren't trained are pleasant, however they aren't trained well enough for the type of restaurant Joe's tries to be. On this occasion I was only 2 spoonfuls into my onion soup before the waitress was brining out my entree. And she's asking me... "Is it too soon?"

"Thought there were pluses/minuses. Thought we got a great table away from the action and our waitress was great. Cocktails were very good. Sangria and martitni were great. Entrees did not keep up with above. My dates swordfish was good but they included that piece of swordfish that is dark and not too appetizing. My blackened salmon was perfectly seasoned but was undercooked/uncooked in the middle. I'm not a big complainer and have never sent anything back....so I kept my streak alive. I'd say 3/4 was cooked great, the other 1/4 undercooked. The dessert was awesome. We got the apple crumble with vanillla ice cream and it was great. All in a ll a pretty nice meal i don't want to give it too bad a rating because there were many positives!"

"I really enjoy Joe's and was looking forward to Easter Brunch. We requested a corner table because one of our party is 89 and very hard of hearing. This request was not taken. We had the option of sitting 5 people at a 4 top or sitting in the middle of the dining room, we sat in the middle. The manager did his best and offered appetizers. Everything else was wonderful."

"We were surprising one of best friends with a "bridal shower" dinner. When I arrived the hostess eagerly greeted me and showed me the wonderful table she had set up for us in a quiet corner near a fire place. She then sat the rest of the party as I waited for the guest of honor, who was completely surprised! Our waitress Rita was extremely nice and provided wonderful service. Everyone at this Joe's delivered wonderful customer service creating a memorable evening. Thanks!"

"Basically the meal was fine. But we did have a problem with the bill and I found the manager to be nasty and condescending. He did "take care" of our issue but not without a more than small dose of attitude.

"Our waiter, unfortunately, I cant remember his name, was fantastic. He was friendly, professional and tended to our needs quickly and with pleasantness. The food was pretty good. I had a ruben sandwich, which was fine and my husband had the steak tips, he said they were good. I thought the quantity was a bit skimpy. I believe there were only 5 steak tips not many fries and onion rings. The menu states fries and onion rings with sandwiches, there weren't many fries and literally 2 onion rings. For a short amount of $ they could fill the plate with these items and the costumer would think, "wow, this is a lot of food'. But overall we go back because it's a quick pub standard meal before a movie ."

"I have been to this restaurant on several occasions. One of my favorite items on your menu is the French Dip. I had visitors from out of town and I suggested we dine there on Valentines Day. Someone in our party ordered your filet and crab special and the filet was one of the toughest pieces of meat I had ever had. Thinking it was a mistake, we sent it back, but the second filet was the same. The waitress was very nice about it, however someone looking like the manager brought the second order to our table without saying a word. It would have been good customer service for the manager to have come over and talk to us about it. I was very dissapointed, and am unsure if I will return."

"Food was fair;service very good; very noisy; Musack too loud. It was probably too noisy due to hard surfaces: wood floors, wood furniture, and hard wall finishes. Also, people were talking too loudly. They had to because the musack was so load that they couldn't converse with each other unless they ramped up the volume of their voices. We also had to talk louder like everybody else, so my wife and I could hear each other. We were told that the musack volume was not controlled from the restaurant but from head quarters in California.
