"After the season, we were able to get a table late on Saturday. Food and service were both very good, ambience so so. Will go back again in the future and would recommend."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Food was tasty & calamari perfectly served with a light tomato sauce. Yummy Lots of free parking around 5th ave as well. Had the early bird special because we were off to the theatre. Served with a glass of house wine for $19 was a good deal as well.plan to head back there before we leave and have told other people about it as well. Thank you"

"Terrific italian restaurant. Although the decor is contemporary and upscale, it feels like a neighborhood restaurant and the food is delicious...it tastes "home cooked" but is presented with a chef's flair. And the prices are very reasonable, especially on a street known for high-priced, and often underwhelming, dining."

"Naples has some excellent Italian restaurants, but this is not one of them. The waiter was friendly enough, but very careless in about everything he did, drinks to main course. The pasta was undercooked, the dish was missing elements I specifically asked to be included, and which the waiter said the kitchen would be sure to do. I will not be returning."

"Our first time to L'Angolo will not be our last. We had a wonderful meal, prepared carefully with true fresh pasta & ingredients. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the truffle ravioli and I couldn't believe the LaSagna. Haven't had that good since my mother prepared it. Barbara was an attentive and excellent server. She was knowledgeable and very pleasant. It was a pleasure to chat with her. Her assistant was cheerful and sweet. We'l go back again & again."

"L'angolo is by far THE BEST ITALIAN RESTAURANT in Naples. The food is excellent as is the service. . It is consistently great. The pasta is homemade and all of the fish is always fresh. We cannot wait for our next visit which is at LEAST once a week."

"We have dined in almost every spot on 5th ave. that being said, this place has amazing food. The homemade pasta is like none other that i have had. we all enjoyed what we ordered. mine was the lobster tagliatelle which was amazing. chunks of lobster in the dish as well as a couple small tails on the side. you will not be disappointed."

"We waited over 20 minutes for our table and then were seated next to an area under construction. Servers hit our chairs multiple times going in and out of the construction area. Our server made errors with several of our orders and the service was very slow, our entire meal took over 2 hours and the meals were not served all at once. The food was good but with so many disappointments throughout the evening we would not return."

"The experience was lovely. The food is delicious, authentic Italian. And it's wonderful. When I asked if they could make Spaghetti Carbonara, the answer was, "Of course! We have the ingredients!". It isn't on the menu. We are going back tomorrow for the Carbonara. (The menu items were too good to pass).
I'm only sorry we didn't try this place sooner. We missed a lot of good food, wine and service.
Nice job!"

"We did the early bird just to try it out. Pastas were excellent and wine was very good for an early bird wine. Service was just great with multiple people looking after us. We will be back to do the full menu."

"I rarely give 5 stars but the food was outstanding!! The homemade pasta was like mom used to make (as long as you like al dente)! From the greeting at the door by Francesca and her brother, to Hector, the gentleman who made sure our water glasses were always filled, the staff was wonderful. Anthony, our waiter made great suggestions even on the wines. Am definitely planning on going back!!"

"L'Angolo has such good pasta (made fresh in the kitchen every day by Mama!) that we have abandoned all other Italian restaurants -- and there are many -- in Naples. It just doesn't make sense to us to go anywhere else. The menu is expansive & there are always specials. You want a different pasta, or a different sauce, than what's on the menu? NO problem! We love L'Angolo!"

"Service was excellant. We started with the Ceasar saled which was not prepared in the traditioanl way but was outstanding. I ordered the lobster pasta for $30. One tiny, overcooked and dry lobster tail and very bland sauce. I kept adding salt and pepper but it didnt help. The pasta itself was homemade and cooked properly tasted like someting you'd expect at Applebee's or some other third rate restaurant. Very disappointing food quality."

"Great overlall dining experience. Whta a surprise. We tried ti make last minute rservations at the usual Naples hot spots for dining and could not get anything before 9:30. L,Angolo had sevral openings. After our meal and meeting the owner and his sister, we do not understand why they were not completely booked. This was so good we returned 3 days later and were not disappointed. Svervice and food were fantastic!!"

"Love, love, love this restaurant. Family-owned, family-run, and we feel like family when we dine here. Ask who makes the pasta fresh every day in the kitchen (the answer is: Mama!). The food is superb. One of the rare restaurants where we feel free to order anything on the menu. Full bar, good wine list."

"This is a family owned & operated Italian / Continental restaurant where Mama is in the kitchen making fresh pasta, ravioli & other homemade specialties every day. Francesca & Andrea meet you upon arrival with warm smiles that make you feel like your visiting family, the ones you love!!! The menu offers daily specials and a variety of choices that will please any taste. Our favorites, L'Angolo Salad, Mixed greens, caramelized pecans, strawberries and crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, Tagliolini pasta sauteed with shrimp, P.E.I. mussels, clams and calamari, Broccoli rabe tossed with garlic, chilly pepper and extra virgin olive oil, Espresso & Dessert, Finally a Lemon-cello, Enjoy"

"We visited L'Angolo's as a group of six. We had a round table with a wonderful view of 5th Avenue. Our hostess was warm and hospitable. Antonio, our server, was charming and attentive. The food was delicious and presented beautifully, with a number of enticing menu choices. My husband and I shared the panacotta at the end of the meal, and that in itself would be worth going back for. A definite thumbs up!"
