"We went for Valentine's day dinner. We were seated promptly. There was some confusion at first who was actually our server. Appetizers were great but we got them nearly 45 minutes into the service. Thank God we brought enough wine and they had a singer for entertainment. We saw other couples walk out.
The food was fantastic, however I am going to wait for more positive reviews about wait times before I try it again.
That being said, the chef came out to a table (who had been there almost 2.5 hours) to say that there had been a problem in the kitchen that morning. But that was only after one of the gentlemen walked into the kitchen to see when the meal would come out.
Has potential but needs to get front of house and communication righ"

"Something was going on that night at the restaurant. I don't know what was happening but I suspect the chef was out. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes for the meal to come out. The waiters and staff couldnt have been more friendly and attentive. The three boys working there tried there best. They apologized over and over again and I felt sorry for them. They also begged us to give it another try which we will for them. Everyone has a bad day, I'll chalk it up to that"

"Despite my having made a reservation for 5pm on a Sunday, the restaurant was not open. No sign of life. No lights on. I've driven by since and haven't seen much action.
Curiously, I was still "checked in" by the restaurant for my Open Table reservation.
Anyway, skip going to Nuova Luna at all costs. Something fishy is going on."
